1061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 06, 2023, 11:50:08 AM
That's right, Inoue is not your ordinary boxer who's is easy to predict and evident to see his limits. Currently, there's no boxer that managed to unlock Inoue's weakness and Donaire was the only boxer who actually gave him a good toe-to-toe fight but even that fight wasn't enough to show his weakness and up until now, it's still a mystery and it will be an expensive move by any boxer just to know what is it.

For weakness of Inoue to unfold, he just needs to fight a better boxer than he is.  He may be dominated the bantamweight division, but I do not think that he will do the same in the super bantamweight.  Super Bantamweight is a different division and there are several known boxers that can possibly defeat Inoue in this division.  The boxer in this division have heavier punches and more resistance to blows or punches, and since Inoue is taking a shortcut, he probably doesn't know the extent of the punching power of this division.

Again with this shortcut thing Grin

Really? Why do people keep on insisting that Inoue did a much easier path that directs him to the championship fight when in-fact he earned it because he managed to unify all the belts at 118 and then there's this WBO who gave him a super-champion title which mandates that he can fight directly with Fulton and not Murodjon.

Did you honestly expect that Inoue and the other guys who did a successful run in their previous division to start at the bottom? That's a perk, not a shortcut. They earned it.
I also think it is odd people are referring to what is happening in this way when this is not the case, the four major boxing associations made a deal that if a boxer is able to unify all the belts and that boxer wants to move up a division then they will immediately give that fighter a chance to fight for a title on that new division, this is why Usyk was able to fight Joshua after becoming the undisputed at the cruiserweight division, so this is not even a favor that is being made to Inoue, this is just part of the standard procedure that any fighter will receive if they show they can completely dominate their current division.

I think you are right with your sentiment. The organizations gave him the opportunities to challenge the current champ with
the division he chooses to move up.

It's a good perk after unifying or dominating the division he came from, I think people who understand will not disagree with
the setup, he established his name from the division he dominated.

Choosing to move up and try stripping the current champ would be a nice challenge to prove how good he was.
1062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: March 05, 2023, 06:29:43 PM
Hi guys, Is it too late now to buy BNB? Or can we expect huge price drop in this year?

With the value that BNB has now, I think yes it is good to buy now, because from 304$ last 3 days ago now it dropped to less than 300$ and then just held again.

In times like this, I don't think it's a good way to do day trading, especially if we know ourselves that we're not that deep in trading activity, instead just long-term holdings first while we're still in the process of learning level.

Indeed! if you are not sure with your knowledge better to choose long-term investment instead of trying to sort the day-to-day trading
process, very risky and if you are unsure of your strategy, it can burn your capital.

There are people who are willing to work with day trade for sure and BNB is one of the moving asset that they can use if they are willing to gamble.

Do a deeper research before doing your decision in terms of buying assets as an instrument of your investment.
1063  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 05, 2023, 06:14:24 PM

As for Ja Morant, wrong set of friends, yeah he could be under pressure of the limelight but this is not the way to do it buddy.

You are destroying yourself, flashing guns. He really need help, specially from his families.
That's not good for him, as he has lots of major sponsorships that gave him a lot of money. If he can't change his life, then I think his career with the NBA will be short. As a superstar, he has a big responsibility, which is to be a role model, and his actions have shown that he is not living up to that responsibility.

He should understand that thing.

He's not getting any younger and as a pro he should first consider his action before doing anything, Like
what you mentioned if he will not change this kind of attitude and lifestyle, his career will be ruined.

The pressure will be there for him and with such action he might lose all those sponsorships, even he's good and classified as one of the
The hottest stars, but with such an attitude, it will be nothing.

Need to have good guidance, especially from his family now.

Mukhang mas ok if magcustomize ka nalang ng design kesa bumili ng ganyan and medyo pricey.

Anyway, its not about the design or price naman, its more about the thought that the bigger store ay nagbebenta na ng merch ni Bitcoin at hinde malabong mangyare na magaccept naren sila ng Bitcoin as mode of payment at kapag nangyare ito, panigurado marame talaga ang maeenganyo magadopt ng Bitcoin at cryptocurrency.

