1961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO regulation good or bad? on: October 26, 2017, 03:42:06 AM
More and more countries are planning to regulate ICOs. China, Canada, Russia,... I think this in an development nobody can stop. Do you think it is good or bad that ICOs will be more regulated in the near future? What positive and negative influences will it probably have?

I think there will be more investors like professional managed funds or even retirement funds which will invest into ICOs. The prices for ICOs will then become even more expensive and make it more difficult to make profits for small investors.
ICOS are considered as a loophole in the world economy as there is no legal action for people to raise funds online, but offline there does exist regulations. So some *over smart* people decided to scam people and not face any issues, some got successful and some didn't. So economies decided to regulate this, so that the same doesn't occur again and again. Plus if it's regulated, security exchanges like SEC will always have their eyes on them.
1962  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin from $6000 to $5500 on: October 25, 2017, 07:46:35 AM
I just checked poloniex today and btcprice went don't to $5506.28 so that would be -$500 dive. Is this because of the upcoming fork? Can somebody enlighten me what could be causing this?
Bitcoin gold fork is done, it's listed on yobit, binance, bitfinex and hitBTC. Am not sure about other exchanges. Now that people got their free moneythey will now go back to their altcoins and maybe comeback just a few days before the next fork in November. Bitcoin will be around this price only for now.
1963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BTC Gold on Bittrex? on: October 25, 2017, 06:57:40 AM
I had BTC in my Bittrex wallet hoping to get Gold. Looks like they are not supporting BTC Gold trading but will they atleast give BTC gold for us to withdraw?
Most probably you should be getting bitcoin gold only for withdrawal. You can trade it in hitBTC. I don't know why yobit listed bitcoin gold before the fork. Binance and bitfinex also joined in later on.  And bitcoin gold is valued around 400$ at the moment, and now rich people will get even richer and poor people will remain the same ,as the free money would be hardly worth anything.
1964  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: October 24, 2017, 05:47:30 AM
Hey everyone Smiley

finally the price of bitcoins is increasing and was becoming more stable but ! Its price is again decreasing now... You know it will be very nice if you guys instead of dumping them hold on to them...
Dumping the bitcoins in panic because of the fear of the price never reaching this high value in future.. does affects the price of bitcoins in a very bad way!
Yes some people get profit form it but!!!it decrease your future chances of earning even more higher profit... And so does for everyone else...

You think people will listen to you? The answer is no. It's a trend among people that if price decreases it is a loss and to avoid that they panic and sell whatever they have at any given price in exchanges. Why do you think whales are getting bigger and bigger? Because of the idiots who panic sell.
1965  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be Taxed...... on: October 24, 2017, 05:15:03 AM
This is interesting could be a mass following with this. South Korea is preparing to Tax bitcoin use after the cryptocurrency's trading volume sky-rocked. This could spark a new trend s everyone battels to see how to control the life of cryptocurrency's
Yeah at one point or the other you can expect that to happen. People think that if they use cryptos they will be exempted from taxes and they think they are smarter than the governments. But you should have seen this coming, one government is planning to tax bitcoin, soon the majority will join in. Tax is a must and each and every person is obliged to pay it.
1966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where will the money go after the BTC fork??? on: October 24, 2017, 04:35:30 AM
I remember last Fork right when the fork happened, tons of money got poured back into alts for a couple days.

Where do you think more money will be put into Fiat, alts, or BTC after the fork???

1.Altcoins!
2.Same as number 1
3.Same as number 2
Altcoins will be all the trend or hype or an attractive investment that people will soon seek after the fork occurs. So basically bitcoin will be stable and fluctuating around 5400-5800. Alts will regain it's price and people who sold their altcoins in fear will now regret.
1967  Economy / Economics / Re: BITCOIN misconceptions on: October 23, 2017, 08:47:09 AM
I came across several threads on the forums about bitcoin as their source of income, people leaving their day jobs just to focus on campaigns here in the forum.

Why most of the people in the forum sees bitcoin as currency that you need to spend everyday? On my opinion at this point of time for bitcoin it is better to consider it as an asset, an investment that if you keep it there is a big chance that your investment will grow. Think of its future potential, at this time each coin cost $5600+ when maybe about 100 million people who is using it. imagine what will the price be if 1 billion people uses it in the future how much will the price be? And this also applies to alt coins. As much as possible keep you coins and wait for the price to boom.
But bitcoin wasn't created for people to use it as an asset, it was developed for people to use it as a damn currency. People don't understand its ability, yes but assuming it as a asset is not the right thing to do. Bitcoin is to be known as a currency which can be used to make transactions world wide without banks involved.
1968  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: October 23, 2017, 08:15:13 AM
for example if we use the dollar it will certainly be bad news to see the habits of the corruptors in Indonesia, they will never do small corruption. What if they later corrupted $ 50 million or even $ 1 billion. Countries will be dizzy to tackle such corruption cases. that is if we use only one currency, for example the dollar currency
That, my friend would be one of the worst decisions ever made ,worse decision than the children of forest who decided to create white walkers. We will see the whole world economy collapse and all monetary assets would start to go down because of so many disbeliefs and misconceptions that people have. We will get to see THE GREAT DEPRESSION PART 2  and this would lead to the emergence of another world war.
1969  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC--->USD day trading possible? on: October 23, 2017, 07:33:30 AM
Hi Friends,

Is it possible to do BTC--USD ( not any other coins) day trading? Which platform will be good for this?

I tried in coinbase but their fees is too high. I tried to do with 1 BTC and I end up loosing money.  I sold 1 btc and they charged $80 then when I bought back again they charged again $80 so instead of making some money when btc price increaased about $150, I lost $10  because of fees. Angry Angry

So, is there any other platform that charge less fess so that at least I can make money if btc price increases about $150 or so?

