I'm serious and I don't offend you.

But you see, you do offend me. You're begging and lying. I find both of those things offensive.

Why don't you work for your money like everyone else? You say you are a professional in your field but you can't figure out how to buy a bitcoin? You didn't even ask either, you jumped straight into begging.
1222  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Zero in wallet. noob! on: April 23, 2013, 10:28:05 PM
i will delete my account in this forum. If this is the welcome for new people.

You should delete your account on this forum if this is the only thread you're going to make.
1223  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Zero in wallet. noob! on: April 23, 2013, 10:24:44 PM
I can't tell about it. I have signed a non disclosure agreement.

You signed an NDA that tells you you're not allowed to tell anyone what your occupation is?

I call bullshit.

Even if you were a fucking hitman you could say "I am a garbage man", or a secret service agent you could say "I work for the government". Maybe you're a gay porn fluffer and were involved in some sick illegal shit and the judge presiding over the case sealed it and told you never to talk about your job.

No seriously, what's your occupation if you're so skilled at it that you make large sums and can't afford to buy a bitcoin?
1224  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Zero in wallet. noob! on: April 23, 2013, 10:19:16 PM
Many great inventions have been made out of pure laziness.

Source?

Oh my skill is impossible to translate in the bitcoin world

Try me. What is it?
1225  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Zero in wallet. noob! on: April 23, 2013, 10:15:55 PM
so is ok to post donate BTC 1egfhwuivcuwdbvcwdbcljwd in the signature of post??

Is this no begging?Huh  Huh

Why don't you just answer the question?

What skills or talents do you possess that might be able to translate to working for your coins?
1226  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Zero in wallet. noob! on: April 23, 2013, 09:57:58 PM
I'll be reporting every single one of these threads I come across. No e-begging in Bitcoin. Do some work and earn it.

Why not?

Every serious currency needs some beggars to show that it has some value.

Begging while you have skills and talents that can earn money is the same thing as collecting welfare when you are capable of getting a job-- the act of a lazy person. I do not support laziness. Laziness does not further society in any way whatsoever.
1227  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Police State? on: April 23, 2013, 09:46:02 PM
"Statutory Rape"  and "Forcible Rape"  are both covered by the term "Rape."

They shouldn't be. Statutory rape in one state/city/country is consensual sex in other states/cities/countries. Forcible rape is pretty universal.
1228  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Zero in wallet. noob! on: April 23, 2013, 09:43:58 PM
I made my public apology and do not see why still continue to offend me.

No one is offending you. We're serious. What skills do you have that perhaps you could use to earn bitcoins for instead?

I'm a programmer and a designer for example. If I needed some quick cash I might be able to do some development or installation work for someone else for a quick buck. This is a *serious* comment, there is no attempt to offend. You might be offended if you have no talents though Wink
1229  Bitcoin / Project Development / BitTalk.TV summary show? on: April 23, 2013, 09:39:41 PM
Well, probably everyone here is well aware of "Bittalk.tv", the pretty pointless sometimes downright crazy videos I posted back in 2011 (one of the videos, an interview with Ken Armitt of CryptoXChange was actually aired on Australian television as part of a story about the exchange and people that were defrauded there). They were meant to be entertaining but also mildly educational and to support a sense of community, but I ran out of time when I co-founded the Bitcoin Magazine. Before I left there, I had started setting up the ground work for Bitcoin Magazine to have videos on the site, but never got it completed (I hope they eventually get there).

I'd like to bring BitTalk.TV back and do regular daily short videos, but not blabbering on about bitcoin's prices or fanboying about how bitcoin will save the world-- instead I want to just do what comes natural to me, and that's give a summary of the insanity that happens on these very forums and in the bitcoin community as a whole.

Serious bitcoiners may be aware of what happens on one part of these forums, but they are seldom aware of *everything* going on. Some people come for the drama (me), some people come for the trading news (no one), and some people come for the education (everyone). I'd like to condense that into maybe 2-3 minutes a day so that people can just watch the videos instead of having to read every thread here by dank about his LSD addictions, or BFL Josh talking about how the ASIC was *shipped* even though it wasn't, etc etc etc.