1065  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price guess for March on: March 04, 2023, 07:47:32 AM
Maybe another stagnant month, but who knows. It's too volatile to predict where it will go. I have my own analysis though that it will not be that far from the last February price. $2k down or $2k low, that what I just see, if it goes bull it won't last that long and goes back to where we are right now.
I always like to think there are those investors in the shadows that would take advantage of the opportunity to sell even if the profits are low. It doesn't matter to them, reap the rewards then let go. Buy again when another dump comes. Short-term strategy at its best.

I also considering that,

chances that we may see short-term traders to take advantage of playing with the emotions of those fearing investors.

Maybe yes, there are movements that will bring the market down by this range, but if there's no major news that will really affect the
condition around the market, chances also to see a good bounce and retain the value can still be possible to happen.
1066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: March 04, 2023, 07:40:50 AM
Here's my pick:

Orlando vs Hornets, - I'll go with Orlando, they need to bounce back, -3.5 @1.86
Knicks vs Miami - Butler is listed as probable, Knicks to me, -2.5 @1.84

I also parlay this two to make it more exciting @3.42.

Sad to say that your parlay was being ruined by 1 point NYK win only by 2 points as Heat didn't let them to dominate butler
played and provide 33 points. They almost take this one against NYK.

Almost a good comeback for the Heat, just a little close in snatching this at home, still struggling to win games for them
even they are almost complete and healthy playing.

Better luck next time!
1067  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who would you trust? on: March 03, 2023, 03:07:47 PM
As a trader you need to have your own trading strategies relying on ones strategies might gives you difficulty in trading. I remembered when I was trying to use else strategies I noticed it wasn't favorable to me and I wasn't that comfortable using it so I had to devote my time and take thorough lesson on how to develop and get used to my methods which I have been using and is working fine for me despite I am not an active trader. So don't trust the new trader nor the older traders because you might not get used to it.

Well both of them are old traders or even new traders with new strategies designed for people who don't know about trading and want to join in trading. I agree that we should follow ourselves since we can find the best strategies for ourselves that we are really comfortable to use. We can learn from an old trader or even hold a discussion with a new trader to get insight for ourselves about trading.

Yeah, that's is why you can find some helpful material on net or search some resourceful material from youtube. Although I mostly learn from YouTube then, the best is to learn from old traders and then cave out on how to implement those methods to form your trading strategy which could be convenient for you to use at any given time.

Exactly, those tutorials will give you an insight to how the business will work, it's not a financial advice but indeed very useful
for you to base your idea on how to sort the right investment.

Old traders got the glimpse on how the market will proceed and with that kind of shared information you can create your
strategy that may work if you prepare and execute everything the right way.

More on how you will consolidate all that knowledge that you will learn from all the resources that are available for you.
1068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Figueroa vs Magsayo WBC Interim Featherweight Title (March 4) on: March 03, 2023, 02:03:39 PM
Yes it's going to be a war between them based on their style what I like between these two is there are no thrash talks involved, and they both have respect for each other I'm looking forward to their weigh-in and last Face off before fighting in the ring, I like Magsayo to win I read that he is the underdog but I bet against my cousin that Magsayo will win via stoppage, so I'm hoping to get an extra buck this weekend.

Figueroa, doing a debut in the 126 lbs is hungry for the title. On the other hand, Magsayo that previously holds the title which he lost to Vargas wants to take back the title again which he got in a tough way when he faced Gary Russell Jr.

Really expect a war as both boxers want the title and nothing else. To be able to achieve that title they need to win to face Rey Vargas. I want to see Magsayo win the fight so he will get a chance for a rematch against Rey Vargas. If he didn't beat Figueroa here, he's nothing compared to Vargas.

Expect that war in chasing the belt,

we all know that each fighter that been given this kind of opportunities will try everything to win the fight
they'll treat it as a last chance for the title chase.

Let see how both fighters will prepare and will execute all the strategies that they will plan ahead the fight, more on how they will push
their way here.

