Well then @rdewilde, why not share with the rest of us what you "know?"

 Roll Eyes

That lawsuit is doing fine and false speculation won't help.

Obviously some people here have some strange interests in indiscriminately bash the lawsuit and/or Allen. I'd be cautious with these people instead of calling others "shills"

Get your conversations straight, son.

I never called you a Shill...

(...but if the shoe fits....might as well wear it, cuz your behavior is calling for more ridicule.)

jeeezus.. this zcash launch mining malarky kinda reminds me of the paycoin launch mining.
mine the phuck out of it and dump it while the getting is good baby!!
and the fact that bitcoin is pumping makes it a double whammy!

I dunno ionomy topic is funny now with pastor adam matlacks pumpkin halloween skins on his stakers for btc only... since ion for ion didn't make sense. Of course it doesn't make sense if you want to make money,.... who wants that shit ion,... not even the devs.

I'd be following that topic its spooking funny (see what i did there halloween plays like matlacks pumpkin skins). But they totally aren't like garza even if garza did remember hashlets.

Please post photos here, png only

oh mai gerd BUYBUYBUY

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!     Even Garza's Halloween Hashlet had better graphics than that crap!!!!  LULZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The lawsuit is doing fine??? i thought it was dismissed without predjudice so i thought the lawsuit from allen shinners was over. No speculation needed there its in the pacer docos.

Dismissed against Garza but apparently is still proceeding against Fraser, GAW, and Zen. I think it's too soon to say anything definitive though. I wouldn't call it "fine" nor "fail".

I bought pngs. I had rocketship capabilities. I was the king of the internet for a month or two... Until... I found this thread, and realized hashtalk was a giant cult. Good times. Glad I was smart and got out early for a win! Cheesy

How bout that incident where someone managed to pilfer a boat load of
the 50mh prime hashlets or something  at a fraction of the cost due to some glitch in system.
Homero was pissed that someone out scammed him.
the hashtalk archive when that went down would be a priceless read indeed!

We had some good times.

My favorite threads were when gawtards would tell complainers to do something themself instead of complaining to Homero. What have you done for paycoin today? Homero gave us this gift, now it's our turn.

Here is a post that mentions the issue:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=720844.msg9241710#msg9241710

Another good one was when someone boosted Nicehash payouts and Homero's fake NiceHashlet imitation nearly bankrupted him. That proved a couple of things - he's not mining at Nicehash and has no hardware to do so (duh), and world's most profitable zenpool doesn't exist either. Well, when I say "proved" it didn't really change much because hashtalkers refused to believe it anyway.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=777194

And of course hashtalk was going down every time there was a controversy of some sort... one could imagine Homero getting tired of swinging the banhammer so he would shut the site down for a while Smiley

Edit: lawsuit update.
