One minute its be there or else.AND WEAR YOUR IDENTIFICATION AND BE THERE ON TIME. No delays under our Connecticut delay law or else. Next minute total capitulation and some half-assed skype session.

What do the minutes suggest about this? Some serious fuckery going on, SEC vs. Homero delayed 30 days, this, half measure readily accepted by the judge. What the fuck is next.  Shinners doesn't seem too concerned happily playing with his ZEC miner hardware while all this is taking place. Meanwhile where the hell is Homero, not a squeak out of that piece of shit anywhere, no facebook, forums, nothing. Extended family seem jovial and content in their daily facebook bullshit.  The only one with the screws being tightened is Uncle Stul.

You are correct.  There must be a serious effort to wipe Homero and Stuart from the internet because there is not a trace of either.  Wish there was someone local that could show up to these court dates and report back to us whats going on.

I just read the thread you linked. You have a strange sense of entitlement if you think that sending someone $50 worth of LTC entitles you to a $135 refund. They held the coin (or even sold it right away), and held the risk. You don't get a risk free profit anywhere in life.

Plus, the guy did work for you. You can't give him back his time.

It's bizarre that they dismissed Garza but still refer to him as the main perp while accusing Fraser of "controlling" him. And this:

Just did a quick check in the original complaint, this isn't in it. In fact I don't recall seeing this in the emails, not that I read every single one of them though.  Seems rather intimate details maybe someone....provided them with it? Specially the child aspect.
