1701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The death of Ethereum is inevitable? Can ETH on the price of $100? on: January 25, 2019, 11:30:46 PM
The topic of Ethereum's death or replacement keeps coming regularly. Do not see why a topmost project like Ethereum will die. Cannot see it happening in next year or two at least.
Why they are not taking about the death of low or medium cap of altcoin rather than create a non sense one like this thread. The ethereum will stay on this level. This caused by the bitcoin has been doing the same thing to. This created by haters of ethereum.
1702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth buying low-volume tokens? on: January 25, 2019, 11:07:30 PM
I think yes. As you buy it for a cheap price, and then you just wait a bit enough to increase its price then trade or sell it in a profitable income. That's why many investors and traders buys a cheap coin and trade it in a profitable time.
Exactly if you are not investing a lot of money and your portfiolio is divesificated some low-volume altcoin picks may give you a very good ROI in future.
But it must have a lot of potential and creating a product that makes sense. Low volume altcoin may have a potential to give you a huge profit when it gets a big news, there was a possibility for altcoin to inrease more than 50% from its price at once.
1703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung Galaxy S10, Blockchain Keystore Ethereum Wallet on: January 25, 2019, 11:00:31 PM
Just read about this on the /r/cryptocurrency, it's a leak so it might be fake. Need an official source to confirm the legitimacy of this. If it's true that it would be a huge plus, but I doubt that Samsung would take a potential risk in their hands.
Samsung may not be taking so much of a risk,i like to look at it as placing it as an optional app that comes with new phones.users can always delete apps they do not like.In any case, the news is not yet confirmed
It's a built in application which already claimed by scamsung through applied some patents to the regulators. I thought that you can delete it because it has already built in your phone. Samsung has created it for you.
1704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project Initiators and Team need KYC more than Investors on: January 25, 2019, 10:57:47 PM
The decentralized nature of cryptocurrency seems not be effective when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency, seeing that investors in most cases are asked to do KYC, bounty hunters inclusive.

I do not think investors should be compelled or made to do KYC by submitting their personal data and documents, because project initiators do not stand any risk of losing their money. Rather project initiators or developers should be made to do KYC, in order to gain the trust of investors, who want to invest in their projects.

This is necessary because we have seen cases of scam ICOs, which have made investors to lose trust in a lot of them. So to gain the trust back, we would need to know whom we are giving our money to as investors.

Just like that and just try to tell you endchain as the ico project which all of the team have already proven their identity through KYC verification and it has already verified through some parties. We need the more trusted team like this one and KYC verification looks so important to avoid the scammer.
1705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 first quarter market prediction on: January 21, 2019, 10:17:19 AM
There is no good sign for the market situation in the first quarter of 2019. Bitcoin value will tend to go down and this could make the market situation worsen.
There will be no a lot of changes in the market, but it was telling us if the bitcoin price will remain stable. In fact that, the crypto gets better while at the same time there was a lot of bad news attack the crypto space. Seems like regulation becomes the main problem.
1706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Truth about altcoins on: January 21, 2019, 10:13:06 AM
People are out there just speculating bad news about Altcoins but trust me they are one of the best source to make it. Just try in some potential ones and you will realize the outcome. Don't always fall to what others say and quickly sell out your coins. Just hold on.
You can generate the decent profit when you are buying it at the correct time just like when it reaches the dip price. You can't get a huge profit when you are taking the wrong time to buy that. The potential coind doesn't mean if that can bring you a huge profit shortly.
1707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pump after dump? on: January 20, 2019, 03:02:13 AM
Pump and dump happens to every coin, it's not just pump groups working on shitcoins on exchanges like yobit, but real coins being manipulated by whales. It has been dumped a lot so a pump is certainly due
I also saw that and was very disappointed with their actions. they sacrificed many people for their greed. whales dominate the market and monopolize prices while others shout with big losses.
Whales can easily do a pump to a shitcoin to attract the new buyers. that already happened since the crypto has already created by satoshi nakamoto. pump and dump are usual things in the cryptocurrency and you should remember that dude
1708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Super speculative investment on: January 20, 2019, 01:51:54 AM
If I wanted to spend a little bit on something very speculative any suggestions? I’m talking boom or bust.
you are already in the speculative area and anything in this space is speculative thing. you can take anything as your speculative bet. you should not need others suggestion because you can choose your speculative coin by your own self
1709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will it still last? on: January 20, 2019, 01:32:27 AM
What makes us still survive in the crypto market situation that has often been red lately. Do you still have high hopes that crypto will become a real future that can be accepted throughout the world? Thank you very much..
We believe in crypto and that gives us a lot of spirit to survive on this market. Im still having a lot of hopes to the crypto consider that's a part of Technology and it can't be removed. it will be accepted by the world and the adoption needs the more time to go.
1710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: January 20, 2019, 01:29:14 AM
When is the Ethereum Hard Fork .I heard hark fork will happen jan 15 and 16 but still there is no update.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/ethereum-team-lead-constantinople-hard-fork-to-activate-in-late-february

