It seems like the more people that mine a particular P2Pool, that might help with luck?
P2Pool is made up of many different nodes--all connected together. A node is a computer that is running the P2Pool software. It automatically connects to other nodes, in much the same way the standard Bitcoin client does. So, if you mine on one particular node, you help every node!
When you submit a P2Pool pplns share, it is sent to all
nodes. If one node goes down, the others will still make sure you get your payments (if you are owed any).
So, the more power P2Pool has (together with all the nodes) the less variance it will have. This will help Nasty Fans too.