Hard to conclude as they are both power puncher who can throw solid combos that can KO their opponents.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: March 03, 2023, 01:04:22 PM
Today we see a very fast correction. But for me this is an opportunity to accumulate more BNB. Because BNB is one of the altcoins that I keep collecting. because I always want to be ready when Binance has Launchpad. But I'm not suggesting anyone to follow what I do. because the current market volatility is very strong. last year in March it still signifies a green market. but it looks like this year the market will likely be a little red. This is due to BTC's sideways position in the 21k-25k area. and in past years in April it has always been a red market. but I hope that this year the market will continue to strengthen and continue to be green. so I think we should still be careful. but I have become accustomed to buying on red and selling on green. DYOR.

A little careful in terms of trying to position yourself, there are takers who will think that the current situation will only take
short span of time and it will bounce back again.

You need to analyze and try to figure something out from the past situation, if there's a good trigger point then you can go and buy.

But if you see that chances to go deeper make sure that you are willing to take that risk in holding on a extended time frame.
1070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: March 03, 2023, 12:31:30 PM
In boxing, there are casual trash talks that are common. However, Thurman made an effort for his trashtalks to become personal. In order to distract Pacquiao, he attempted to get under his skin but failed deliberately.

Errol Spence will force Keith Thurman to kiss the canvas. Thurman was down by the body punch of Pacquiao and Spence is more well known for working on the bodies of his opponents. By TKO, Thurman will lose.

They have their own strategy, and I believe what Thurman did to Pacman, which is trash-talking, is not to distract him but to gain the attention of the fans and market their upcoming fight. Pacman will not be affected by any trash talk, as he has been in boxing for more than a decade already, so it's not new to him.

I guess it's both because I also remember that Thurman somehow underestimated Pacquiao and thought that a trashtalk will somehow give some troubles to the latter but it didn't worked as Thurman was the one who kissed the canvass in the early rounds of their fight whereas he was the one who had the ultimate motive to do the same.

Back on the fight, I know that Thurman is thirsty and hungry to get a title and be a champion once again but this journey won't be that easy because Spence got a strong body punch that could probably also crack Thurman in the early rounds. He should watch out for that though as it's expected that Spence won't go easy on him as this is a bit personal for him because of what happened few years back.
Thurman was barking at the wrong person. Additionally, Pacquiao, who does not speak English fluently, was only laughing because of the language barrier. Adrien Broner just laughed maybe because of the language barrier too. Broner thought Pacquiao would laugh at his trash talks instead of benefit from them.

I and MiliMil have the same opinion about this match. Errol Spence has a straightforward victory here. The corner of Thurman will stop it or the referee will. But I do not think it is true that Thurman avoided Spence for a long time. Thurman clearly desired the well-known names. The target was Mayweather and the other champions.
It seems that Thurman's way of destruction of his opponent did not work on manny pacman pacquiao cause we can see that thurman feel the pain when pacaman going to hit him.
A silence fighters are very dangerous inside the ring and most of them are good in offense like pacman, inoue, magsayo and many more silence fighters who release thier anger inside the ring and not on way of trash talk. And also bronerthe same as thurman.

If not with that early knock down for sure, the decision might be different. I see that the fight may take into a draw if
Thurman did not fall in the early round.

He redeemed himself as we notice the aging Pacquiao in the last few remaining rounds but gladly he throw that power punch and Thurman didn't
anticipate that he can't ignore Pacquiao's punch, he underestimated him.

Moving on, Spence and Thurman's fight will be exciting even there's nothing to stake aside from the name behind their careers.
1071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 02, 2023, 01:05:18 PM
KD had a wonderful debut game with the Suns. He was unstoppable and could shoot from anywhere on the floor. With even a little opening, his accuracy is really high. I think the Suns will be a tough team in the playoffs. Even if they're not the favorites to win the championship, I would certainly bet on them if they have attractive odds.

