How exactly would that work under present circumstances?

Till now we have collected the claims from 45 shareholders. We are still in waiting of the replies from GLBSE.
Might be nice to just hit reply & send on those claims you have received so far just for confirmation, please.

email is not a guaranteed delivery mechanism. Smiley

Just got this from GBLSE:

"Your GLBSE account has been processed for bitcoin. The next step will be to send you information about your assets, and to provide this information to issuers (if you agreed) allowing you to continue your relationship with your issuers." Let's keep fingers crossed!

*lol* @ the guys thinking that someone is throwing away his shares for low... Smiley

I would buy 48 asicminer for 0.1 BTC each if there would be a safe way to do so. But no one can proof that he owns the shares and at the moment they cant be moved too.

2weix... no it doesnt. The persons that got this email didnt get btc. The persons that got btc didnt get that email. An error probably.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

derpderpitywhat?

i got this:

Quote
Your GLBSE account has been partially processed. 90% of your funds have been returned to you with this payment. Once we recieve the remaining funds from our treasurer and secretary the final payment will be made and you will be informed. We will also inform you when we process your assets, allowing you to continue your relationship with your issuer.

and received no funds which means

a) they'se gone
b) my open orders for ASICMINER were filled before the fiasco and I now own ~20+BTC worth of shares (at the time, that's ~200+)

No 2weix... in nefario-scam-thread there are many guys that got an email but no btc while they had btc in fact. Others like me got the btc back but didnt get an email. Judging from that i would say that you most probably still have the btc. Of course i dont know. I only wanted to say that getting the mail doesnt mean that the people got the btc too.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

so we're still fucked. is there a semi-"official" GLBSE thread to document this?

No... theres a thread named nefario in scam accusations subforum and sometimes there are more infos from glbse-shareholders. But nefario isnt writing there.

There is another thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=118354 wher people discuss the money they got from nef.

The info has to be searched unfortunately because nefario doesnt make the best information politics.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

I also received 2 emails yesterday evening that "my GLBSE account has been partially processed and 90% of the funds have been returned"
I claimed for 3 accounts in the same 5 minutes, so still one to be processed.

I dindn't received any bitcoins till now, so I hope they're still working on it Smiley

So if anyone wanna dump 1000 shares right now, I will take the other 9952 shares.

Daily Update

We are still waiting for GLBSE responses. Please mail us your information if you have not yet done that, because the uncertainty brought by GLBSE closing still exists.
