You could try saving your money (coins) into a physical coin vault. Similar to a paper wallet, or a trezor (I guess) your coins are safely stored in there.

This looks nice. I would love to see this added on Expanse. It would make my life much easier

I just earned 0.003 BTC by playing dice games today. I guess that I'm lucky after all

Those are great earnings you got there mate. Not bad. Did you make that by trading or signature campaign?

Beta of the Explorer is online, will be continuing to update it throughout the day. Please forgive any bugs it may have, they will be patched shortly. ;] It may be running a little behind while I'm updating it. http://www.expanse.tech/explorerFinally! A block explorer for Expanse. Can't wait for the stable release. Between Ethereum and Expanse, I choose Expanse as my favorite alt coin. Forget Ethereum, it's all about hype

Will there be official Expanse wallpapers for PC and mobile devices to download? I want to change the Ethereum wallpaper on my laptop to Expanse. That would be cool

Coin Magi added to Staisybit, the new Universal Cloud Staking WalletHi to all CoinMagi community members. I'm here to briefly present our new Cloud Staking service to your community and to announce that this currency has been added to our system. As you can see in this post, XMG is up and running, even if withdrawals are still temporarily disabled. If you do not know Staisybit, please take a look at our Announcement thread . You can also reach us at staisybit.com, but there is lack of information over there; we still are in beta phase and service and team presentations have been left as last stuff to do. Get in touch with us on Twitter ( @staisybit) or via email at support@staisybit.com . I will post here further updates. Stay tuned, follow us and... happy staking! Cheers Wow! Cloud staking for Magi? This is great news! I can see Magi going forward to new heights. I will use this service as soon as the beta phase is over.

If it doesn't work, then 'gexp' is probably not on the %PATH% ... so find 'gexp' location, and CD there first. Similiar to this: C: cd C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\geth-stable\tools geth account new
(This example is from my geth (go-ethereum) installation, and 'geth' lives in "C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\geth-stable\tools") EDIT: Just looked into Expanse - you already have exactly that already :-) --> "Setup_Step_2_new_account.bat" - but see my suggestion below. It will take me some time to get used to Ethereum/Expanse's commands but I'll get there. It's a totally new world in crypto. The command line has millions of advantages. One hint, to make it all "clickable" again ... When you notice that you type the same command line command over and over again ... just make a .bat file (.bat = a 'batch' file of commands that shall be executed). In my above example, if creating a new account were the thing that you want to do, just create (with text editor, e.g. notepad, or better notepad++) a file with this content: and save it as and ... double-click it. Great! Thanks for this useful advice. Creating bat files with the commands listed above makes my life easier by not having to type the same command over and over again. I'm going to keep studying Ethereum/Expanse's commands until I really get the hang of it. In the meantime, I'll just create bat files for automation.

Bitcoin isn't likely to die soon on its own. It is possible that the price will drop, an alternate digital currency will overtake it, or it will eventually collapse. The Blockchain technology that Bitcoin is built on is likely to prosper
Maybe Ethereum or Expanse will overtake Bitcoin in the future. So, we will be seeing the next Bitcoin in a few years. If none of this happens, Bitcoin will prevail. Just my opinion.

How do I find my Expanse public address/key for receiving coins? Also, how do I send the coins. Sorry, but I'm quite of a noob when it comes to writing the appropriate commands for the Expanse wallet (Start_Expanse.bat)
Run Start_Expanse.bat, then copy & paste those command: - List your accont: exp.accounts - Check balance: web3.fromWei(exp.getBalance(exp.coinbase)) - Sent Expanse from Your address to Exchange address. Two steps: 1. Unlock your add: personal.unlockAccount('YOUR ADDRESS', "PASSWORD") 2. Sent coin: web3.exp.sendTransaction({from: 'YOUR ADDRESS', to: 'EXCHANGE ADDRESS', value: web3.toWei(xxx, "expanse")}) xxx= how many coin you like to sent Thanks for your help! Added those commands and it worked! I can see my address as well now. This is so sweet Thank you for sharing this information. I did create my account by running the setup step 2 new account bat file. When I started Ethereum 2-3 weeks ago, I just like you now. I had no idea. It took me a week to deal with Windows, Ubuntu, Nvidia GTX750ti and AMD Radeon. It will take me some time to get used to Ethereum/Expanse's commands but I'll get there. It's a totally new world in crypto.

Expanse vs. Ethereum...Let's see how this goes in the next few months. I have the feeling that Expanse might win and take over Ethereum. Ethereum is all about hype, while Expanse on the contrary has solid development and a helping community (and most importantly, a fair launch and no ICO). Looking forward for a GUI wallet for Expanse. It will be epic

relax...it all happens automatically.. When Bitcoin2.0 launches in October, your coins will be automatically transferred into the new smartchain.
I'll just keep my BTS on my paper wallet until BitShares 2.0 is released. After that, I'll just import it into the new wallet (if it's possible)

Any idea on what is the minimum weight I need to start staking Magi? I have 0.70 XMG right now but I think that's not enough. there's no minimum weight, but it can take long to get POS block, I have mined 4 blocks(10 XMG on average) on solo but I have just one POS block, which is about 30K satoshi(magoshi?) and one POS orphan that was 90K If there's no minimum, that's super! I'll wait until I get POS block as my coins age. Thanks for sharing for experience I would not want you to be disappointed so I'd like to add that even though technically there is no minimum, 0.70 XMG is too small an amount imo. You can look at the block explorer here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xmg/ and see what the amounts are of the blocks are that are currently staking and the resulting rewards that are being paid. The difficulty for proof of stake is still very low so smaller blocks of coins will have a chance but about 5 XMG is the smallest block I've seen minting recently. There are probably lots of wallets out there with coins that have split into 5 XMG blocks (UTXO) or smaller that will probably not mint because the blocks have aged so long that they no longer have significant coin weight – you should keep that in mind too, it is a bit like a lottery. Great! Thanks for your advice. I'll keep this in mind. Later, I'll buy more XMG to start staking. This is so exciting!

I earned dividends from my shares.
IDK what you mean on "my shares".. Tell me more ? By shares, I mean that I invest on crypto shares such as Bleutrade Shares, Banx Shares and most recently BlockShares. When you invest on them, they pay you dividends weekly (Banx Shares are monthly) in Bitcoins. Before investing, it is advice to make you own research before you proceed just to be safe. Also, never invest what you can't afford to lose. That's the golden rule

As always, I earned dividends from my shares. It's not that much but at least is something
