1361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 28, 2016, 03:16:37 AM
Shocking to see West Ham is on level against Manchester United on their home ground. I think Manchester United will win this match and I will win my bet on over 2.5 goals too. Now I'm waiting for another goal to be scored.

Same here I chose Manchester United win in fact if we look at the statistics match Manchester controlled the game from all sides
Now wait for the next goal in the near future I am sure they will do there is still time 20 minutes.

It would have surprised many to see that Manchester United couldn't force a win in this match.
Darren Randolph's goalkeeping was good. Manchester's title hopes are over now.
1362  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fidel Castro Dies at 90. Today is the day Cuba is .. on: November 27, 2016, 01:52:03 PM
With the death of Fidel Castro end of an era rooted in the cold war era. And it is now gaining momentum a new round of it. I hope this time the Cubans will not repeat their mistakes.

It's not up to them, Fidels' brother is the president, and I believe they share the same kind of thinking.
Recently his brother Raul Castro runs Cuba. Positive changes are visible. If he will not let people to change course, and now they feel the change and they have something to fight for.

I hope the US has learnt its lessons about regime change - either you fail like you did with Fidel Castro. Or you think you succeed, and then you realize how big a failure it was, like in the case of Saddam Hussein. Raul may be worse than Fidel, but America should let Cuba decide its own future.
1363  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nobody is talking about the reason for this rise! on: November 27, 2016, 01:48:57 PM
I think we should more be focused about the recent drop that has happened these days, even now the price is dropping too much.

Maybe because people have spend lots of money on black friday and now are not interested in bitcoin until next month or next year.

For every spender, there is a receiver of bitcoin. Yes, some of these coins will be converted into fiat, but some of it will be retained in the form of Bitcoin too. So you can't look at this as a reason for any of the drops.
1364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Poll: Will ZcRash reach 0.02 BTC before Christmas? on: November 27, 2016, 11:43:38 AM
Nope, I don't think it will go so low so quickly.
It seems to be trading around the 0.08-0.1 BTC range now. It definitely was overpriced when it launched, and traded at more than 1 BTC for some time. Now you see the marketcap increasing and price stabilizing. I think it will continue to trade in this range.
1365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Zcash? on: November 27, 2016, 11:38:31 AM
Most of the top coders on here agree zcash has the highest level of anon thus far. I would say its biggest danger are all the clones. I just hope the dev that are cloning it are able to understand it fully and deal with any issues that arise.

I still see the price falling further with occasional pumps.

Clones are not a problem. People tend to value the original at a much higher premium.\
When ethereum was being developed, people threatened to have unether, a clone, released as soon as ethereum was launched.
Didn't make a difference.
1366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 27, 2016, 11:32:14 AM
Manchester United vs West Ham United i guess manchester united will not easy to win against west ham even though west ham playing so bad. i take a bet on under 2.5 goals.

There are some predictions for a 2-1 scoreline in favour of Manchester United.
I would go for more than 2.5 goals. The questions is whether West Ham can score tonight.

Completely free!

 Grin

First U.S citizens are allowed into the country and that might have caused him to have a heart attack.

One communist country has fallen and 4 more too go! Wink

The fact that the US couldn't dislodge him and that he died a natural death at the ripe old age of 90, shows that he has been successful.
Even the most powerful of countries have their limitations.  Smiley
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: time to buy Dogecoin on: November 26, 2016, 06:55:33 AM
I never really liked doge because they had a bunch of problems during launch

They became a success because the meme caught on. The community is what gives it value.
It is an alt which has far exceeded its initial potential.

What fuck happen with luckyb??? Man Change the probability on red for 0.2x = %99 and 2X-4x-9x to 0.01% and 24x-130x-999x = 0.0000001%. Because that shit only give 0.2x

More than 20 bets and only 0.2x i really dont know because i still playing that.

20 0.2x in a row is nothing when you are playing Luckybit  Red.
The bets are provably fair. You can recheck your bets using the seed.
1370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Putting the squeeze on gambling with prepaids! on: November 26, 2016, 06:45:17 AM
Another small and indirect but nonetheless victory for Bitcoin! It might bring more users to bitcoin and effectively increase demand, then price will follow.
But there is also other side to it - bitcoin might get labelled as alternative payment method used by gamblers, dark market users and tax evaders.

That label has already been given to Bitcoin, whether it is deserved or not.
In any case, increased adoption is desirable - even if it from gamblers or tax evaders.
1371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: time to buy Dogecoin on: November 26, 2016, 04:54:07 AM
I do not see any meaningful profit from doge trading because the coin only varies by 2 satoshis i.e 0.00000028 to 0.00000030 Roll Eyes

This is one of the few coin that is stable on that range I thought way back then they will drift to 2 sats because of their huge supply, but because of the community backing and some ready merchants, they have established themselves.

If its stability was such a big draw, it should have witnessed large scale adoption.
It has not attracted the merchant community, nor has it attracted the investors.
1372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vcrash??? on: November 26, 2016, 04:51:52 AM
This is sad but it is NOT a surprise.  Shady coin with super shady dev, had some good hype/promise but wth nothing evern comes of it, and now we see it's demise.  GNSP.

For any XVC refugees, WBB has opened its borders to you!  Cheesy

This is not the first big crash for VCash, although losing 50% value in such a short time is no joke.
Bagholders will prefer to hold and wait for a recovery, no matter how little hope there is.
1373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH under 10$!!! on: November 25, 2016, 02:20:23 PM
poor eth, it is hard time for eth now. but every hardfork makes etherium stronger, so dont panic. I hold my eth for better time.

But what is better time? When Eth goes to Pos? Will we ever see over 100 dollars for 1 Eth?

I don't see why that is impossible. If Bitcoin can have a $10+Bn market cap, ethereum can grow to that level too.
We might see 100 dollars for 1 ETH sooner than you think.
1374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 25, 2016, 02:15:54 PM
Burnley vs Manchester City : Burnley is terrible agianst City as they lost four games from five home games against Manchester City and Now they have just got abad loss against West Brom 4-0 while Manchester City are getting back after a winless streak so i expect Manchester City to win this game.

Manchester City seem to have injury problems. Sergio Aguero will have to clear a fitness test before playing.
In any case, Manchester City shouldn't face any problems in defeating Burnley.
1375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: time to buy Dogecoin on: November 25, 2016, 02:10:27 PM
Its not a good idea to buy doge, doge already enter the zombie zone, i think there wont be any significant changes in doge price, it is better to invest to other coins

It has been on a declining trend for most part of the year now.
I wouldn't bet on an inflationary currency like Doge bouncing to extreme highs.
1376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid coins: The importance of the name on: November 25, 2016, 02:06:46 PM
If a new coin is really a breakthrough, then the name might not matter.
Bitcoin would have still succeeded even if it was named as "Decentralized Digital Token"  Tongue
The same is the case with Ethereum. In the case of me-too coins, I think the name plays a role.

1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: November 05, 2016, 05:42:43 PM
Yes it does work though not if the house cheats you or simply puts a limit on maximum bet amount to avoid losing big, it is either you going to need a large balance and win eventually or you keep hitting the red and end up with a big loss and scam accusation thread Smiley.

Limit on maximum bets are a reality and most casinos have it.  Smiley