The flow of basketball is very easy with Durant on the floor, which makes them unpredictable. Now, they have Durant and Booker, and of course CP3 can also score.
Classic Kevin Durant. The Phoenix Suns will be one of the teams that is difficult to defeat from now on. Even KD takes a rest, Booker will be there, then they have Warren, CP3, and Ayton. He just need someone who could space the floor more and let him do his isolation game. A very big catch by the Suns here and now they are on the discussions of a championship contender once again.
Brooklyn Nets on the other hand, (where KD came from) is unable to win another game after receiving Bridges and Johnson. 1 win in 7 games. It must be hard for them to create chemistry.

Yeah, it was the old and classic KD, shooting mid range even if someone is in front of him. And then Booker taking over the game and it was CP3 play making, dictating the tempo, Ayton too with another great rebounding night.

As for the Nets, it was always close, but then they really like melting in the 4th quarter. Maybe they got tired or something or their defense is not holding up. Unless Bridges is now on a break out as when he was transferred to the Nets, he has a good scoring average and could be potentially the new face of the Nets together with Spencer Dinwiddie and Cam Thomas.

Acquiring KD is really a good addition to the Sun we seen his presence today, and that's another star who can take anyone
to score with that classic jump shot, just give him little space and he will let you pay.

They are now back in terms of chasing the ring, with the way they play the game as if they are playing as a whole and no chemistry problem with all
the stars, I like that leadership from CP3, orchestrating the play. He knows well the capabilities of KD.

While Booker and Ayton are just doing the same way as it was, very well rotations and good blending of the players.
1072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 02, 2023, 12:30:46 PM
His exhibition career was already end when he done fight with Logan Paul, after that he have next 4 exhibitions fights with Don Moore, Mikuru Asakura, Deji Olatunji, and Aaron Chalmers. But I don't see any hype, his appearance doesn't enough to bring the crowd. Maybe if he fight with McGregor or Jake Paul, it would be different. But McGregor want to comeback in UFC, while Jake Paul only want to fight in a professional career, Mayweather will not want since he is really care with his undefeated record.

But definitely, Floyd is still bringing money when he had his exhibitions fights, just a fight in Japan this December again could yield him easy cool $10 M or higher.

However, he is aged already, lots of money and doesn't need to fight even for exhibition fight to remain relevant in boxing. He can just simply find talents like what he did against Gervonta Davis and guide them on how to become boxing's cash cow.
But finding talent and developing such talent takes a lot of work, and if you were given the option to go through all that work or earn a lot of money by fighting exhibitions fight with very low risk to your health and reputation then this option makes the most sense, especially for someone like Mayweather which cares so much about making money, so I think we are going to keep seeing Mayweather arrange more exhibition fights even if they are not making him as much money as he expected.

I think though that if ever Floyd will have to unwind his career fighting, then most likely he will be a promoter as he has TMT as his company. He has the likes of Davis and to the beginning of Broner's career, they are close as hell. But when Broner started to lose and then his career goes to a steep downfall, Floyd separated with him. And then took Davis under his wing and made him millions but it's time for Davis to move up. So as genuis as Floyd is, he might be looking for another career after his boxing is done.

Floyd will surely use his legacy to continue sucking money from this sport, even he stops fighting exhibition games he will find a way
to make money and continue to have close relation inside this sport.

Like you mentioned, he already has that good glimpse of how to make money being a promoter, Broner and Davis were a cash-cow for him.

But the two were not there anymore and for sure Floyd will bring someone else to create and develop another fighter who can bring him money.

1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 01, 2023, 06:08:05 PM

Yes, saw that news too, and it's going to hurt the Lakers chances to make it to the playoffs. When you think that everything is working on their end, and we saw James still plays during their massive comeback and then limping out, and this could be the price to pay for that comeback of them.

He is getting old and became injuries prone to hunt him nowadays even though he takes care of his body more than any other NBA player right now. Too bad for them and they've just easily lost tonight against the Grizzlies. Maybe this year will not be their destiny to be playing in the NBA playoffs and even though they can manage to get to the play-in tournament, surely they will gonna struggle and probably will gonna be knockout without Lebron James to help them inside the court.

