1061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that this cryptocurrency/bitcoin boom poses a threat to Earth. on: June 12, 2021, 03:23:43 AM
no, because the use of electricity for crypto mining is still quite normal. The people of the world should focus on the whole factory, because they are the ones who cause too much pollution to the earth. after all, currently POW is no longer the main thing, because there are already POS and others.

Exactly,  there are no such mining farms in the world right now as we have many factories scattered all over the world with the constant population they generate on a daily basis both on air and sea, chemical spills and disposal of toxic waste into the atmosphere possess a more dangerous situation to the human health, why nobody is paying attention to that,

some of this factories have been running for years long before btc and btc mining will ever become a thing,  humans has always endure this pollution and the environment threat,  it seem very easy to shift the blame of global warming to btc mining rather than the obvious.
1062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran also wants to legalize crypto on: June 12, 2021, 03:05:16 AM
But it is unlikely that they will be able to do it as successfully as El Salvador.

Why won't they? It is all about setting the motion for legalising crypto and then device a means of putting them into practice,  am not sure the size of Iran but I believe not among the biggest countries in the world, it shouldn't be a problem putting it into practice if they are determined,  or perhaps they can study that of El Salvador's process of legalisation and come up with what will work for Iran
1063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 'El Salavador' could impose national TV display BTC price in dollars all time on: June 11, 2021, 02:46:21 AM

The digital currency can be used in any transaction and any business will have to accept payment in Bitcoin, with the exception of those lacking the technology to do so. The U.S. dollar will also continue to be El Salvador's currency and no one will be forced to pay in Bitcoin, according to the legislation approved late Tuesday.

In other words, usd will still coexist with btc as a legalise mode of payment,  quite frankly,  I think it isn't a bad idea, especially for those who are in the know and can use btc for transaction,  my first thought after seeing the news was what about the majority who have zero knowledge with crypto and how it works, how can they adopt so easily, it will take some time before btc is fully used and fiat is pushed aside if they are going to adopt the use of btc fully.
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i believe a person who said"my trust wallet get hacked" ? on: June 11, 2021, 02:35:57 AM
Because some people are extremely careless with everything, even with something as important as their private keys, it is hard to believe but we can't rule out the fact it is a possibility, you never know where people store their keys or what kind of apps they have installed on their device that could result to a loss or a hack on their wallet, the probability that most hacked issues are because of negligence is much higher.
1065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know if an altcoin is a scam? on: June 11, 2021, 02:31:00 AM
I suggest you review DIVI a solid project with one of the most competitive rates of return, Divi Nodes are the easiest and safest way to earn cryptocurrencies. Also with the launch of its new wallet for DIVI, BTC, ETH and LTC exchanges which undoubtedly makes it one of the best wallets on the market and now with its recent inclusion in @kucoincom

For more information visit: https://diviproject.org/

Looks like you are either one of the Divi team member or a paid shiller to shill about Divi because  I can see that a good part of your post are all base on shilling Divi, if you are not part of the team and not paid to shill then I suggest not to be too trusting on this project,  especially if you are an investor,

Frankly, if Divi is that good a project, not too much shill is required before people notice it, just saying,
@op it isn't so easy to know scam project especially the clever ones, everything may appear legit with the project details but they will still end rug pull in the end.
1066  Economy / Economics / Re: Are some too blind to see? on: June 10, 2021, 02:35:38 AM
Tesla takes profit from crypto investment and some stupid people aren't even bothered, like I always say even billionaires who invest in crypto are here for the profits no matter how long they chill and hype the coins, be smart people

