As I understand:
1) Dividends were usually paid till 25th of the month after the quarter.
2) Q3 dividends for shareholders that have Ambercoin is over 70k $, but the company's profit is over 900k $ - so company should pay not only 70k but all 900k (mostly for traitional shareholders - not having Ambercoin) - thats why company decuded not to pay us dividends - all shareholders are equal. Company needed that 900k for investments.
3) Hope we will receive dividends soon...
As were mentioned 2 pages ago: "Question about Q3 dividends is going to be considered by company's management next week". next week is ending today. Any news? hmm idk where u life but in my country and i think in 99% other countries a week and at sunday  they pretend to be a company. which company releases news on sundays? No more dividends will be paid. There is not really such company. It's all a big fake and in the end nothing but scam. merry christmas to everyone, but I don't think Ambercoin will continue to pay outstanding dividends. |

There have been many questions about what will happen with dividends, but all I can see is that dev has been kept quite and avoiding answering this question. I guess we are now seeing the reality that all of this was just a scheme to make us invest into a ponzi that claims to be a real company. We will see how this would go in the next year, but unless dev cannot prove otherwise, I am out of investing in Ambercoin for good.  Merry Christmas to the Ambercoin community! |

i dont think its a scam.. still believe in strong holding However - the dev did say that our questions about dividend payout would be answered this week. I for one have sold a third of my position just so I could get some of my BTC out. I am still holding 2/3 but I don't know for how long I will hold this. I want answers which in a real regulated company we would have by now. We would have a lot more available to us then just random posts on the chat forum. We have no power investing in a company through crypto shares. There is no one to complain to - no governing body. All we can do is wait and see. |

sometimes i got stressed too about this,but we need to know that all decisions of this coin made by company not by individual like others
the true you all here including me,just need one thing '' Be Patient"
we can't force to the dev here to make announcements or news,if the company not make decisions yet about it

Let's wait and see if something exciting could come up for the next year. I still haven't sold my Ambercoin because I have hope that this will be all settled. I am staking my remaining AMBER just in case. Maybe something will happen before this year ends  |

price and demands in the market only can helped if the dividends have no issues like this

You can download the official corporate filing info if you go to the beta version if that website... https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09246220 nothing of huge interest, besides the transfer of all shares from olga overchuk to capital group international, but dev had mentioned them earlier so not a shocker. It beat paying the 6£ (I hope that is the correct symbol for gbp) |

Last night someone bought 5 btc worth Amber - everything to 9500 sat. Few hours after that price droped. BTW: I saw DEV has been logged several times today, and still no promised statement. |