Without LeBron and Davis, or either of them not playing, will certainly hurt the Lakers. With what happened, I'm sure their chances of winning will drop, as they have lost their leaders. Let's wait for more updates regarding the injury. If he will miss games, hopefully it won't be for too long.
And as what have been expected, without Lebron they have a hard time winning and it's a tough team in the West in Memphis. They still hold on though till the 2nd quarter of the game.

But Ja Morant erupted with 39 points in the game, but still good to see the Lakers with AD at the lead, trying to push and get a win.

Maybe against a low team, this Lakers will have a good chance to take a win without the injured Lebron.

They might have difficulty, but in terms of winning games without LeBron the chance is still decent, with AD trying everything
to help the team, it's just so happen that Ja' take this game aggressively,

With a good squad to support him, it's really hard for every team that will meet them in each game to beat a strong squad like Memphis now.

But, moving back with the Lakers, they need to win. Even without LeBron, they need to find ways.
1075  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: March 01, 2023, 11:32:36 AM
This is some completely unknown provider of game slots. Mr.Slotty's site looks very empty.
What is the likelihood that the game slots provider initially knew about the vulnerability in his product? This story seems very strange.

It doesnt really matter at this point because if the slot provider is trying to pull a nasty string behind the exploit then they are going to risk the reputation of the whole company. They might not as popular as some other top provider like Pragmatic but I've seen their slots getting added to decent numbers of online casino though

We don't know what's the real score is , chances that they know about it or someone behind them are part of this exploit,
but that will ruin the entire business if things will be proven.

Not good for the business if they already building their name, it will be a hard take or decision to be made if they are really doing nasty things behind.

Let's see if how this exploit will proceed and what's the update will be provided.
1076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: March 01, 2023, 11:23:42 AM
Thurman ducked Spence for years when he was the champion and they were both under Al Haymon.

Thurman has always been scared of Spence and knows he'll got KO'ed.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Spence stops him out easily if they ever fight.

We cannot really confirm that whether if it is true or not, those are just speculations made in the past and up until now.

Besides, we cannot really blame Thurman if he didn't gave Spence a chance for a title shot few years back because back at the day, welterweight is still a pretty stacked-up division. You got names like Pacquiao and Mayweather on the same division, while Spence at that time was still a hotshot haven't got a chance because a fight with him is not profitable. You know that boxing is always business first.

Yes, and on the other hand, there are reports saying that Spence duck Thurman when he become a champion. So we really don't know who duck who during Thurman's prime and reign as 147 lbs. They are still both under Al Haymon, but we all know that Spence is now the A-side in that stable.

But now we will have a chance to see it, maybe it was 2-3 years late though, as Thurman got injured and then he fight Manny because that is the biggest paycheck for him.

The biggest paycheck but also the reason why he moves away for a while in this sport, that lost against Pacquiao is, surely
the one that he will never forget.

A prime Thurman against the aging Pacquiao with those trash talks that backfire on him, who will forget about that right?

But moving forward, it will be another shot for him, even there's no title but the career enhancement if Thurman successfully
upset Spence here.
1077  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: February 28, 2023, 06:52:20 PM

The match was a very close one. I really do not understand why a lot of people are so upset. This was a very close match. I believe both teams played really well and the clippers of course could have done better. In this match, Leonard absolutely popped off for the Clippers. Without him, the match was probably not going to be so close anyway. George was also really good. But in the end, it was not enough. Fox and Monk were heroes in this match for the Kings. I believe this loss is going to be bad for the Clippers.

The fact that this a close makes it more trivial for discussion especially for the fans since the Clippers has a lot of opportunities to end the game given with this double OT.  I didn’t watch the game live but seeing a 175 and 176 score points on the NBA scores today makes me intrigued to watch the reply. Everyone gave their best especially Kawhi and Fox to carry their team but at the end of the game there’s only one team that will gonna win.

If I’m not mistaken. This is the first match of Westbrook on Clippers which makes this game very hot for Clippers fan because Westbrook is a very controversial player due to its questionable performance on LA.

