Hello Smiley I've been away for a while, can someone please give me a quick rundown? I checked Page 1 but that needs update a bit as well (at least more clarity, more info maybe?)

1) Gawminers.com: is gone.
2) Hashtalk.org: is gone
3) Zenminer.com: as good as gone:

3.1) cannot load hashstakers anymore
3.2) Clicking on support tries to send an email:

To: joshgarza@protonmail.ch
Subject: Dear Mr. Scam Muggle
Message: ¿Y U SCAM?

so i guess must be internal hatered (i mean love Smiley and Josh cannot or does not have the keys to fix it

4) wallet.paycoin.com: gone
5) coin-swap.net: gone

Tornado Garza has destroyed the area.

6) At present XPY.io seems to be the only thing up but given the above its fate is know Smiley

EDIT: added a couple of lines to the abvoe to avoid double posting

so the all safe haven now for XPY is XPY.io?

you're right.

also, there's no safe haven. I'd recommend to forget about paycoin and never touch it again.

who is completed innocent

We have Garza in da house!
you go into a feeding frenzy whenever you think a Garza is in "da" house. I am not a Garza. I do take offence when you drag an innocent person into your bizarre world of conspiracy, ponzi and alleged crimes which as of today have been completely unfounded. Let the shit storm begin! I actually enjoy watching you squirm and throw out accusations. I just make you look more stupid with each post.

You seem to be trying to defend Josh and those that would take advantage of the market for the own personal gain at the expense of others while negating the evidence at hand. It's arrogant and foolish to believe that you can try to hide the things you do, to think you can hold all the Coins from a full premine and then sell them into the market and blame it on the people that say the math cannot work, to think that the Blockchain is anonymous and can't be seen and proven. Private jets, $2000 a night rooms, fast cars and bodyguards, that money is coming from somewhere so to say that an innocent man is being dragged into a bizarre world of conspiracy is delusional at best. If you want to prove innocence then you cannot prove that, only Josh could have proved that by being fully transparent with the costs, accountability, and the investors behind the "CAF fund". The only lives ruined because of the things that transpired are those of each persons own doing, the greed and sheer ignorance of those involved caused their own losses, there is only karma and it can be glorious or a bitch depending on the things you do.

but why did they even use so much power then? I mean, they never planned on running a lot of miners.

It would be great if someone that was "managing" a bunch of prime controllers knew anything at all about that data center and could inform the public what the hell is going on instead of just dumping coins that he didn't pay for.

too bad that person doesn't exist, because I'm sure they would have talked if they did.

Oh-em-gee it seems that Josh-Lite (Travis Mitchell) has persuaded his 'budget-Rishabh' 'investor' to buy over 50% of his PoS coin, thereby rendering it instantly worthless.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=687207.760

Relevance to XPY? Travis Mitchell is the founder of talk.paycoin.com

TL;DR Travis Mitchell tries to copy&paste the paycoin model? what's his nick on talk.paycoin?

https://talk.paycoin.com/profile/94/TravisMitchell

TL;DR Version

"UK Digital Futures Ltd" comes into his bct thread and posts how they are 'investing' heavily in the coin and have been for the past year
UK Companies House records show the company was only incorporate less than two weeks ago
When asked how they can have been investing for so much longer than they have existed or, for that matter, if they are a licensed investment company my posts are rapidly deleted by Travis, twice.
But it may have been more to do with their rather odd claims towards how they were going to move from decentralised to centralised and provide a cryptocurrency 'bank' that might have been the reason for the deletion because,
drum roll please
It would apppear that a Mr Resad Hassan, who admits to having NO technical knowledge whatsoever, is under the impression that Trav is super-trustworthy, you know, the coin is called TRUSTplus, after all. Travis, however, doesn't appear to have mentioned to Resad and his 'investors' (who are off the building sites he works on, BTFW!), that owning 50% of a PoS coin and centralising it will pretty much destroy that coin instantly. Nobody will want to use it, I don't think I need to explain why here.

Prior to this he had managed to find a clever maths PhD who was using the coin to create some kind of transaction-fog-based anon-but-not-actually-anon-anon, which didn't really seem to serve a purpose but reminded me of Josh's super-flux-hyperchain-thing because it sounded clever rather than anything else, anyhoo, this latest event of roping in some Indian 'investment' fella by painting a less-than-honest picture of the realities of cryptocurrency, is *so* much in the Homero play-book it is absurd.

All of this stems from the same problem. People see that other people made money owning/holding/trading/whatever with bitcoins, and they want to make money too. Can't make money with bitcoin, so let's try "fill in the blank"coin without actually coming up with a reason for the coin to exist, besides to help them make money.

that will never work.

what kind of man throws accusations with no evidence? NO MAN! You have collectively destroyed many lives. Was that your intent? Is that your purpose in life? Because you live a miserable existence you feel the need to do the same to others?

Please refer to the Mississippi Power lawsuit linked above. Did you happen to collect "maintenance" fees from your customers and forgot to pay the power bill? Then switched customers' miners off and sold them? Or is there is some other explanation of all this that somehow makes sense? Please enlighten us. We'll move on to Paycoin next.

What Garza actually had miners going? I thought they were all unplugged and just for show. I thought the power bill was for his huge screen tv that he bought with hashtard funds.

They did order some miners from Bitmain and did have some of them plugged in. IIRC the lawsuit had numbers that indicated more than a megawatt of power consumption at one point.

The problem was that they pocketed the mining revenue and maintenance fees, didn't pay the power bill, and likely sold the miners at a loss, geniuses at work.

tl;dr: He's effectively broke. Not in jail yet. Default judgement of ~$350k to Mississippi Power Company. Apparently hiding out in Texas near Houston (edit: according to FB postings a couple dozen pages back). Still waiting for the law to catch up with him.

Ganza effectively ran his "business" into the ground. It is almost like a child was CEO, with no knowledge of managing assets, labor or its mouth.

what about Dubai?
A few dozen pages back, it was hinted that he had to flee Dubai for unclear reasons. It's all very hazy as he's publicly dropped off the radar and has gone incommunicado.

Now that the Josh Garza well has run dry for the moment, we should continue outing Stu Fraser for his role in this debacle. Here's a list of all the board members for the Keewaydin Foundation, which counts Uncle Stu among its board members.

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"

I am interested!
Please elaborate on this group, Stuart's involvement with both the group, and paycoin.
Just the facts please.

I know 'Uncle Stu' sent Josh some great selfies in his mapron of muscles, but exactly how much was he involved with the day to day Josh scammy scum? I didn't see much int he mail dump detailing ol Stu's intent and knowledge.

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function.
Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.
