A thought just occured to me.  I have been reading this thread since around 5th January this year, and since  25th January I knew Josh Garza should be in jail. With the recent events it looks like over the next 8-10 months he could finally end up in prison.  Is that a realistic timeframe?

That petition to sue is the SEC trying to get Carlos Garza to talk. If Josh is cooperating fully with authorities, there isn't a need to sue him.

tankjr was around the Gethashing forums but I doubt that if "craig" had some big bags and lost alot, he wouldn't be so social but could also be a puppet and/or in on it. Maybe it was mafia money? I read there were some angry people in the middle east.