The Sacramento Kings got an upper hand when it comes to consistency because the team is not wasting any possession and surely, they would like to sink it all if they could, just like what Malik Monk did but eventually, that's what helped the team rather than losing a possession because of the turnover that was committed mostly by the Clippers. The Kings this season is just like what the Boston Celtics did in the past season, they just rose up suddenly in the rankings and is now spotted in the 3rd seed.
^I am not so much fan on basketball but as I saw it is great to see the Sacramento Kings performing consistently this season and making the most out of their possessions. Limiting turnovers is a key factor in winning games and it is good to see the Kings being mindful of this. It is also impressive that they have risen up in the rankings and are currently in the 3rd seed.
However, it is important to remember that consistency is a long-term effort and the Kings will need to continue playing at a high level throughout the season to maintain their position in the standings. The Boston Celtics' success last season was certainly impressive, but it is important to note that each team's journey and circumstances are unique. The Kings will need to continue working hard and making the most of their opportunities to have sustained success.

I believe they pretty much already know about that and that might be the very reason why they managed to get the 3rd seed in the West. We all know here that the competition in the West is quite tight compared to the opposite conference, so for the Sacramento Kings to have that standing means that they are not an easy team to get through and just like the Celtics and every heavy team in the league, the team has been marinated by time for them to be like this.

The west side is really a full pack of super teams. Those who are on top are not secure once the next round takes place,
the real competition always happened during the playoffs.

Upset can be done, and that's not new here. With how Kings perform during this regular season, they need to add more, they
will be facing stronger teams in each series that they will survive.

Getting closer to the next round and teams are showing aggressiveness to win games now, let see who will be moving forward
and which team will be facing each other in the playoffs.
1078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Shakur Stevenson vs Shuichiro Yoshino April 8 on: February 28, 2023, 06:24:07 PM

I check 2 sports bookies and so far the only is odds listed is the ML, so no value if we are going to bet on Shakur. But if we wanted to go for the Japanese underdog at 7.x, now is the time to bet (but as I have said, the chances are slim to win either by decision or ko/tko).

So let's wait for more line to be offered, maybe we can see some value if there will be more options for Shakur like winning by decision or even winning by knockout or which round. Maybe the referee will have to stop it when he sees the Japanese taking more damage from Shakur jab and pin point accuracy in this match.

Enticing for gambler who love to take the big risk and hope for some luck, 7x of your initial bet would be nice if the Japanese
fighter will manage to upset Shakur.

For sure, there are gamblers who will take the ML for Shakur even the winning odd is small, some might place a big amount to win
decently.

While for loyal fans who support Shakur, chances that even with small possible winnings it will add to their enjoyment while
watching the fight.

But it's slim though, we all know how good Shakur is and he wouldn't let someone deter his goals of fighting for the belt next. So we should lean on Shakur with a big win via ko/tko.
The winning method odds for Shakur to win via knockout should be high because he's not a knockout artist, so it would be profitable if you want to bet that's option. Yoshino haven't lose in any fight and he tend to win via knockout, so it's quite hard to judge how good his chin. I still think Shakur win via decision is high likely to happen, but the odds still not included and if it's not worth, it's better for me to bet via knockout.

Exactly, the likelihood of Shakur winning by KO is not high. Would you bet on Shakur to win via KO, knowing his boring strategy in boxing? Personally, I doubt that he will win by KO in this fight. Most likely, it will still go the full 12 rounds, and he will win via unanimous decision. However, if you like to have fun and are willing to take the risk, then Shakur winning by KO could be the right bet for you.

I agree though, his knockout percentage is not even 50%, so most likely it will be a long and deliberate fight for him against Yoshino, unless he become a big hitter and Yoshino doesn't have a good chin to begin with.

It might be better though for me at least, so just sit out this match.

And wait for the outcome because the next fight might be the good one to bet. Shakur vs the winner of Haney vs Loma.

If you can take that risk and you are aiming for a considerable profit then it's on you to decide. I mean, knowing the strategy
of Shakur, he will continue to seek for his advantage in winning by UD.

Unless he's camp already change his strategy and starts practicing him on a KO base fight, we can't tell if how things will proceed.

It's on the bettors' decision whether to bet on KO or UD, but most likely Shakur is the favorite here.
