The best I can find on a simple search is the following:

Keys - Connecticut, multiple-millions, Judge Donna F. Martinez ( who Homero will stand before)
Note - only one count but bank fraud not wire fraud

Connecticut Man Admits $7 Million Bank Fraud Scheme

https://archives.fbi.gov/archives/newhaven/press-releases/2012/connecticut-man-admits-7-million-bank-fraud-scheme

Quote
Daniel J. Lyons Jr., 54, of Westport, Connecticut, waived his right to indictment and pleaded guilty today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Donna F. Martinez in Hartford, Connecticut to one count of bank fraud related to his defrauding Citizens Bank out of nearly $7 million

With outcome as follows (note not Homero's Judge Donna F. Martinez though )

Westport Man Sentenced to 45 Months in Federal Prison for Multi-Million-Dollar Bank Fraud Scheme

https://archives.fbi.gov/archives/newhaven/press-releases/2012/westport-man-sentenced-to-45-months-in-federal-prison-for-multi-million-dollar-bank-fraud-scheme

Quote
Daniel J. Lyons, Jr., 55, of Westport, was sentenced yesterday by United States District Judge Robert N. Chatigny in Hartford to 45 months of imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, for defrauding Citizens Bank out of nearly $7 million.

A Gift From Elon !   Shocked

We are currently negotiating an agreement with defendant Homero Joshua Garza to enter a plea of guilty to one count of wire fraud.

Don't know what to think about that. Reading around this seems the most severe charge all the time in similar cases, with the most severe penalties. Checking I can find only one similar case in Connecticut, which apparently depending on the States, dictates the penalties etc.

Kind find his sentence though. Similar scheme and in the millions as well. Even the judge is the same  Wink

http://www.nhregister.com/general-news/20161109/connecticut-man-pleads-guilty-in-4-million-securities-fraud-scheme

Just seems anti-climactic seeing one simple charge in black and white like that.  But it does appear to be the most severe with the most severe repercussions.  It's important Homero spend a good amount of time in the hole, let him reminisce about the days of renting huge mansions and throwing chlorine in salt pools and sniffling at the owners pettiness when they submit repair bills of 30,000 dollars.

Didn't some obese character die from all of this when it took place, vaguely recall someone put their life savings into it, they were severely medically inclined, the thing collapsed and he died? His family should surely submit their woeful tail to the judge come sentencing.

Cancer not obese, he wanted to leave an investment for his family afaik

Sad fuck Homero spent it instead

PLEA Deal is scheduled for June first, Federal Court in Hartford, CT.

Sentencing comes later, I believe.

I'll add info as I get it.

Who remembers this classic stunt?

This should be a reminder that Garza, no matter how much you hate him, wasn't alone in this crime.

He should be worried about who will be banging his wife while he is in the big house. She will latch on to someone with deep pockets so she can keep those fake tits looking good.

By October 29, 2015 BCT knew of the majority of "others" involved, even between the different distracting sideshows.
Eventually the Ionomy "gaming platform" was left alone enough to collaborate more on how to proceed further.
The gimmicks and games are just another ploy. The shell companies and projects are built to funnel bitcoins/alts through to pump/dump ION to make it look alive, in my opinion from I've observed.

BCT is just missing a name from all of this.

@Owl you guessed correctly from what I have observed and found.
I won't tease you and BCT any further on where the connection was observed.

Our conversation should be done here to tie you all together.

Your so funny........ Snr member  Grin Rank here is defined by the number of posts you make nothing else....... quantity not quality.... that's all being a snr member means. As another Snr, Member of BCT one whose been here longer than you. I can confirm that when it comes to ION/Ionomy you like Such are full of shit Smiley. Full of shit is defined by your post histories.

You've been the joker here all along with a blatant missing gap in history pointed already.

Prison for what Huh? wished I learnt how to love such Huh?? your now becoming a bit weird

My guess is for colluding with everyone else. I'm not sure of the exact laws of your land but I'm guessing others will be able to fill in that knowledge gap.
Your team has been around for years and defrauded multiple people.
It is only weird because you've made it that way.

BCT is just a conduit for humans to express their opinions nothing else, okay so the software could do with an update but no big deal.

BCT is a place to conduct much more than your opinion.
Stop being a child about this.

So you've figured out that Cryptobuds is Mr Coins...... now your being scary weird...... who gives a shit and what's wrong with anonymity. Oh and as a snr. member you should know that doxing is against the rules so why make a stupid comment like that

Your confused and not understanding about what I'm going to present to BCT.
Go ahead and report my post to the mods.
I'm sure they want to know more about you as well LeoC.

Group nickname: The Laughing Shadow.

Observations about the bait account.
WildShark present - only in this thread. Main Media/PR/bait account.
Twitter leoc1969 depicting shark+Trump hat
Gus the Shark
Gus the Shark likes Mr. Coins tweet about Gravity along with twitter handle of Leo.

The connection-clue was found here.

Korvas128 HachClub profile states they were LeoC in history of posts near the bottom of history.
The post is short enough to be seen from cached view and reads as followed:
Old Name : LeoC
New name : Leoc1969

Direct link to thread no longer resolves. Due to obvious reasons.
Archive confirmation to LeoC hashclub.org

An important observation also was that I didn't make that archive.
Which indicated someone else was also interested in the LeoC found sparingly in the GAW forum so far...

LeoC's profile changes to Korvas128 during chaos on Hashclub
Lego Joker character and persona noted in other social media.

Korvas128 talks about ION/Ionomy/Gravity currently
Leonardo Colucci - Lego Joker picture used. ION/Ionomy relationship.
Leonardo Colucci - Lego Joker picture used. GAW and Hashbase content posted.

Korvas128 is only present on the ION thread to create the exclusionary gap. Account has multiple years of missing history and begins posting May 5th, 2016 on the ION thread. Date registered September 29, 2013.

All of the above prompted me to explore who LeoC was in other places...
Namely BCT. Some highlights observed

LeoC past - Inside multiple scams.
LeoC noted at attempting to blackmail Ethereum

LeoC talking with ColinFX. What a coincidence!

Past interactions of LeoC. Archived by others at the time.
Archive: LeoC HashClub.org
Archive: LeoC on PaycoinTalk
Archive: LeoC defending Josh Garza by using derailment - If it's all a scam?

https://bitcointa.lk/threads/announce-simplecoin-com-buying-bitcoins-became-simple-today.39836/page-5 - Phinnaeus Gage talks to simplecoins/mrcoins about the site.

Opinion at this time from the combined; Mr.Joker and BlackHawk101 are some other main accounts.

Mr.Joker
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=716699.3040 - Mr.Joker - leolegend - pushing always for time with scam coin projects. ColinFX is in previous pages as well.

Suspect main accounts Mr.Joker + Blackhawk101
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=886542 - blackhawk101 - checks threads, tests the "waters" and talks up a crowd for projects. Gauging the environment on what tactics to employ.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1512202.msg18262444#msg18262444 (example) - Mr.Joker here to play with Hawk or others for a bit, then move on.

What do you say to all this?
What does BCT think of all these observations?
