1301  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: September 03, 2017, 12:43:36 PM
For me bitcoin does not reduce unemployment because there is no employee-employer relationship that take place rather bitcoin helps does unemployed people to earn income even without permanent job and while at home while waiting for job opportunities.

Earning money online could be considered a job, don't you think? If an unemployed person works for bitcoin and makes around the amount they could earn with a daily job then they no longer an unemployed person. Some signature campaigns pay to hero members and higher more than an Average Monthly Wages in my country. I'm not a hero member yet and also I have to learn more about cryptocurrencies to be accepted in high paid campaigns, but I know that it is possible.
1302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: September 03, 2017, 12:23:28 PM
I think that the best way to stop gambling once you got addicted is to first of all, give the funds you got left to your friend to keep it away from you.

Admit that you have a problem , and also realize that the house always win, gambling is for entertainment and you will never be able to walk out of the casino as a winner, the casino always win and that's how they make their money.

The casino always wins, that's true, but in fact you are playing not against the casino but against other gamblers. Casino just takes a part, the house edge, but this part is normally a small one compared to what you can actually lose. I mean if it was only the house edge you would lose from 1% to 5% of your deposit depending on the casino. But in many cases we lose everything and that's because we lose to other gamblers are more lucky.

It is not necessary to quit gambling completely, rather you should quit depositing more than you can afford to lose.
1303  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: September 02, 2017, 04:51:41 PM
I don't see bitcoin nor crptocurrencies taking over the place of paper money. It can only be an option or alternative to fiat. So, it will be an advantage to guys who have it now.
Alternative to FIAT? Haha do you think that future can become true while cryptocurrency have not benifit with governments? Bitcoin just can grow more if it changes it's nature. However, if Bitcoin do that, it look like FIAT and not interesting with us. Smiley

I didn't understand your point. Why is that if bitcoin improves, it becomes like FIAT? Or by "it changes it's nature" you meant something else?

My prediction about bitcoin is that all the drawbacks will be fixed in due time, and bitcoin will become more popular than it is now, and the price of it will rise many times.
1304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On Which device do you Gamble? on: September 02, 2017, 04:00:52 PM
I gamble on my Desktop. I find mobile inconvenient for gambling, everything looks too small. Also it is much easier to hit the wrong button when playing on mobile. Another reason of playing on desktop is that if I am at home I can play on desktop, and if I'm not at home I don't want to gamble walking streets, or when shopping, or when using public transport. That's something I don't want to do because you can get hit by a car if you gamble while walking across the street and if gamble from mobile you definitely do that from time to time.
1305  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCKINGS - bitcoin only poker site on: September 02, 2017, 03:22:44 PM
Lost my hard earned 40k sats at the Lily table to Paiza. My 2K+2Q vs his flush. I said "hard earned" because to get them I took the 1st place in PERPETUAL300 tournament two times. Smiley

But never mind I plan to play more because I took the 1st or the 2nd places in many tournaments.

See you at the tables, guys and girls. Smiley
1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: September 01, 2017, 07:32:40 PM
I think the most important rule is to leave, for the day at least, after you lost your deposit. You should never try to recover your loss, that should be the rule. I know it's hard. I know the urge and the thoughts "ok, I lost once, but I can't be so unlucky the same day". We have to fight the urge and we have to banish the thoughts. There is no other way to gamble safely.
1307  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 01, 2017, 07:17:16 PM
I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .
I think investing in bitcoin is the right choice, because bitcoin promises profits and the price keeps rising. we can invest in trading and ICO  Wink
If you want investing to ICO market, you need have Altcoin can purchase ICO crowdsale. At present, there are not many projects that accept Bitcoin. Therefore, you should use your Bitcoin for buy Ethereum or Waves if want investing to ICO token.

I didn't know that. Why they don't accept bitcoin? I knew that they mostly accept Ethereum, but I never thought that bitcoin is not accepted. Can someone explain the reasons for that? If you are rising money for your new coin why bitcoin is not suitable?
1308  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCKINGS - bitcoin only poker site on: September 01, 2017, 06:45:32 PM
As you may have noticed, guys and girls, I play pretty often on btcKings lately. I don't play with bots, I play only at PERPETUAL300 and PERPETUAL500 tables.

Most players are sitting out most of the time so its easy to win at the tables. Smiley

I'm still learning how to play poker and I hope will be winning more in the future. So far I've won more than 5k chips though. I think that's not bad too:)

Felt good beating you today  Grin
(Warlord666)

Really?  I don't remember you. Was that when I was sitting out? Smiley Anyways, congrats on your win! Smiley

Freerolls are not there anymore, but as I can see right now 4 real players, RulerKhan, Paiza, here4trades and sweetu are playing NL Hold'em at the Lily table. I think I'll join them. Wish me good luck. Smiley

Yes bitcoin is very good for investment. But bitcoin investment is very risky.you have to take risk.Than you can make good interest. You have to know lot of experience about investment.Than you can Start investment.

