1401  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is the price dropping? on: July 07, 2016, 02:43:59 AM
panic sell, is the main factor that keeps the price of bitcoin be dropped. well, perhaps because so much news that the price of bitcoin in manipulation, or very many people who want to sell bitcoin at a great price, so they sell their bitcoin before his prices down, and in the end it makes the price of bitcoin be dropped

We do see panic selling in the market, but the current grinding of price is more due to profit booking.
Bitcoin has risen significantly in the run up to the halving.
1402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 07, 2016, 02:17:57 AM
First win at normal time for Portugal. Such a nice game for them. A lot people got trapped with Portugal bad performance at the previous games. This pattern keep repeating from time to time but only few people aware of it.

Good performance by Portugal. They have chosen a nice time to give their best.
Wales have not disgraced themselves. A fine performance by them to reach the semi finals.
1403  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halvening 99% ready, rocket only 2 weeks to go before moon launch!! on: July 06, 2016, 01:35:17 PM
If it stays at 800$, dump will happen and then it will rise back to same or higher price  Tongue
the price is surely going to be dumped in my opinion because people will want to make a lot of profit in the future really easily so they will be selling their bitcoins at a very rapid pace

There will be some profit booking for sure.
I would like to believe that there are enough true Bitcoin enthusiasts here, who will make up for the short-term investors.
1404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coins are best for noobs? on: July 06, 2016, 01:31:54 PM
in your case, any new coin listed in ANN.
just look for one that seems a good project with some future ahead, it will possible the get a few mining with your laptop and if at some point this coin really worth something you might even have some profit with this.

But remember, mining with a laptop it's not a good idea, you wont get enough hashpower and might even break your computer.

New coins are highly risky. If he is a noob, there is a good risk that he might get sucked into one of the numerous pump-and-dump alts. Better to stick to established alts.
1405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is it, Eth is truly going to zero on: July 06, 2016, 01:29:12 PM
Long time investors slowly losing confidence on ETH, could be headed back to ICO price.

ICO price means 90+% erosion in value.
ETH could be as good as dead after this.   Tongue

Well, I think we already match between Portugal v Wales waiting about to begin, and maybe I would choose wales as the winner because I see their potential is very great. but I also do not underestimate Portugal, but I believe the score under 2.5 goals

Wales will miss Aaron Ramsey and Ben Davies, who are serving bans. This is their first major outing and they will have to handle the pressure as well. But their opponent is Portugal, who haven't won a match so far.  Grin

yes pretty interesting game of Portugal always under 2.5 goals. I might agree with this you. this match will be under 2.5 goals.
My prediction 1-1

That will be the only way for Portugal to advance.  Grin
It is a miracle for them to come so far without winning a match. Their coach has also said, he prefers being ugly and advancing to further rounds, rather than losing.

1408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Just 1000 blocks away from halving on: July 04, 2016, 01:16:10 AM
A link to the actual webpage would be helpful Wink

Are you going to try to get a transaction in the havling block? Would be cool to put a message in there.

That is a very interesting idea.
Transaction fees closer to the halving block are going to soar.  Grin
1409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum to fix TheDAO theft. hard fork != hard fork != holy grail != roll back on: July 04, 2016, 01:11:33 AM
Hard fork does not equal hard fork, is not necessary an issue or a buzzword. There is no "blockchain purity".

The foundations of any blockchain are:
--opensource code (constantly evolving for example on github)
--people's choice to run it (users and miners)

Completely autonmous software is not intended.
Ultimately the people are in charge all the time anyways.

1. If the people running a blockchain prove the ability to decide in consensus  to fix a single theft -
(or anything they specifically decide)  then  it does  not specifically open doors for other regulation in this or other blockchains

2. If high influence indivuduals, like developers or mining pool operators are a concern, then it is simply based on the assumption that many people / miners may not be agile or interested enough to decide individually which may or may not apply to any blockchain.

With this the fundamentals of smart contracts go for a toss.  Roll Eyes
You are going to have people crying rollback all the time.
1410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 04, 2016, 01:09:55 AM
France was extremely ruthless. Nobody would have expected a 4-0 scoreline at the end of the first half!!
Surprised that Iceland actually managed to score more goals in the second half.
1411  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome back! $700 on: July 03, 2016, 03:54:58 AM
Was for a short time.

A dump happened and now price is under 700 everywhere, except Houbi(around 701)

Bitstamp price is 690 now

Doesn't really matter. We are in the range now and price seems to be inching upwards.
$700 will be comprehensively taken soon.
1412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 03, 2016, 03:53:40 AM
yeah this is the most easiest bet ever, i am truly confident with my pick today

Italy vs Germany
Pick: Half time draw (0.5 BTC bet)

Good luck Smiley

Congratulations on your correct pick.
Germany have always been good at shootouts and they managed to win this one, despite missing a few.
1413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin Roadmap Release on Sunday on: July 03, 2016, 03:50:53 AM
They should just go ahead and release the roadmap.
Why all this fuss?
1414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Dogecoin halving? on: July 03, 2016, 03:49:46 AM
You missed it, the last ever block reward decrease was in February 2015. From now onwards there will be a fixed number of dogecoins reward for each block. That number will never get halved again. Dogecoin had a very fast mining window, with most of the coins mined by February 2015.

if produce unlimited maybe dogecoin price always low
posible is down down, is produce coin every year is, 5,2bilion coin

The production may be limited, but the rate is going to decrease year on year.
The developers figure that would be sufficient to actually have controlled inflation.

Hmm... You could be right, but I wouldn't place my money on a goalless first half.
This would happen when both teams are defensive and afraid to make mistakes.
I would pick this in a Portugal match.  Grin
1416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 02, 2016, 03:13:13 PM
Today match is a little bit hard to predict because both teams are moving forward with wonderful momentum but as per comparison than it looking Germany is in much better position to win this match, I think bet directly on Germany will be worth for it.

I agree that this is going to be a tough match to call.
I will put my money on Germany as well, if anything for their ruthless efficiency.
1417  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Word of Warning to the Bears on: July 02, 2016, 08:25:54 AM
There are people who have leveraged up and are shorting coins.
I would never have the courage to attempt something like that.
1418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No ICO no premine ethereum clone. on: July 02, 2016, 08:24:36 AM
I'm pretty sure thats what they had in mind when creating Ethereum. Give people time to attract developers to build dapps, not only on Ethereum but on other cryptoplatform- and frameworks. I don't know if most people can already see the potential of what could be done with this tech.

Yes, that is true.
Google Maps wasn't created as soon as the internet was created.
And Uber wasn't created as soon as Google Maps was created.
It will take time before layers are built on top of existing technologies.
1419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Dogecoin halving? on: July 02, 2016, 08:12:13 AM
And yet another way of saying it is that everyone on the planet who would ever want doge can have it eventually.  And another:  it'll eventually inflate itself into complete worthlessness.  But I still have a soft spot in my heart for doge.  Don't know why; it isn't rational.

Hmm... Fiat currencies have inflation greater than doge, but they are still around.
If doge can find its niche, people might accept that it is an inflationary currency.

OMG now ethereum will be on counterparty. Wait i'll buy some. Smiley
Looking at counterparty's market cap, i think it's a good buy.

This is an article which came out in 2014.
I just posted it to show that the idea of cloning is not new.  Smiley
