Hi, I've sent a support mail to safedice@protonmail.ch on Aug 21 regarding my deposit from my email And is yet to get responded. Where else can I ask for support? You can pm op i guess, but i'm not sure you'll get a reply any faster. op usually come at weekends to clear up all the support request, wait for 2-3 days to get your problems resolved! he seriously has to hire a support agent.

Usually this occurs when there is an update on monero side (they do this frequently). I'm sorry for my late response. I'm currently focusing on this matter, and I guarantee that all monero deposit and withdrawal will come through. I expect this matter to be resolved within the next 12 hours at most unless there's another update. update : xmr deposits and withdrawals are working now. all pending xmr deposits should have been processed and you should be able to withdraw your xmr.

Hi SD, at some point you told you were thinking of a SD 2. Is it still on your roadmap? I used to like your site very much but lately you had a bit of troubles even though you handled all of them. If you will consider to improve site support I think you can be again one of the best dice sites out there. By the way, good move to implement BCH correctly

Now it is for sure a scam I had very large xmr balance and the page froze and I got logged out and when I log back in my balance is 0 and it show I lost all my monero? I have 2fa and betting disabled it is a complete fucking scam site!!
