Bitcoin needs not of rocket to go to the moon and this time it will have one way ticket to the moon.Just need to wait few months and then those are in denial now will regret to not grab at these cheap price.

I am not sure about few months, but over the long term, I definitely am a Bitcoin bull.

h6 and g5 after (15. Bc7 Rdc8 16. Bf4) does look interesting with the idea of putting his rooks back on their ideal squares (c8 and d8). It does weaken his kingside but I admit I don't see an easy way to take advantage of his pawn structure.

We can evaluate h4 if he plays h6.
Regardless, I don't think Bc7 has sufficient votes.

15. Bc7

You might ignore me since i am just found this thread. I usually play cheese so slow that my opponents gets sleepy. This 1 month game would be perfect for me. Tongue

I also play Cheese :-p

I have also looked at that move but it doesn't do that much. It would be better if the bishop could go to b6 after that but his knight defending that field.

I would say 15 Bc7.
We drive away the Rook and we can always bring our bishop back (if it is attacked).

Played my round ended up at nil but the best of luck to the remaining players in the tourny
Should be fun to see who gets lucky ^^

If you are talking about ending up with no profit/loss, don't be disheartened.
People can win the tournament even with a loss.  Wink

It could be but t0pnotch has got one in the bag
Good luck to the challengers Tongue

Didn't see that!
There is always the second prize.  Grin

My vote for axb5.

About a5, I see the Queen being pushed to a7 (I don't think Qc6 will be played, because we can play Ng4 or Ne1 and attack the Queen). We can then play Be3 or Bc7, but I don't see it developing.

e4 appears to weaken the d pawn and I am not in favour of it.

Time for a show of hands!

Rac1 - Foxpopup, jjacob,
a4 - languagehasmeaning, Taras, abacus
I never voted for Rac1. I said it was a possible alternative to my preferred a4. The votes are four for a4 (abacus, languagehasmeaning, Taras, and myself), one for d4 (Timelord2067), and one for Rac1 (jjacob).

Oops! My bad. I guess I am bad at keeping score.  Grin
Looks like a4 has the support it needs.

I haven't seen Spanish girls discussed here.
I think they are beautiful.  Smiley

I'm leaning towards d4 to make the Rook earn its keep.
No good! It makes the Black rook earn its keep! After 13... cxd4 14. Nxd4 (14. Rxd4?? Bxf3 loses the exchange one way or another) 14... Rac8 (or 14... Bxg2 15. Kxg2 Rac8, same difference), we'll have to give up the c-file to unpin the knight.

I was looking to d4 too, but this analysis has made me change my mind. Smiley
My vote for Rac1.
1733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: September 17, 2015, 02:33:48 AM
This method only works if someone had an infinite bankroll. I've lost 10x more row in a many Dice sites. Don't say this strategy works.

It is not enough if you have an infinite bankroll; the house should have one too. Wink
Most casinos have a maximum betting limit.

1735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: currency or investment? on: September 16, 2015, 03:57:02 PM
As of now use of the word investment is more relevant compared to currency. I don't see a reason why for a person needs to exchange to bitcoin on some legit items when the person can just pay in fiat. All those people holding to it are basically waiting for the price to go up. And the word moon says it all

The drop in price over the last 2 years could have changed people's mind about that.  Smiley

Still no decision?
I didn't expect consensus, but I expected a decision one way or the other.  Smiley

Rac4.
I would like to utilize the open c file immediately, rather than try opening the a file and then controlling it.
Don't you mean Rac1? Also, the c-file is only half-open (there's a black pawn on c5), and we can't open it by force. We should get behind the d-file with Rfd1.

Oops! I meant Rac1.
Hate to get the notation wrong. Embarrassed

My second choice is Rfd1. I am against a4 at this point of time.
1738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: currency or investment? on: September 15, 2015, 12:52:57 AM
I think they should have some metric like total value / total transaction value in a year.
That will give an idea about whether bitcoin is being spent (currency) or held (investment)
