Hiya fellas.  New to this.  It's been a while since I've dipped into altcoins.  The last time I owned/bought anything besides CLAMs were altcoins that rose around the time BTCD was formed, so 3-4 years ago.  It's been ages.  My wallet is currently syncing up, is there any way to get some free BITB aside from the faucet and twitter?

I think the give away isn't sufficient to drive bitbeans recognition because it seems to be aimed at existing users to build their sprouting amount. There are maybe only 5 people who are tweeting non-stop to gain the giveaway rewards, that's hardly sufficient. Grs did the same sort of marketing plan recently and had a huge number of participants, their giveaway directed their participants to register with them on their platform in a fast simple manner, driving people to go view what grs is all about. I would like to see this coin grow and keep accumulating and sprout but i feel that, with this forum being the exception, there isn't enough activity around the promotion of bitbean, for example the twitter account should be constantly posting links and tags to various aspects of the bitbean and constantly engaging the community of bitbean and other coins to bring people over to bitbean from different coins, to show why they should choose bitbean and how they can use it, ie practical use, trading, sprouting. I understand that this all costs money and that the team only recently went into full time development but thats just my opinion, I don't intend it in a negative manner, just feel that more can be done to unlock the true potential of bitbean.

Hi,

How does someone get paid? as i just got a notification on Twitter saying:

Quote
50999 $BITB has been withdrawn from your account to 2KdTeq2XNZ537PMEVBHahcWJp6CFwWPbyS

Not sure what this means as this is not my BitBean address and I didn't even know about this promotion until now and have had a couple of my tweets re-tweeted. by the way my Twitter handle is @cryptotrader85

Thanks!

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

The giveaway promotion or the update about bitbean core isn't even on the latest news on the main website or any tweet about it directly from the Twitter handle, guess I'm answering my own questions about why bitbean is stagnating since there are no responses from the team on any of the latest posts.

Can anyone help me understand BitBean's PoS system?  I read the front page, but I'm trying to understand it better.  So after the coins reach maturity, and you have the wallet open, you're trying to solve a block right?  The reward is 1000 BITB, but does that go to the sole person who solved it?  So every time you stake you get 1k more BITB?  Is there a maximum age for staking?  Like 3 days/week/month?

I currently have 968 BITB, and it says my expected time to stake is 758 days. :/  That's an awfully long time to wait just to double my balance lol

Bitbean POS system very unique, there's no interest rate peryear, just sprout 1000 Bitbean. 758 bitb wont give you nice sprout, you need million bitbean to hold to sprout everyday