Taking profit is one thing, funding is another,  and a continuous act on it is taking things overboard,  why turn back to fud an asset that gave huge profit within a short period of time! There could only be one reason for that, Musk want to buy cheap btc after dumping at ath, after all he is a business guy and knows how to make money and especially when to make a move, it is very logical,  anyone who sold btc at peak would want a chance to get in from below, being smart is part of the game.
1067  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Co-founder and CEO of Avenue Capital Group lamented he should have bitcoin on: June 10, 2021, 02:13:09 AM
He could still take the bold step and add more to his bag at this price, this drop in price already made it possible for new comers to step in, it is impossible to ignore an asset like btc, reason why we have so many fudders trying to appear knowledgeable than the rest of us, even though a part of them want to grab as much as they could, their ego always get in the way, sooner than later fudders will turn supporters, that simple.
1068  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a rational real Person I dont see btc success on: June 10, 2021, 02:03:06 AM
You probably don't see success because you are late or consider yourself to be late, if you were to be an early adopter maybe you would have a different view about it, government don't consider whether btc is pos or pow, this not the reason why they are cracking down on btc every now and then,  their focus is to prevent people from having control of their assets because btc as a decentralized asset gives that privilege,  what you mentioned is far from the reason why government is strict to crypto.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which BSC project is best for 2021? on: June 09, 2021, 07:46:50 PM
As, all we know that Binance smart chain projects are more trending these days. I am interested to invest in these BSC , which one is best for 2021?
You must answer  a question that why people like Binance Smart Chain and projects one the chain?

If the answer is simply because of cheaper transaction fees than in ERC_20 chain, it is no convincible. Fees will be high, expensive then cheap. In crypto, many altcoins have very very cheap transaction fees because price of coins are very very cheap. This basic cheap specification does not help them to have too much transactions per second Tx per second. Price is low as well.

You must differentiate between good projects and bad projects. Chains, BSC, cheap transaction fees don't make good projects.

Cheaper transaction fees does not determine a good project but it appears to be one of the reason to choose a project base on the network, you can't ignore the fact that many people are deeply concerned about the high transaction fee on the eth network, bsc provide a solution to this with their cheap network fees, however, it is still important to do some digging about the project of interest to know more about it, this are two different things, investing on a good project is entirely up to the investor it has nothing to do with transaction fees.

1071  Economy / Economics / Re: If Something is cheap you Buy it Buy the dips on: June 08, 2021, 06:41:44 PM
A dip in the market does not necessarily indicate that it is the best time to buy; it may experience another downturn and cause another dip. That's why we always tell DYOR: do your own analysis, evaluate the graph and the coin's movement, and then buy if we're pleased with the dip with good support. All are now on the internet, so you can look up any information you like about the asset you want to invest in to see if it's still worthwhile. The majority of people who lose money as a result of FOMO do so because they do not conduct adequate research. As a result, they lose a lot of money.

"Don’t buy blindly"

This can be said with altcoins but not btc, any dip you buy is not a bad one provided you are willing to be patient and hold for some time, except you think there is a reason btc won't go higher in near future, otherwise, buying the dip in btc is seem a more better idea imo,
other alts i won't recommend buying at least not just yet because there is a possibility tey will go lower and even not able to recover to the previous ath, in the case of btc, it is the opposite, everyone knows btc performance when the market is in full swing.
1072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time to invest in Bitcoin on: June 08, 2021, 06:16:34 PM
If you have extra money, you can choose to buy Bitcoin in this situation, because it will definitely rise up, and buying now is indeed a good opportunity.

Of course, at the end of this meaningless fud the market will find its way back up, take it as a blessing in disguise, for those who hold btc before the dip happens you haven't lost anything if you didn't sell cheap to the whales, and for those who just want to get in, now is the right time, every time the market dip is an opportunity to take advantage, we have seen this scenario time and again, any time the market recovers some people will wish they had bought at the dip, well here is an opportunity don't think too long.
1073  Other / Off-topic / Re: The ANONYMOUS video is FAKE... on: June 08, 2021, 05:56:39 PM
Between why do you care if the video is fake or not! are you one of Elon's errand boy or what! why are you sounding so defensive over what has no direct effect on you, hasn't that douchebag done enough damage already to the btc space as it is, to be honest i could careless if Musk tweet or not, my only concerned is to to those who have dedicate themselves to wait on Elon's tweet, because of their actions this guy feels important, being rich don't give you the right to play with other's feelings. Even if the video is fake, i believe it hit a sensitive spot.  Undecided
1074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Haven't Checked Elon Musk's Tweets For 2 Weeks And Don't Plan To! Life Is Good on: June 05, 2021, 04:59:48 PM
And you should do the same! I don't care what/when/if he posted and it feels so good! No more FUD, I'm behaving like this guy doesn't exist and it feels awesome. Everything is nice, the vibe is cool and relaxed.

