1281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Winning stake fever., on: March 04, 2018, 08:25:22 AM
Its always sweet to win big but the one mistake gamblers should avoid is to cut out  trying to play back again thinking that they could win another bigger price immediately. I remember when i started gambling I lost twice then finally win about 0.09 at a stretch, though not big but as a newbie, it was exciting. Then I felt I could increase the winning, I started playing again but ended up losing all my wins. That made me learn.
1282  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best exchange platform on: March 02, 2018, 08:01:55 PM
People opening a discussion should try to write proper English, your OP is a pain.
This being said, I guess Kucoin is one of the best exchanges, because it doesn't bother clients with KYC and limits and shit.
If you don't care about those things, Bittrex and Binance look very good.
I think English is not his native language. And besides he need our help, for now let's not be hard on him. @OP, the two exchange you mentioned are good though Bittrex is a bit faulty; I have used them to testify. Probably you got Phished at Poloneix and the main problem about Bittrex is not about their rules but because of their bad support. I suggest you should consider Binance, I use it and its good. The main security tip is to never to leave your coin on any exchange.
1283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: To all of you who hate the merit system, there is another popular Bitcoin forum on: March 02, 2018, 03:35:56 PM
Hahaha..i don't understand why some people are having all these fuss about Roger Ver's forum, it's not that bad. Getting merit might be that hard to find but I just think I prefer to be in this forum because of the versatile information and knowledge I have gained here. And moreover, more developer are used to this forum than forum.bitcoin. But that does not means its not a good forum.
1284  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best alternative investments? on: March 02, 2018, 11:05:56 AM
For now I am only investing in cryptocurrency and few in stock and for some time now, I have been calculating and considering investing more in stock. But recently I got a bad feeling for it, cause I met people whom have been holding onto their stock for a very long time without no gain. If I make more research and its negative; I will sell my stock and fully invest in cryptocurrency.
1285  Other / Serious discussion / Hacker returns $17M worth of stolen Ethereum on: March 02, 2018, 07:03:53 AM
I saw on a news here; http://bitcoinist.com/hacker-returns-17m-worth-of-stolen-ethereum/#  how a hacker returned $17m worth of Ethereum which was stolen from CoinDash (a tool aiming to help users manage, track and analyze their crypto assets).
I have been thinking what moved him to return the coins because he wasn't tracked for the Ethereum he stole.
Guys, what's your take on this? What do you think that stirred his emotions to return the coins? Probably this could be used on other hackers to return stolen coins too.
1286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Revival of Bitcoins and alts and your strategy. on: March 02, 2018, 06:31:50 AM
OP, if your fingers are been itchy to play at any price, then that means you don't have a gambling limitation. Most times we make the mistake of letting the game to control us instead of we controlling the game. Though, I think the fees are a bit lower now than how it was before but even if its high, its wise you wait till its lower before playing. Considering the fact that gambling is risky; you lossing more before winning.
1287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The end of the banks due to bitcoin on: March 01, 2018, 11:54:23 PM
OP, do you understand what you mean? If the bank stops to exist, the there will be no fiat and no fiat means no country currency. This will never happen. How can a country exist without a currency of her own? Every country needs their currency as a symbolization. Even though we might dislike it, a country still needs the bank. Most crypto investors might not like this since they won't be getting rich turning their bitcoin to fiat.
1288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you join ICOs that requires KYC? on: March 01, 2018, 11:06:10 PM
the problem is the team says shortly before the end of ico the KYC is needed. and you are already 8 weeks. what do you do then ? Do you lose 8 weeks or do you send your data? or you have to send a fake passport and then be lucky that it works
That's the part I dislike most. I don't get why most project developer do this. To me it looks suspicious. What is there in  announcing that the ICO requires a KYC verification before the purchase. If the project is worth it, most people will go ahead and give out their identity to the website without a second thought. But most developer knows that their project may not worth a potential investors to submit their ID only to request for it after token purchase.
1289  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What'd you think of the name "ZODIAQ"? on: March 01, 2018, 10:20:46 PM

Thanks for such a detailed answer! If it's not too much trouble, could you tell me please which fields you find it relevant to?
Don't you have an initial project idea in mind before creating the name? I believe a project idea is what developers first establish or build up before the name because the name evolves around the project. And moreover, he wouldn't know what you want, its your decision to make. And regarding the name you should choose a name that is easy to pronounce; (bear this in mind)  Not everybody are good at remembering unusual words.