It has been postponed now it is planned for next month. This is upgrade for ETH protocol it will make switch to POS on this network. Read above comments which related to this issue.

wait, constantinople is not about switch to pos, correct? did i misunderstand your words?

maybe you mean that constantinople is a step before the next hard fork that will switch to POS/POW eth network?

Thank you for your clarification!
as per my understanding its a addon to ethereum to add more protocols on its network example switching to pos adding rewards for staking, and adding lot of other things... am pretty exited for the upgrade.
i request everyone to use the word upgrade instead of hard fork
That will keep the POW system and there will be change but it gets decreased a lot in the block reward. ethereum will use hybrid system and the team has No. intention to remove its decentralized but they give the more chance to the token holders
1711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Constantinople, the only ethereum hardfork on: January 19, 2019, 05:29:39 PM
After a security vulnerability sparked a delay for ethereum's next system-wide upgrade prior to going live, core developers have proposed activating Constantinople in late February.
It's not a problem as long as there will be no vulnerability in the next hardfork and that's more than enough. Just try to expect ethereum team will try to do another audit again to all of its. hope all will be running smoothly next month.
1712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: January 19, 2019, 12:00:01 PM
If there was a payment, I would certainly agree, but it seems to me that investors would react negatively to this and this would also have a bad effect on the token!
It seems like you can't even understand about how it Works. that will not be totally giving any effect to the token's price. In fact that will give a stable condition to the token and prevent the dump caused by they are liquidating their Money on the huge volumes.
1713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lesson from bear market on: January 19, 2019, 10:45:01 AM
Patiently waiting is the best lesson to be learn while the market is struggling.
Self control and accurate analysis is the best lesson to be learn when the market is blooming.
Both season have its own specific lesson that very necessary and good to follow.
Impatient should be stop to save your investment.
in any case, only after a certain time this lesson will be appreciated when Waiting and long-term storage of coins will bring real results. But today we have to pay attention to how new users of cryptocurrency acted foolishly when they sold all their property in order to make profitable investments.
But how long? Can you be patience for that? some people might not able to be patience person and they are taking short term as their choices. In fact that you must see that about the fact anyone has its own emotional. They must only invest what they afford to lose it.
1714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing In ICO's vs Investing AFTER The ICO on: January 13, 2019, 03:58:05 PM
2018 was a disaster year for ICO’s, even they have raised a decent amount after hitting in exchanges they plunge very quickly due to bear market, giving a hard time to every crypto project so investing before or after ICO at the present is not a sure call. All we have to do is sharpen our instincts and analyse every market moves to avoid getting rekt.
It's not a disaster if you were a part of the early investors which have participated in some icos on Q1 of 2018. You were a millionaire. Some of icos just like Zil, ONT and some altcoins have already made some new millionaires in the crypto. You should aware about that.
1715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Most Successful ICOs of 2018 and How to Learn from Them on: January 13, 2019, 03:54:55 PM

This year so far, there have been almost 1,200 ICOs, up from 875 in 2017.
Even more significantly, in 2016 there were only 29, which shows the meteoric rise in the sheer number of ICOs coming out of the woodwork.

