1861  Economy / Gambling / Re: This is madness. Something super more than DeepSum on: June 21, 2022, 08:06:51 PM
OP, you need to understand that simulation is one thing, and reality is something entirely different. I do not know if your simulation takes the house edge into account, but even if it does, it is not a guarantee that the real bets will go the same way.

Anyway, if you are confident in your "strategy", then what is the problem? Take 10,000 sats to start with and turn it into 0.18 BTC in one go. Then take your 0.18 BTC and turn it into ~320 BTC in the second go. You will be a millionaire in no time!
1862  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] Roobet.com Signature Campaign | The Honest Online Casino | Full Members+ on: June 21, 2022, 07:48:35 PM
I will PM all the users above, maybe they're missed the new announcement. Anyone should know the risk of didn't change the avatar and signature will lead you no payment, even more you will get a strike.

I do not think we are late with the new signatures, since we have officially entered summer today.  Wink
Anyway, thanks for the reminder.

Based on this, it is obvious that he opposed your flag back then
He couldn't have Opposed it last year, the Flag was created on 2022-05-08. Unfortunately, I stopped daily updates for my Trust Flag viewer, so I can't tell on which day the Flag was Opposed.

Oh, I see. I missed that. Thanks.

Based on this, it is obvious that he opposed your flag back then, and I am 100% certain that you are lying.

100%. Ok, let’s see what happens when a professional nonsense talker is challenged. Let’s bet 0.1 BTC each...
~

I am afraid I will have to disappoint you. Obviously, I was wrong about my previous assessment because I assumed that you created the flag at the same time as the scam accusation. However, I still believe you are manipulating and lying, because of your history of such behavior. So, no, I am not interested in making a deal with you.
1864  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should we not get negative feedback for expressing our views? How about me? on: June 14, 2022, 09:50:02 PM
Can an administrator verify please when did @examplens oppose my flag. This is a serious issue since this person is lying about a participation in a scam accusation flag and about how he ended up getting money for opposing my flag.

I doubt the administrator will bother with such unimportant things.

You are clearly misleading and manipulating. This is not a "serious issue" since anyone who is anyone on this forum knows that examplens is a respectable member. As for his reaction on the flag, I believe his words because the evidence speaks in his favor.

This is his comment in the original scam accusation thread:

They definitely did not introduce these rules just because of this case. I found these same rules in the screenshot on the web archive from 12. May 2020. Everything seems to be fine on their part and they have protected themselves from such situations in time. we may not like this rule, but it is set that way.

https://web.archive.org/web/20200512020750/https://fortunejack.com/faq/sportsbook

And I am still waiting for my cashout to be paid.

did you intentionally make four identical bets or its happen accidentally?
also whether perhaps the reason was that all wins be below 100k eur?

Based on this, it is obvious that he opposed your flag back then, and I am 100% certain that you are lying.

What's your take on solution for altcoin farms abusing bounty campaigns?

A special badge can be provided for bounty hunters. New members must pay 10$ to the forum to get that badge to join the campaign. Already existing members and users above full member will get that badge as an airdrop. It is easy to get member rank by buying merits but for full member rank, it won't be profitable. When an alt farmer gets red-flagged to 10 of his account he or she will think twice before doing the same because it will cost him money this time.
~

How is this different from copper membership?  Why introduce something that, basically, provides the same functionality as an existing feature?
But the big question is, who will force bounty managers to accept only copper or Member and higher ranks?
1866  Other / Serious discussion / Re: How much money is enough money? on: June 12, 2022, 09:39:59 PM
Although happiness is a subjective feeling, studies of satisfaction/happiness show patterns across populations, and one pattern is that people in richer countries tend to rate their lives as more satisfying. In fact, research shows that money makes us happier on a personal level, too. The more money you have, the more happy you are. The thing with money is not that it makes us happy, but that it empowers us to feel free. So, even though money is rarely an emotional driver, it does provide us with some material things that are beneficial to our lives and it makes our lives easier. And it helps us to live more satisfying lives.

How much money does it take to feel happy? Or, is there an upper limit on the correlation between money and happiness? Here is what I think: Basically, additional income always brings more satisfaction, the rich, however,  need a larger bump to get the same level of happiness than the average person. For example, if you earn $25,000 or $35,000 a year, an extra $10,000 per year will mean a great deal, but almost nothing to someone already earning $ 250,000 or more. So, there is no need for everyone to aim for great wealth, but it is undeniable that life is easier with money, and our best bet is to find the optimal measure that suits us individually.
1867  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The reason why the bounty section is the worst and most spamming board on: June 12, 2022, 07:53:17 PM
The solution to spam in the Altcoins Bounty section is simple: Ignore that section altogether. That is what I think most senior members do anyway.
The good thing is that all these report posts are contained in one board, so it does not affect the rest of the forum.
1868  Economy / Reputation / Re: I could be wrong but what if? on: June 12, 2022, 07:23:57 PM
It's pretty sure accounts are controlled by a group of people or accounts farmer. Alt account is allowed, so you need to find where are they abusing campaigns rule. If you found then notify the manager and post it here with solid evidence. I am not much focusing on bounty campaigns because 95% are just scam hunters lol. So it's likely a waste of time.

That is right. It is likely that all accounts are made exclusively for farming campaigns. Just look at the timestamps of their POA posts, just a few seconds difference between participants in each group.
There is at least one campaign in which they cheated or tried to cheat, Kleks Academy, as they are all in the spreadsheet. The campaign policy clearly prohibits the use of alt accounts:

Quote from: BountyDetective
6. Using multiple accounts, cheating and spamming are not allowed. You will be disqualified from the bounty program
immediately and all your accounts will be banned permanently.