1290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin after Chinese holiday on: March 01, 2018, 08:40:47 PM
Its high time we stop pinning bitcoin price pump with any China activities. I use to think that China has an influence in cryptocurrency because of their prior connection but now, I am forced to think otherwise because in some way, the Chinese government don't really care whatever happens to bitcoin. Bitcoin price can pump if we see more investors in it or other things can influence it to dump or pump.
1291  Economy / Economics / Re: How to calculate profit on: March 01, 2018, 08:02:14 PM
Did you re-check your post before posting it? Let's start by you correcting your typo error first. But if this is not a typo error then you should know that its a simple math whereby you won't be having any gain instead lossing because of the transaction fee. Its just like saying; you bought an apple for $5 and resell for $5 to someone without putting your transportation fee. Somehow, I feel awkward posting this.
1292  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What makes you choose a crypto product? on: February 28, 2018, 02:16:44 PM
TrustPilot may be a good way to know but its also not 100% genuine most times, because I have heard that they are been paid to rate products high so one can't fully trust them. If the products price is low and is of interest to me; then i might consider purchasing the product to test it out. But that is after I have make a research, it possible to find where someone might have mentioned something negative about it.
1293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: February 28, 2018, 09:39:57 AM
If you train and limit yourself on gambling, you won't experience the negative effects. Your points are okay. But there are two I don't agree with; on one making money easily. Putting 'easily' makes it sound like it is, even a professional gambler losses many times before wining. And the other one; making friends. Speaking from experiences, if I really want new friends, I won't be looking for one in a casino. They will only make you become addicted.
1294  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Made a little fun game with cryptocurrencies - Crypto Catch on: February 28, 2018, 08:20:17 AM
OP, nice game and nice setup.Though, I played it and enjoyed it but I still agree with the other user opinion of making one that allows you to shoot something. You can cooperate it with if possible, so that people can make a preference. And another thing; I don't know if its my device or what but sometimes I get this "your screen is too small for this game or touch screen detected" is there any reason why this pops up sometimes?
1295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Private key is not safe on: February 27, 2018, 08:28:38 PM
Myetherwallet is a good website. That website always beg people to protect themselves from hackers by bookmarking the site, not to open your wallet with your private key. You might revealed your private to hackers at the process of checking your balance with your private key. You should have used your address instead, or probably you were phished. Technically, you have not been careful.
1296  Economy / Speculation / Re: Waiting for a bitcoin rise. on: February 27, 2018, 08:00:30 PM
To this day bitcoin remains at a stable price and has not yet shown any upside movement, I am waiting for bitcoin prices to rise again.
Do you think the bitcoin price will reach $ 50,000?
Okay, don't sound desperate; don't sound as if all you want from bitcoin is to make money out of it and be gone. There is more to bitcoin that we all don't know about and its not just about the price. Only the future can tell. And, of course bitcoin has the potential of hitting $50,000 and even above but I doubt it if that price will happen this year. Keep holding your coin and be ready for that moment.
1297  Economy / Services / Re: Looking For Teacher to tech me to making quality post on: February 27, 2018, 12:18:29 PM
I don't think what you need is a grammer teacher, i think you need to have a knowledge of the topic in which you want to contribute (though, learning correct grammar might be good) but they are totally two different thing. Let's face it; if you learn how to construct a quality post but have no knowledge of the topic been discussed then the post is useless. If you really want to get merit, you can contribute in the local section where your language is allowed. If you have an idea of the topic been discussed, the quality content in the post will flow out well and by this, helping out and also get merits.
1298  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How can we develop a successful program ? If we only have small money on: February 27, 2018, 09:35:27 AM
Look for an angel investor(s). Not just any angel investor but those whom have desire to set up a project related to cryptocurrency but don't have any idea on what to set up. Pitch them a piece of the project you intend to establish but be careful not to leak all information out. Because some of them ends up stealing peoples idea. But if you don't want this; plan out your project and save towards it.
1299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you sick of cliche trading advice? on: February 26, 2018, 11:46:33 PM
Those advise usually work for it has been tested many times by different people including me. I understand your pain. If you want to make your gains in trading, I will advise you not to be a full-time trader instead HODL and trade together. I basically don't encourage people to trade their bitcoin (it's worth more than that) instead trade any coin gotten from ICOs that when hold won't yield any fruit.
