I'm definitely going to buy physical gold once I reach 1 BTC. But, I also want to keep at least 3 BTC for future use ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Great guide! I was looking all over for this. I'd better starting mining XMG on VPS rather than my own PC. (it seems to get very hot)

I've recently ordered a Raspberry Pi 2 from ebay (cost me $42) with the interest of mining alt coins with it. I already own a miner, which is a Gridseed GC3355 but I don't know how to set it up with my newly purchased RPi. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fcdn.img42.com%2Fec581492f89959af182be7eeed03d45b.jpeg&t=662&c=NV18STyoZ1k7rQ) My questions are the following: How do I install the drivers for the miner in the RPi? How to properly configure cgminer on a RPi? Please help. I'm still a noob when it comes to configuring miners. Thank You. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Isn't there any decentralized BTC exchange around? One that doesn't require ID verification among other things (like Cryptsy) in which I could trade BTC anonymously? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Maybe Paycoin will rise again in the near future? I haven't lost my hope yet (and also didn't invest what I couldn't afford to lose), so I'm holding my 80 XPY just in case ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Still putting your money with this guy?
He has proven time and again that he's in things for himself. Only a block head would still be here.
Time for me to dump those coins. Will exchange them back to BTC.

As previously said, you will burn out the tablet or any other device far quicker than you will even earn enough to withdraw from most pool sites. So in the end, you would have a broken tablet and wouldn't even be able to withdraw anything.
If you have the money for a tablet, you have the money to buy an S3 or S5 from Bitmain. Go that route and you will be a lot more pleased with the end result.
Thanks for your replies. I had the feeling that my devices would burn up in the intent of mining. If you hadn't warned me, my devices would be fried up today. I'm going to save money to buy an Antminer S3. I think I will get ROI now that I get electricity for free. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Yes, the best and wrong. If cryptoCURRENCIES are stocks, what are cryptoSTOCKS then? Cryptostocks.com or NXT Asset Exchange are places where anyone who owns a computer can buy "stocks". Currencies have different features. Wow! I had no idea this ever existed. I'm going to try this out. Thanks! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I think that the most promising alt coins are: NXT, LTC, XMR and BTS. The rest of the alt coins are just not worth it. Just my opinion ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Today is three weeks since the cloudminr owners advised that the servers will be rebuilt. That was also their last communication to us before they deleted all their tweets and evidence everywhere. As the domain is still in suspended state and still no communication from any of them, I will now move on from there and wish them all the best for the future: karma, pain, hell, suffering comes to mind.
My hopes are lost....oh well. I'll find another way to recover my BTC ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to give a quick update.
The website will be updated to provide redemption instructions by the end of this weekend.
There will be a form where you enter your Ethereum address. You will send ETC to a special burn address and your Ether will be sent to your Ethereum address.
All redemptions will be done manually from a secure system for security reasons. This means it may take up to 24 hours for your redemption to be processed. Larger redemptions will have priority over smaller ones. Any redemptions under 25ETC may take more then 24 hours to process.
That's great news! Glad to know how the process will be done for exchanging Ethercoins. Can't wait for those Ethers... ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

How exactly do I use escrow services? Let's say I'm going to sell something with Bitcoins and the buyer wants to put his funds into escrow...what to do? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) You must first contact the escrow for instructions on how to proceed. They have their own ways of doing their escrow service. Common procedure is they'll generate an unique address to deposit the funds and proceed with the transaction. Thanks for the info! I really appreciate it ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
