If this is officially Friedcat's policy, to reduce price and refund BTC due to shipping delays, this is a first I've seen in the BTC community. I am impressed!!!!
edit: typo
I did that on my FPGA sales Glad someone is doing the right thing in a much larger scale!

It's very refreshing to deal with a business that "does the right thing" even if it costs them a sizable amount of money in the short term.
And kind of scary that it is so out of place in the Bitcoin community...

I just can't figure how you could forget having ASICMINER shares. Did you leave the Bitcoin community for a few months and hid under a rock?
I dunno but maybe things like DYING or other life changing events cause one to not redeem those shares, food for thought. I asked eltopo. He doesn't seem dead. Considering he just posted on this thread. Or maybe he did so FROM THE BEYOND! Hello from beyond I bought some shares at IPO price last year and forget about it after GLBSE closed. It took over 3 months until friedcat sent out mails to the shareholders (january). And at this time no divs were paid and no one was able to value the share I guess (or were there already other exchanges around with AM PTs?) For me, AM hype started with dividends in march.

That'd be insane. I can understand someone who made a bunch of money on early adoption spending 50+ BTC to have some fun, but 1000 blades is investment territory. The USB eruptors are novelties, they aren't going to pay off.

If you think you're going to keep making 0.01 BTC per 5 days for another 500 days, I've got bad news for you...

And so I can say the young-uns in 40 years that I was a Thirteener.