You should all do the same and you will see that HODLing is wonderful!

Lol! we are on the same boat, i don't follow him and i don't plan to, hell i hardly check my twitter account so there is zero chance for me to stumble across his ridiculous tweet except someone else i follow decide to retweet it, i seriously don't get why this guy becomes the center of attention, so what if he is the richest or among the richest man in the world, still don't make him a crypto genius, am here for long term so Elon go tweet all ya want, ain't going no where  Cool
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: your favorite Exchange (without KYC/Verification) on: June 05, 2021, 04:33:49 PM
bithumb, binance, mxc pro good for small amount withdraw without any kyc hustle, what i hate most is some cunning exchange that wont let you know at the very beginning that kyc is mandatory, only when you have deposited, transact and ready to trade will the option of a compulsory kyc emerged, that happened to me with gate.io and i didn't like it one bit, i was forced to do kyc in other for me to withdraw my small fund, not nice.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sovryn on: June 05, 2021, 04:25:09 PM
I didn't know there is a speculation thread of Sovryn, Do you know sovryn going to list on a few CEX very soon. And it has launched a new launchpad, where they are going to list projects and its first project did very well in pre-sale. Talking about babelfish, soon going to launch a public sale at Sovryn Launchpad.

Am guessing gate.io and AsendEX since they are among the pomp syndicate right! that will will be good for sov because of wider access and more liquidity, babelfish is another hot gem' according to blockchain whisper so am counting days till the deal day, am a sov holder and staker but am not happy about the decision with the sov sale open to public, they should have gone with the sip of taking snapshot of sov stakers to participate but they change it and just throw what is left from BCW to the general public on a first come first serve basis.
1077  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping time guys. Fill your bags now. on: June 04, 2021, 06:33:21 PM
To be honest, since the downturn, I currently have several assets that are ready to be sold when the price goes up. Well, of course, I took advantage of a moment like this after selling some of my assets at a low price. however, right now I'm really trying to collect as many potential assets as possible before selling them in the future.

Yeah we have a good number of them at a reduced price, was eyeing sol because I was late to buy it , this recent dip did me a favour to buy sol below $20, it was a good buy because price already appreciate a little,  there is no better time than this current dip, this is an opportunity shop at discount.
Ones the market recovers it will take some time again to see such discount.
1078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Missed out on coins like SafeMoon? 💎$SAFEJUPITER 💎 is your next chance! on: June 04, 2021, 06:23:10 PM
What works for A may not work B, just because some people get lucky with safemoon don't mean it will continue that way, project like this should be given a lot of thought before taking any step, it is easy to get rekt chasing after PnD, there are better projects out there to invest on their sale,  ico drops is a good place to look.
1079  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Satoshi ever come forward? on: June 03, 2021, 06:59:02 PM
I doubt this will ever happen, even without his presence there is already too much emotions and sentiment happening,  people are going out of their mind with market down most times, too many people will want answers and who knows what else could happen,  better to remain anonymous.
1080  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you done listening to Elon ? on: June 03, 2021, 06:47:50 PM
'Once bitten twice shy' but unfortunately this does not apply to some people,  they enjoy being led by the nose,  so it will surprise you to see so many haven't learnt their lesson yet, they want to be completely rekt before learning or should I say they would rather learn from the hard way before they get it,

Even Elon will put a disclaimer on his tweet  Cheesy   do at your own risk, lol, whales knows how to make their money.
