I also have the same question as is there no one in the world who is more smarter than the scammer ? Who can beat this code and get the free 170,000$ sitting in this address. The public address is known to all, the whole world does not have any clue of how can they withdraw this money or even swap it with some other token. I am sure people must be working on it and some genius may able to withdraw this money one day.
No, that is not possible. The tokens are locked because they are associated with a hack. Tether smart contract has a blacklist flag that can be activated by the Tether, this prevents on-chain transfers. So, if a token is on the blacklist, it cannot be transferred and whoever controls the private key cannot move them. Therefore, scammers use this address to exploit greedy people to steal their money.

dex aggregator 1inch is a scammer. I've been waiting for 10 days for a reason why I didn't get a refund and they can't give it. they explain that the script they wrote works that way and that's it. ~ OP, I am having trouble figuring out what exactly happened in your case and what exactly you accuse 1inch of. Could you please be a little more specific?

With all the above, it definitely looks like a scam. Just for information, Avast antivirus blocked the domain, stating it is a "phishing" site. I hope other anti-virus and anti-malware tools will similarly do so.
Good find, @Leviathan.007.

Bitcoin usage will continue to increase as we start to put more pressure on the current financial system. We are definitely headed towards a future that is very different than the one we live in today. Bitcoin adoption will not end in 2022, but its adoption will gain momentum in the years to come. The Bitcoin blockchain, and the technology of the crypto-economy, will continue to mature and evolve, and this will impact the way we interact with the "digital" economy in the future. As a result, the increased Bitcoin adoption in a traditional environment will help to pave the way for future adoption in new and innovative ways.
I think the Bitcoin economy has the potential to play a positive role in the world economy. Unlike fiat currencies, Bitcoin has no central authority that can devalue it or inflate it to save their own corrupt sectors. I think this is the true advantage of the Bitcoin system. Additionally, Bitcoin is significantly more resilient to national bank currency crises and there are more free-market banking alternatives in existence to improve the efficiency of the system.

So what? Gold was in a bear market for more than 6 years. In fact, everyone who bought in late 2011 or during 2012 had to wait until 2020 just to recover the value of their initial investment. Every market has its ups and downs, that does not mean it is a failure.

Bitstar_coin, thanks so much for sharing your story with us about your first successful Bitcoin purchase, and I hope this is the start of many more. I am surprised people reacted so badly to your offer to pay in bitcoins, especially since it was a tech market. People who are involved in IT technology are usually better informed about cryptocurrencies. That is why I am surprised that you got such a bad response.
BTW, I have always been a fan of DELL laptops, so good luck with your new one!

btc365 now its scamming site, they blocked 90% accounts , so I'm looking for something similar
Can you tell me where you got your information about this? I do not recall hearing anything about this before. I admit, I have never used BET365, but as far as I know, it is a very popular bookmaker.

Of course JollyGood, as far as I've seen, acted honest, and showed some disgust and intolerance for scammers, which most normal human beings should have been raised so. It's definitely a bit eccentric and out of line in this forum, but stop complaining, you know, some people are honest and don't like promoting scams.
When scam is proven, act there a no problem. Everyone of us act to a proven scam. If anyone speaks in favor of proven scam there is problem but you should not leave red tag for something that has not happened yet. Your tag damage the business. A red tag sent wrongly damage the motivation of a member who wanted to have a pleasant journey in the community. I think it largely depends on the situation and personal judgment. It is not a good idea to always wait until a scam happens to warn the community. If there are obvious red flags and valid reasons, I think it is okay for DT members to put a red tag on the account as a warning. Every single tag can be easily removed or changed to neutral. I have followed many cases in which JollyGood was involved and I mostly agree with his/her decision, but of course, everyone should make their own conclusion based on the available evidence and not blindly trust the opinion of other members. If there's one thing I've learned over the time I've been involved in the crypto, it's that you can never be too careful or to do too much due diligence.

Is there a price that BTC is limited to?
Probably yes. The problem is that nobody knows where that limit is. Or does the built in scarcity of it insure ever increasing price?
Definitely not. Nothing can ensure an ever increasing price for obvious reasons. What would One BTC at over 1 million do to worldwide economics?
If each coin is worth one million dollars, the Bitcoin market cap would be valued at about 20 trillion dollars. According to companiesmarketcap.com, the market cap of gold is currently arround $11 T.

In spite of all the guides and tutorials, some members still make the same mistakes when it comes to quoting. So, my tip for newbies: Learn how to quote properly!
You can quote someone's post or part of someone's post by clicking the "Quote" button. But your job does not end there. You need to edit your quotes so that the conversation is clean, without unnecessary parts, but still relevant and meaningful. It is also advisable to remove large images, so that your posts do not contain unnecessary big quotes. Sometimes it is good to separate the quotes into several parts and answer each part individually. Also, in replying to the last comment in a topic, you can use "^" instead of a full quotation.

