CMC position, for the record.

Just saw the mega wallet went under 20k $UNO and 10% of total in existence.
Great work killing the mega wallet!
Uno rich list at this moment. #1 is Cryptsy cold storage, now below 10%.

Watch out for the honeypot trap. If you can sell your Uno for .005/.006, but then can't withdraw your Btc, you are caught the trap. Back in the day, I sent 1 btc over to Coin-ex to arb cheap UNO. I thought I was a brilliant observer to find this incredible deal. Weeks later it was a total miracle that I was able to escape with my bitcoin. I must have instituted a withdrawal at the exact second some other sucker's bitcoin deposited. But for some reason, it shook free. Lesson learned. If prices are way out of whack, there is a reason. Price reflects risk. For now it seems that the Uno wallet is working fine, even as Cryptsy's bitcoin wallet has issues. I really hope they patch this back up and repair the damaged good will. Until then... Just sayin'. Be careful.

Still grinding away! Go mmpool! The next block is just around the corner!

Sad to watch what's going down at Cryptsy. The chat room today reminded me of Coin-ex. Glad to see the Uno wallet draining. Need a wallet, try Electrum for Uno, https://cryptap.us/uno/electrum/ Or run a full client on the network, get a wallet at http://unobtanium.unoI still hold hope that Cryptsy will come through, but it is not looking good is it?

Price is a cursed circle. Once broken is hard to go back!
I suppose you could be right, Esperansa. We've been here before though, several times. The price has been higher, and then much lower, and then higher again, and now lower again. Will it stay low? That's the question. I see it less as a cursed circle, and more as a cycle that has already repeated several times. Just depends on a person's perspective, I guess. I think everyone here knows that long, I am a Uno permabull. btw, good hashing right now, Un at 1.6 phs.

@Esperansa, you never really know. The best guess we have is through Chainz experimental "largest wallets" feature, https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/#!wallets . We know that UNO was fairly distributed from the start. We also know that in Feb. 2014, Wolong temporarily amassed a large quantity of Uno, up to 40k I've been told by people closer to the action that I was. But its highly unlikely he is still around or holding on to a lot of coins. After that, a large quantity of Uno was stolen from Coin-ex and dumped slowly at Cryptsy. Then some Uno, about 2 tons was taken by MintPal, but eventually was returned to owners by Ferdous Bhai. Uno was fair at the start, with no pre-mine, and except for the theft that has already liquidated, has been accumulated fairly by current holders. My best guess is that the biggest holder probably has 10-11k Un, but we'll never really know.

Cryptsy cold wallet now at 10.72% of all Uno. Wow! Just on Nov 2, it was 16%.

The Satoshi outing gets even more interesting. http://motherboard.vice.com/read/satoshis-pgp-keys-are-probably-backdated-and-point-to-a-hoaxIf this rise is Satoshi-driven, it could cause Btc to drop. Effect on Uno price could be interesting in the short term. Lots of dynamics at play with the Cryptsy situation. I assume we have some Cryptsy escapees who will want to dump for btc. If btc starts to fall and usd-pegged Uno rises, they might take advantage and dump into higher buy orders. On the other hand, if usd-Uno peg breaks, it could squeeze the cryptsy escapees, and create a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to catch a very deep Uno knife drop. After a serious quantity has changed hands, I expect this abberation will have passed and perhaps Uno will continue its march up to Gekko's anticipated February pump. LOL. Your guess is as good as mine. Speculating on Uno price right now with the satoshi/cryptsy inputs bends the mind. But I want to see more Uno in strong hands. edit: Vericoin says get out of Cryptsy and is asking to be delisted. Be careful.

These are interesting times at Cryptsy. Price of Uno is much higher there, presumably as people look for an exit from the exchange. The #1 Cryptsy Uno wallet is now below 11% (11.59%), falling rapidly. The chatter isn't good. https://twitter.com/search?q=cryptsy&src=typdCryptsy has been a good market. I wish them no ill will and I hope they come through this. I've just seen to many exchanges fail, and have lost too much money on shuttered exchanges not to take the signals seriously this time. I've learned the expensive way, it is unwise to take risks with crypto exchanges. Cryptsy has trust building to do if they are going to recover, and I'm watching hard for that. But with other exchanges, from Coin-ex to MintPal to Gox, locking up Bitcoin has always been the clearest warning sign of insolvency. As for the price of Uno, this is a perfect storm. People buying Uno on Cryptsy as an exit has pushed the price up to a 20% premium. And news about the latest Satoshi Nakamoto outting is driving Bitcoin higher as Uno seems tethered to that usd$1.50 price. It's an incredible Uno accumulation moment, if one is willing to part with Bitcoin. I don't double that a serious buy order in the low .003's on Bittrex would be filled by those fleeing Cryptsy. update: aaand the cops have already raided Satoshi's ass.

any news about Proto? I have reached out to HagbardCeline a few times. I have not heard from him about PR. He sometimes goes on hiatus. Bryce said last week he would look into the Uno testnet to see if he can figure out what the problem is. Un testnet and PR are one in the same, so if we can get testnet running, it will provide an avenue for PR holders to bring their coins home.

Great work on that chart, BN. Un Cycle 09 has begun. re cryptsy: so sad to see this play out. I've been a long time user and their Uno market has been great. But one can't ignore the rising frustration on display every day now: https://twitter.com/search?q=Cryptsy&src=typd Hoping for the best for those with assets stuck there. Would like to see Cryptsy pull through and regain everyone's trust.

Cryptopia is a good exchange. I have thousands of successful trades there and dozens of deposits and withdrawals without a single problem. Yeah, a few coins broke down, so what. Not the fault of the exchange. Exploding shitcoins occassionally leave marks on the walls of all exchanges. Thats part of the risk of crypto. Take your $5 loss like a man.

Happy Unobtanium Halving Day! Hello block 700,000, right on time!
A mere 3.5 Uno produced each day now. There are still about 54,000 Uno remaining to be mined, over the next 300 years.

By some miracle I was able to scoop 40+ UNO up on cryptsy at 412 and they all sold on trex last night at 429...
Miracle I say..
UNO is a great coin..
I'm glad you are finding coins to buy, eddie13. Uno has held its value very well against USD, around $1.50, though its losing ground to BTC currently. I have watched it play out both ways over the years. Sometimes it locks to USD (like now) and other times if USD is gaining on BTC, we ride UNO to more Bitcoin. People who are BTC rich right now can find a bargain in UNO, but the downside is that new money tends to stay on the side.

Get your coins out of cryptsy, they go bust.
No more LTC or BTC withdrawing for weeks now. Most alts now more expensive on cryptsy (people getting out with alts). Withdraw, withdraw, withdraw!
Don't suffer another coinex-gox!
Did I miss any new rumors? I haven't traded there since the new requirements went in place. Are all btc/ltc withdrawals locked down, or just certain traders?