But what makes a successful ICO? Is it only the amount of capital raised, or is it when the promised product is robust, development ongoing and communication frequent? It’s definitely some combination of those factors, but for an ICO to even get to that stage, it must make the goal by the deadline for the project to move forward.

Looking at the numbers, there’s been a rather small percentage of ICOs that reach this milestone of success. In fact, in 2017 only 48% of ICOs were successful. The research compiled by Suicide Ventures also shows the amount of money being raised by ICOs dropping, from $1.3 billion in January to just $290 million by September.

Even with these declines, there have been some extremely successful ICO projects this year. For anyone who is in the middle of planning their own project, studying these successful ICO stories can be very valuable in aiding their own success.

We’re going to put aside the ongoing, multi-staged ICO for EOS, which holds top honors for most successful ICO of all time at over $4 billion raised, and the somewhat sketchy Dragon platform which raised $320 million in February but has lost 98% of that value to date. The token aims to aid high stakes gamblers in moving their money around, but has been the center of controversy, seen a high-profile theft and generally has little to show for all its investment.

With that out of the way, let’s take a look at some of the most successful ICOs 2018 had to offer, and what lessons they hold.
Have you seen this one? https://icodrops.com/zilliqa/
Most of icos have made in Q1 of 2018 already given a really huge profit to the early contributors as some of the people were saying they earn million dollars from there. EOS can't be considered as a succeed ico consider it only gets no more than what has already did by a small platform just like ONT in the past.
1716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: January 12, 2019, 10:28:20 PM
Today in the news I read the following: The developers of Ethereum declared “restrained optimism” and “concern” in the run-up to the hardtop Constantinople. But they promised that everything will pass without problems. I hope that this will be the case because this is the fifth major update.

They are fully prepared for this update this will make this network more powerful than before and it will keep moving forward with same support. ETH have something big to offer to the community and that's why it still looking promising.
The main thing in this update is about the block reward and ice age delay (Will be launched soon)
There will be a scalability update to reduce the transaction cost but i don't care so much about that and so far without any spam transaction and the ethereum network goes normal.
1717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Now is the bear market, which coins are the whales accumulating? on: January 12, 2019, 04:02:52 PM
I am looking for coins accumulated by whales, but it is hard to find
Talk about your findings, just list the coin name and evidence
Im not wanna listing it but it should be the major crypto. In fact, the whales need a lot of daily trade volumes to able to dump their coins instantly. I never think if they will play in the crap exchange site except waste their money.

It looks so difficult to determine that coin.
1718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Hard fork (constantinople) on 16th january 2019 on: January 12, 2019, 04:00:59 PM
Ethereum Hard Fork Constantinople was supported by many major exchanges, such as Binance, Huobi, etc. I hope that this is a good sign for all of us and will safely affect the price of Ethereum.
They are will be moving their current client to the ethereum client which will support the next hardfork, don't mind about those scam airdrops called ETN and ETCV.
It will give a good sign consider there will be a very important update to be implemented
1719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans for this year on: January 12, 2019, 03:56:52 PM

if this year the dump should continue i would sell almost all the altcoins that would fall in value and invest only in the top 10 (is only a personal opinion, not an advice)
You can still bet on the altcoin but remember you should diversify your amount with the major coin too. That will give you the more guarantee for your amount. It looks like crypto gets its stable price on this rate and especially bitcoin and nothing happen with it,
1720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It FINALLY Happened... on: January 12, 2019, 03:54:24 PM
NTS is finally available for trade! Just as me and a few other members predicted, the price held strong in terms of overall value. I've seen coins go from .$22 pre ICO to $.01 within days of launch. Nauticus was pegged at .000001 BTC and is currently trading at roughly 80% of the ICO price. This is excellent considering the overall crypto market is bearish. I'm hoping this exchange continues to prove the naysayers wrong over the next few months.

Nauticus Exchange - https://nauticus.exchange/exchange/
This time it's trading below the ico price and i predicted it will go even lower and 0,000002 should be the bottom for this coin. It's a new coin and it seems you have been putting all of your hopes on there. Good luck with it. Roll Eyes