Sure, some of you will say "But matthew, why waste your time on this, nobody cares!", but I beg to differ. If I interviewed dank directly, I bet 20,000 people would watch it.

Anyway, since I'm limiting myself to a set amount of projects this year, I need to feel out whether something is worth the time or not beforehand. Thoughts on this idea?
1230  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Police state?" off-topic question: (How does non-police state handle scammers) on: April 23, 2013, 09:25:38 PM
Okay, so let's say someone tries to rape my wife in a non-police state. I attack him in defense. He claims I tried to rape his wife instead. Without police, who is going to investigate? If the investigation is done by "peers", who said those peers aren't corrupt? I guess the real purpose of a police state is to keep everyone from being subject to corruption (ironic that it does exactly the opposite)

There would be investigators. They might even wear blue costumes. They just wouldn't have a monopoly on the job.

Seems to me that would create conflicts of interest.

"Our investigators said the cause of the problem was A, your investigators said B, and these guys over here paid their investigators to say it was C"

Who's the judge that will decide who is lying and just being paid to lie? When he decides, who will enforce his ruling or is his judgement (if there even is a judge) just for informational purposes only, like the bitcoin police?
1231  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Police state?" off-topic question: (How does non-police state handle scammers) on: April 23, 2013, 09:21:16 PM
In a non-police state the best thing I suppose you could do would be to blacklist the scammer and warn other people about them like people do here, you just have to make sure it's justified, this is also how unions originally came about, I know neo-conservatives etc. love to bash unions but they're actually a great idea, it's just when people decide to use them for mob tactics that they become no better than the people they claim to fight against.

The only time you could or should ever use violence against a scammer is if they turn into a thief and try con you by force, then I guess that turns into extortion and blackmail, usually to avoid a scammer it just takes a no or some careful reading.

ok sorry!

I try to delete my thread but I can't. I have seen other people to ask for little farction of coin, so I thinked to do same, but I was wrong, sorry  Embarrassed

No, you did the right thing by asking, because you've allowed this to turn into a discussion. Leave the thread along with your proof that you've learned and everyone will look back on this later proud of you. Never be ashamed of your mistakes or threads. Just learn from them.

That said, what skills/talents do you have that you think might be able to earn some bitcoins? Some of the perverted rich libertards here might have you take pictures of yourself wearing shoes on your head and give you a fraction of a coin for that for example.
1233  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Police state?" off-topic question: (How does non-police state handle scammers) on: April 23, 2013, 09:16:18 PM
A non-police state is like a non-feline cat.  There can never be such a thing.

Roger Ver once told me (at a dinner here in South Korea) that he believed police should be removed from the state and instead private security could be hired. Any thoughts on that?

My personal belief is that then the richest people would be in an uncheckable position of power.

How do you handle scammers in a non-police state? Just kill anyone you think is cheating for some reason? (That seems like it would end up with 1 person left standing eventually)

With respect, Matt, this deserves it's own thread. Putting it in here is just going to get it all dirty.

I think we're past worrying about dirtying up this thread.  It will be entertaining to see this guy's reaction to voluntarism.
Oh no, not dirtying up this thread, quite the opposite, The conversation about handling fraud in a voluntary society shouldn't be subjected to this cesspool.

Oh sorry, misunderstood. I'll start another thread.

In a situation where trade is happening..theoretically, both parties agree to submit to a privately operated judicial process to oversee whatever deal they wish to make. There is no monopoly on these systems.

That's the general idea at least. I don't have strong enough views on it to bother advancing the idea here.

So when Tom Williams refuses to submit himself to the private super happy funtime judicial "process" that is non-violent and doesn't force anyone to stop raping you and stealing your money, how does the non-police state handle it? Sending him an e-mail reminder?

A billion dollars.
A billion dollars isn't cool. You know what's cool?