Although the campaign is now over, I think the negative tags are still justified in this case.
1869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any kinds of altcoin gives constant rewards? on: June 12, 2022, 04:57:31 PM
plz give any info !

What do you mean by "constant rewards"? I suggest you explore some of the popular staking platforms if you are searching for coins for passive earnings. You have to be careful, though, because there are a lot of scam tokens out there that promise 100% APY just to lure people into their pool.

It looks like one group was working together or all those ids belong to one person.

I think you are on to something here. I checked a few usernames from the spreadsheet, it seems that all of them created their forum accounts on the same day, either May 7 or May 16. And judging by their bounty campaign applications, that can not be a coincidence.

It would be helpful if you could gather all the UIDs that follow this pattern and publish it so we can tag them all.

I believe it is. At least on this forum, one legitimate accusation is enough to make certain DT members give the casino a negative rating. Although, people with no complaints about the casino will continue to patronize it.

If a casino doesn’t have a track record of disproving any and all allegations against them, it’s simply impossible to give them a good rating.
1872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: can you create a lost wallet from address and password for the lost wallet? on: June 12, 2022, 12:15:40 PM

My sense is that it is not possible ...

You are right. Wallets cannot be recreated out of addresses and wallet passwords. For this purpose, a seed phrase is required from which all private / public key pairs are derived.
1873  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is It Possible To Build a HTML/CSS Kind of Table On This Forum? on: June 12, 2022, 10:50:48 AM
A BBCode forum user used Sniper E's table extension to build this 👇
~

Sniper-E's table extension is for the phpBB forum software, Bitcointalk.org runs on a modified version of the SMF software. Also, I doubt theymos would agree to add any extensions of this sort to the existing platform.

But, again, this has nothing to do with the OP's question, so, please stop posting nonsense about things you clearly have very little knowledge about.
1874  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is It Possible To Build a HTML/CSS Kind of Table On This Forum? on: June 12, 2022, 08:48:47 AM
I was trying to paste some codes here but everything is messing.
I guess my rank made it impossible for me to post codes.

I think something like this can do what you're looking for
~

There is a difference between BBCode and HTML code. HTML code cannot be used in forum posts, but BBCode markup language is used to format content.

The HTML code you are trying to paste has nothing to do with the OP's question.
1875  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 11, 2022, 10:24:14 PM
I don't see the necessity of your post... doesn't even adds up any help to the issue and was already said by the others.
~

What has already been said, and where? I was simply responding to the question with information that was publicly available. Royse777 has my full respect for the work he does, and this was not intended to belittle him in any way. However, if you find this particular piece of information unnecessary in this thread, feel free to report my post to a moderator, and/or fuck off. This is a free world!
1876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC goes below 30k after US inflation rate reports on: June 11, 2022, 09:49:46 PM
Anyhow, we can really expect that kind of price fluctuation even without such a US inflation report. We are in the bear mode market, perhaps the price is moving to that range of $28k - $31k. This is not a big surprise, not even a big news to cause panic but yes, we can't just ignore their contribution to the market trend as this country also has the influence.

Well, something we need to keep our trust stronger and keep our minds positive. We can just surpass this situation just like before.

I remember early 2021 when we made $ 39k for the first time and we thought we had reached the sky, but as we all know Bitcoin didn't stop there. Now it has been almost six months that we have been in negative territory and that is mostly because of the war, the Russia sanctions, the oil price, and the decline in the global economy. Of course, there are other factors but as we already know, correlation is the mother of all relationship.

1879  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's been your greatest challenge on BTT ? on: June 11, 2022, 09:21:26 PM
What has been your greatest challenge on Bitcointalk? And how did you go about it ?

Actually, there was no particular challenge, this was just another forum community I joined, as I have done many times before on other online forums. Also there was no pressure at all; I just wanted to find a platform where I could learn more about the cryptocurrency and maybe reach out to like minded people.
If I had to choose, my greatest challenge at Bitcointalk, would probably be the huge amount of knowledge and experience some members have on the subject. This gives them great power in the discussion, but at the same time limits your understanding of the subject. In the end I guess that everything is relative, as you have the right to be ignorant of almost any subject if you do want to.

As to how I made my first post: I wrote a generic introduction in Beginners & Help and tried to get user feedback in the comments. That way I was able to get a clear idea of the general interest about the newbies who joined the community. As I was enjoying the Bitcointalk community, I continued to post here and there, providing various small ideas and general feedbacks to the people.
1880  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is It Possible To Build a HTML/CSS Kind of Table On This Forum? on: June 11, 2022, 08:53:39 PM
So am asking, is something like this possible to build on this forum and if positive, how please?

So, basically, you want visible borders on the table cells? I am afraid it can not be done easily with BBCode. What you can do is add extra rows between each existing data row and fill the cells with characters that will give you the illusion of a line.

For example:

#|HEADING 1|HEADING 2|HEADING 3|HEADING 4|HEADING 5|HEADING 6|HEADING 7|HEADING 8
--|-------------|-------------|-------------|-------------|-------------|-------------|-------------|-------------
1|Data 1|Data 2|Data 3|Data 4|Data 5|Data 6|Data 7|Data 8

I know it looks messy, but that’s the only way I know of, unless you want to use images.

Edit:

Or perhaps, something like this:
