today i tried to withdraw and i got a message saying that the action could´t be completed because the "hot wallet was empty".... what does it means?  that the site does´t have the liquidity to pay the earnings??? It means what it says. Hot wallet is empty. Admin needs to transfer funds from the cold wallet to hot wallet. Nothing to panic about. It's a standard practice to keep most of the funds in more secure cold wallet, meaning the hot wallet (which supports deposits/withdrawals) will sometimes run out empty. |

He may not even be aware that it's empty. And have in mind that this site (like most of dice sites) is not a full blown business with dedicated CS team working 24/7, admin could be simply busy with other things, so give it a bit of time. |

Include ss of making the depo, wd, refusal of SD wanting to pay out or anything to give some weight to your story because frankly I'm calling BS on it .. differnce is i won 25btc that in less than 2 hours |

I checked your log, there are few hours in the middle that you aren't able to withdraw, but throughout the last 1.5 days period you have been able to withdraw around 33 BTC ( without asking any of your detail like the other site that you mentioned on the other thread ) BEFORE your latest losing run. I think that is quite a lot compared to our 100 BTC bankroll, we implemented a hot wallet and safety system but it was not that strict and still on a reasonable range. |

He's accused every site he's played at of cheating or scamming in some way, without ever providing any real proof of ownership of any coins. Anyone could have just seen fadaa on the high rollers tab and claim to be him make make some noise. *Perpares to be sworn and yelled at, insulted, told it's none of my business, didn't ask for my comments etc etc etc* Edit (assuming richgang actually is fadaa): Jumping to conclusions, swearing at the site and site operators and generally being a dick to people is a great way of not getting what you want. richgang must eat about 3 peoples spit on average every time he goes to a restaurant. |

They didn't refuse to pay him, the hot wallet had been drained which I would suspect to happen when someone wins 1/4 of the bankroll of the site. This man doesn't have the self control to wait for the support to come on and fill the hot wallet, which they wouldn't have a problem paying. He says the site is a scam because he went from up 25 btc to ONLY up 6 BTC. Just blaming the game after not winning as much. These people make me laugh |