I have read about more than one instance of a user storing a seed phrase or private key in the drafts of some email provider...
This is a horrible thing. Every time I hear something like that, it makes me want to cry for a little while.

My understanding it it's open source, so anyone can use it. But if you want to run your own site with it, you need to pay for a license - otherwise you're stealing it.
The difference between open source code and free software is still a mystery to many people. Even if the code is open source, you still need to respect the license. Unfortunately, even some developers ignore this as well. But nevertheless, it is clear from these screenshots that there was plagiarism involved. Even the layout appears to be a copy with slight changes. That is never a good start for a business.

It is always a pleasure to read such positive examples about using bitcoin and crypto currencies. I fully support you in your campaign. Have you had any positive reactions from customers? I didn't see anything about your satisfaction with the response.
Whatever the case may be, this is an outstanding article that will surely get attention. Keep up the good work and I will make sure to share this article with anyone who are interested in following in your footsteps.

Bitcoin is actually a deflationary currency, unlike fiat currencies. With a fiat currency, the central bank can just print more of it and people will pay more for it. By contrast, with Bitcoin, the amount of Bitcoin is limited. In terms of quantity, this is actually an advantage for bitcoin, as it forces people to hold Bitcoin as opposed to cash, which can become worthless in time. Furthermore, Bitcoin has the ability to become more expensive as more people adopt the currency, which tends to discourage hoarding.
So if you are disappointed with Bitcoin today, your attitude can change tomorrow, or next week, but do your homework and understand the fundamentals.

Since duelbits asked for time then let them clear it here.
Some users are clearly defending duelbits and trying to make OP the villain. OP's main problem seems to be his communication media. His English is too bad and hard to understand. In cases like it a user needs to express his opinions without having any communication difficulty. It's unfortunate for OP.
Bitcoin girl. Just to let you know I never used duelbits And I have a question for you did you read the OP last posts ? When he said he. Found a bug and used it won 1btc using the. Bug and withdraw it 16k still there. If you read that post and still defending op and his scam then you have a problem too. I also don't defend DuelBits or have anything to do with them, but it is obvious from the OP's words that he is not the victim that he pretends to be. In spite of his poor English, it seems clear he exploited a bug in DuelBits to his own advantage and is now accusing the casino for an additional 16,000. He even admitted that he lied before. Something smells bad in here about the OP's claims. @sasky1993, at least try to follow the rules of this forum and stop posting multiple posts in a row.

@sasky1993, your posts are really difficult to understand. I agree with JollyGood, perhaps you should try to express yourself more clearly. Since English is obviously not your native language, try to use Google translate or some other method for translating your posts. Google translation is not an absolute guarantee that you will get a perfect translation but it may be the best solution if you do not know the language you want to communicate. You can also ask someone who understands your language and is fluent in English to translate your posts.

The fact that someone still regularly sends Ether to that address baffles me. Does anyone really think someone will make their private address public by accident and forget that they have $170,000 worth of tokens in there? I guess greed knows no bounds.

IMO, we are the one who is complicating the bitcoin to an average joe because they already know how to use money so if they are supposed to spend bitcoin they can and they will but the volatility of the bitcoin is making it more of an investment and speculative asset over the currency. And then its not really mandatory for everyone to know the technical knowledge of cryptocurrencies just the basic understanding of decentralization is more than enough.
It is not enough that they just understand how to use it but also how to protect their bitcoin and other crypto. In the last bull run, many of the new crypto users are losing their crypto to scammers because they are giving away their private keys. We cannot keep new users to keep using bitcoin and crypto if we do not educate them properly. It is the least we can do to make sure that bitcoin will continue to grow. People fell for scam mostly due to their greediness and ofcourse due to technical hacks but majority of them are falling for high return fake investments which is not only for Bitcoin but for the whole thing so called money. I beleive once they enter into the field they will get better because we are not actually going to give our credit cards to anyone so the same common sense had to be here as well. This is true, but I also believe that many newbies fall for the scam because of ignorance or lack of "experience." The reason being is that there are many ways to run the scams. For example, they may not understand the importance of their private key or seed phrase, or maybe they just don't have a good grasp on cryptography. Don't be the victim of a scam because of this. You should understand the risks involved and take steps to keep yourself safe and secure. And, knowledge is power; the more you know, the better you can protect yourself.

Again i will stick to my point of view that if there are no visitors on that site, its of no use.
So apart from adding links and evidences of 1xbit scam on that site, OP should also focus on how to improve the visibility and traffic on the site. He can get traffic from facebook and google ads too.
When a new site is launched, it does not have a large number of visitors at first. If the OP continuously adds and improves content on the site, it will likely change for the better over time. But I agree, OP should start working on website visibility and also ensure his blog gets seen by people who will be interested to read. Along with quality content, SEO is also very important to get the word out.