IMO Bitcoin is not a risky investment if you can just buy and hold it several years and then see that you are in profit. In fact, it's to name a less risky investment than that. When you try to trade then yes, it is risky. But when you just buy and hold, then it is not risky at all.
1310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 31, 2017, 05:19:07 PM
Gambling is probably addicting because sometimes you were win, sometimes you were lose. it's gonna enjoyed playing gambling. some gambler addicted too, cause they want more money to through gambling, It also treatment for those whose suffer in depression, and last the international pastime to us. that's some reason why gambling so addicting.
Gambling promises profits, gambling promises us to multiply money while Playing. The promise of profit from gambling that makes us curious to get it. Usually we will be hard to stop before getting What is promised and Do not want to quit after we get it.

If expecting of potential profits is what makes you addicted to gambling then it is called greed and it has to be dealt with because greediness can lead to bad consequences. We all greedy, I know, I'm a greedy person too. Smiley But it is a fact that the less greedy we are the better.

Still, there are some rare circumstances where greediness becomes a positive action. Greediness don't stay in the negative side forever, it sometimes fill out the postive side even in a small portion. For example, being greedy soth knowledge. But yeah, as you've said, greediness will really lead us to bad consequences.

I thought the word greed can't be positive, but now I see that you are right, English is not my first language. Of course greed for knowledge is a good thing and it can't lead us to bad consequences. But greed for money is totally another kind of greed and gambling is addicting to some one because of the latter, then that's bad.

Currently bitcoin is on peek right now so i dont think holding them is a good idea . better to invest in any other coins which have potential to rise .
In my opinion, you can invest to Bitcoin if you want keep safe your money and capital when trading, because Bitcoin stable than other altcoin at now. You are also see most altcoin on market are affected when Bitcoin up or down.

Although not all cryptos are affected by bitcoin's rising and falling, and if fact traders make money on coins which rise faster than bitcoin in a certain period of time, I agree with you that bitcoin is the best investment. Other altcoins can bring more profit, but only if know very good in which altcoins to invest and which is better to sell.

1315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: August 28, 2017, 02:05:51 PM
There isn't any strategy which will guarantee your chances of winning but what is important is you should set a stop loss and win loss amount so you can stop on the right time and not lose everything too quickly. What you can do instead is stop gambling for that day and return next day just to recover some funds and withdraw
I used dice game eventually, since from beginning I have not heard there still any strategy that get you profit or any other movement. All depends on your luck and may be help if you little tricky.
There is absolutely no strategy to win when it comes to dice, your ability to win is based on pure luck and nothing else. Its one of the games that takes lots of guts to play because you run the risk of losing everything and sometimes you can win so much that you will be shocked.

There are some good strategies with playing dice games however, the strategies are good to extending your bankroll playing sessions. this is done through proper bankrolls and session management. Although it is really not guarantee to win thoguh.

I tried probably all known dice strategies and all I can say is they work until they don't. At first it looks like even simple martingale can help you win a lot and it works most of the time until you hit unexpected number of reds in a row. Now my strategy is to make 30-50 bets with low win chance and if I lose them all quit until all my balance is gone.
1316  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: August 28, 2017, 01:42:04 PM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?

Nope. I dont think so because bitcoin is a digital money and we all know that we are living in the world of reality. We must know that in our life we must rely on our reality not on our digital money. And if you cash bitcoin it will turn ito dollar because they didn't have paper or coins for bitcoin reality. So I think doar will not replaced by bitcoin.

Maybe in the next 20-30 years bitcoin will not replace US Dollar but who knows what happens in the future. If everyone had a mobile device with internet access bitcoin, or maybe other crypto, would be a great way of payment. Right now we are far from that, that's right.
In my own opinion i think it will be a very long journey for bitcoin to replace the dollar. Dollar's been there for as far as we can't remember, and still standing very strong. Maybe someday another crypto currency will rise, maybe stronger than bitcoin  but its impossible to replace the Dollar.
Yes agree, it takes a journey and a very long stage, of course must be started with a large user, then transactions between countries that still use the dollar switch to bitcoin. when japan and south korea endorse bitcoin, then this is a good sign, hope other countries soon follow.
It takes a lot of things to only be able to compete with dollars (not replace). It may take a very large adoption where the user has covered the whole world, then there is no problem with bitcoin, etc. It takes a lot of things because the dollar is very strong and difficult to replace

That's true. Dollar will not be replaced soon that's for sure. Bitcoin adoption has only started, and us dollar is known to people for centuries. It takes a lot of time to educate people around the world, right now many of them can't even read, let alone grasp what bitcoin is.

I guess bitcoin die if there's a new currency better than bitcoin and be famous on a short perioud but in my mind bitcoin won't die because a lot of people predict on him .

Bitcoin will not die in the case you've described. If there's a new currency which is better than bitcoin can coexist with it. Look how many different cryptos around and all of them coexist, no one dies except for the really bad ones.
