Holders somehow don't panic when they don't have plans to make their 1BTC become 2BTC. The idea why some would panic is because they know what could happen in the next 2 to 3 weeks like BTC price could ge dip to $20K.
Given this information, one holder would mind holding still for they know that BTC will always rise even after years of holding but to some holders, they see this an opportunity to simply sell at $25K and then buy back at $20K. Call it panic but I see it that way.

Finally a fellow soul in a question regards kids and Bitcoin. I am also against teaching kind about Bitcoin in purpose. I feel seek when I see people want to recover their lost opportunity to earn by teaching kid early as possible about Bitcoin.
I dont think kids have anything to do with Bitcoin at their age and most of our advocacy is to encourage parents to rather hold assets for their kids and dont border the with the hostility that accompanied bitcoin by learning it or teaching them about bitcoin at their young age. First of all this is stupid, because current Bitcoin price will never drop to hundred dollars and kids wont be able to turn invested 100 into 1,000,000. Second, let kids to what they want. Parents should only monitor what they do and help, motivate and support what they found they are interested in. They have a full life ahead, and plenty of time to learn about Bitcoin, crypto, or whatever they want, but their childhood time is limited.
Bitcoin doesn't necessarily need to drop back to a few hundred bucks just to give the advantage of the long term since buying and holding at the current market price can still give a good return on long-term bases. On-time limits for childhood that is correct and since that kid's time is for play and nothing serious then we have to give our kids the opportunities to fully explore their talent at that age and when they're big enough to decide for themselves we can now introduce them to bitcoin and if they pick interest in it then we can encourage them to learn more and get involved with the whole market activities. Somehow parents are always going to control the mind of their kids as much as possible parents want to have the highest level of influence on their kids and for that even at their age the parents introduce them to what molds the mind. You don't want your kids to become a carpenter when they grow up while you are a renowned local financial advisor, do you? Can't really blame a parent for introducing BTC as early as possible. A fruit couldn't fall far from its tree. |

Uniswap or those DEX that's orderbook type are good as long as they don't need KYC, I think this KYC is among he criteria in considering a exchange a DEX. Same problem til today with liquidity on them and even the tokens that you wish to invest are not in these DEXes.
There are wallets today that you can swap or trade already I think Electrum, Mycelium or even the Trust wallet already has this feature which you can consider it a DEX inside a wallet.

What you mean by BUY is looking like taking a loan from bank which is really not the kind of advisable if you are not sure whether by the next 10 years you will still have a good paying job.
When you own property by the way you get attached to the place as well. You may not be able to move somewhere else unless you sell the property.
If I have to buy, I would buy the property in cash, nothing to pay for afterwards, no bank loans too. If I have no plans to stay in the particular place. Renting will be the better option.

I did it many times back when my addiction is very high, I promise not to gamble after I lose a big amount I even swear that I will not, but the following day I'm back even promising to be better and not lose a big amount again.

I think there are many gamblers who are very much guilty about this especially if they are quite near into addiction, recognizes it, and wants to change for the better. However, sometimes people fall short despite the efforts and the willingness. So they get back in their old gambling habits after saying they won't be back to heal and change themselves. Some even experience relapse which is a serious matter for those who want to stop gambling for good. Leaving gambling behind is possible if there is enough determination and discipline involved. But of course, this won't be enough especially if you already have dependency and strong craving to gamble. Professional help and intervention is needed in order to totally quit and start anew. Leaving is possible if you really can fight it. When gambling becomes your daily activity already it's normal like you unconsciously visit a crypto casino whenever you browse your phone. I'm sure I'm not just the only one who has this issue. Sometimes even a boxing match is not really as interesting as the popular fighters, I'm interested to know who won. The odds are almost the same in every platform you have an account. How many times Figueredo fought Moreno? How many times Conor fought Poirier ? Adesanya met Pereira 4 times...  It is so hard to get a title fight nowadays. Ranked guys dont want to fight unranked or those who are lower than they are. It is so stupid to see same guys fight each other again and again, that UFC should make a best of 3 or something like that to get a belt. Like NHL and NBA have in later part of tournament. (best of 3 or 5, I dont remember). It is actually really boring to see the same fighters fight against each other again and again. Of course, sometimes it is actually very fun. And some fights do have the potential to live up to the expectation. Like if we could see a Connor McGregor versus Khabib Nurmagomedov, or maybe Tony Ferguson it was going to be great. Even after the Khabib versus Tony, the fight got canceled again, and again, I believe people still would have wanted to see that fight. Right now I believe that UFC is actually out of ideas. They do not know which fight is going to sell them the most amount of tickets. That’s why they are trying to sell the fight that has already sold them some amount of tickets. At least that’s what I believe. I also think that the UFC right now needs someone like Conor McGregor who can sell fights really well. Duke Khan McGregor will be the underdog even vs Aldo. We already know the result of the match if McGregor is put inside a cage whoever he's fighting. Figueredo vs Moreno is a fair fight, they've been rivals for quite a while and it becomes a subject to analyze their advantages to each other. We're all different.
Winning big amount adds more confidence to a gambler and when you say "confident" that makes you forget your standing and how much you've got. And it won't matter to you to lose all of those winnings because you've just won it.
And when a gambler wins a big amount, there's no rule unless we make rules to ourselves that we shouldn't comeback to gambling. But another question will come out, are we gonna obey our own rules?
Even when we win big, there will be thoughts of continuing and that big wins will definitely come again, but all of that doesn't know because for those who have already won, it's still difficult to stop and I think their thoughts are always different from their intentions from the start. Addiction is still difficult to control, even with its own rules, it is usually easier to break because there are no serious prohibitions, so for some it is still very difficult to get out of the zone they often play in gambling. Bitcoin will continue its bullish path but it also needs to be above $30k in price,
otherwise there is nothing more I can talk about other than waiting for the Bitcoin price to break $30k and reach $50k!
$30k was the peak last month, it has to come down to $25k or maybe below it before it will go up again. Since they want to get serious about lawsuits, the price could plummet to $21k or to its last year's bottom which was $16K. Sad as it may be, the possibility is high if this crackdown continues. This is the saddest bear market in all cycles that happened. You'd be wishing it's the last quarter of the year already because that might be the time when BTC will try to climb. |

They are yet not done talking whether which crypto are Security and not. It wouldn't be over until they distinguish which is which. The exchanges are fighting back and I think more of the people in the community like Tim Draper are going to come out to support Gensler be remove from office. So there could be a fair fight if this will happen.
Right now we only distinguish CEX and DEX but to SEC they are all the same when it comes to protecting investors as Gary always says.

It looks like the rumors are all true that he is going to retire but I doubt it's permanent based on this article Lopez has been battling complicated situations outside the ring, including turmoil with his family and a contentious divorce and custody battle. Crypto is not easy and thats exactly what they'd lean by now of they invest BTC while it goes $30k just weeks ago. Newbies have to also endure what the old investors did back in 2018. They can look at this as a test of patience. And the more you'd be tested if you got altcoins.
But it will be rewarding when all these bears are gone. Its not easy to keep waiting but fortune favors the bold.