Many Thanks  Cheesy
Coinbase is never the right option for one to trade bitcoin and USD. Better go with bittrex and poloniex. But be very very very careful with bittrex, they are banning and closing accounts recently without any prior notice and they won't return your money back to you. And poloniex requires KYC documents just to increase your limit's from 0$. Better keep your documents ready and make sure you have done enhanced verification in these exchanges, other than that you're all set to go.
1970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best altcoin to buy? on: October 23, 2017, 06:56:58 AM
Im thingking what is the best alcoin to buy and give good profit before the year end?
Why dont you go and do your own research, I don't understand this, some idiots want people to spoon feed them and even if some kind hearted person does, and if the former gets a loss, he blames the latter for giving him the wrong advice, better go and do your own work and research, it would be the best for you.
1971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Japan Possibly ban ICO’s on: October 23, 2017, 06:26:13 AM
News coming out of Japan has it that authorities in that country are considering a ban on ICO’s. How would this Action impact on the prospect of Bitcoin and other cryptos globally.
ICOs are no longer worth the time and hype anymore I guess. Trading is gone to a next whole different level. You're going to see pretty much every country regulating ICOs sooner or later, once they realize on how it works. The scam ICOs have made the good and honest ones also untrustworthy and this may not result good in the future. And Japan is one of the very few countries that is with crypto currency and if they are banning ICOs and then surely others will follow up.
1972  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why I hate BITCOIN on: October 22, 2017, 05:32:57 AM
I was asked by a friend why I don't promote Bitcoin { why i hated it} but love promoting altcoins. My reply was that Bitcoin can't give me 1000-5000% ROI in 2-3years time anymore but with altcoin that is possible.

I notice that each time I promote Bitcoin, I'm giving the early investors easy passive income why I settle for chicken gain.

Honestly I will prefer $50,000 in altcoins (with possible potential, underpriced and undervalued) than in Bitcoin.

Do you hate Bitcoin? Give reasons why you do or don't
You hate bitcoin just because you weren't fortunate enough to buy bitcoin when it started from scratch. And are you fucking kidding me, look at bitcoins price at the moment, and not to mention the fact that altcoins would have never existed if it weren't for bitcoin. I agree that altcoins can give a good profit but then not every time. And FYI, altcoins won't be worth anything if bitcoin crashes God forbid, but such a event is so very likely to happen.

1973  Economy / Speculation / Re: Industry Experts Believe Bitcoin Headed to $6,000 on: October 22, 2017, 04:06:32 AM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/industry-experts-believe-bitcoin-headed-to-6000

Nothing seems to stop Bitcoin.  Not China.  Not Jamie Dimon.  Nothing.

It seems like they we're right this time, maybe they are the ones who made the price go up this high, I am stunned tbh after I saw the markets, out of every 10 people 8 of them are buying and only 2 are selling. This is indeed absurd, this much liquidity just for free money? I don't think, so. There is a Jack behind this, and we will get to know about this soon.
1974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC or BCC or BTG on: October 22, 2017, 03:03:41 AM
why we need three different version of bitcoin ??
Bitcoin will always be dominating in case you're worried on which bitcoin should I go for. But the fact with bitcoin gold is that a lot of people are against this fork because they claim that 3 hard forks in the span of like 3-4 months is too much and cannot be called upon.   such risks cannot be taken but looks like the price of bitcoin speaks something else, if they are not happy with it why is bitcoin getting pumped?  Roll Eyes
1975  Economy / Economics / Re: Mental barrier stops from buying BTC on: October 22, 2017, 02:27:35 AM
Not so long ago we've all whitnessed bitcoin at price 2k usd per btc. Now it is 4k. Sometimes before buying BTC I have a strong feeling that the price will fall pretty soon and I hould wait a bit before buying. Usually it all ends bad. Anyone have the same problem? How are you dealing with it?
Most of the people have such a feeling, but then the difference is that they tend to realize on how situations are going to be in the future and take a risk and buy some btc, not specific in amount. If these mental barriers in your mind keep on influencing your decision, then my friend, you're going to face worse and worse situations than this. Let your inner self make the decision along with some smartness involved.
1976  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Decentralized exchanges on: October 21, 2017, 02:00:09 PM
What do you think of those? Will they change the game in the future and most people will use decentralized exchanges (like Kyber Network, 0x Project) and dump Bittrex, Poloniex etc?
What are advantages and potential disadvantages / challenges?

And side-question to this topic: are atomic swaps part of those new-level exchanges? Or is it something more?
Well for example, ether Delta is a decentralized exchange and the thing with that is it lists coins whichever they want whenever they want without taking permission of anyone, and they do it for free I believe which is a good(so the promoters of the coin dont have to pay them anything) and bad thing(scam coins also might get listed which may give fake trust to people to buy it). I prefer a peer to peer exchange any day than that of a decentralized one, cause I don't have much experience with it.
1977  Economy / Speculation / Re: Historical day bitcoin price 6000 $ on: October 21, 2017, 12:37:25 PM
Capitalization $ 100 billion

price ratio 6030 $

How do you think this year is coming?

Comment and be part of the story !!

I don't know what to say, I am surely happy that the price is increased and reached 6000$  but then I am not sure if the fork is the real reason for the prices to go this high, and amusing thing is that more number of people are buying than what they are selling. Is my reason behind this valid, do you also think that there is something else going on which has caused the price to go up so high, is another strategy used by some sicko again to influence the price or something else or it's just the prehype for the fork? Am really puzzled at the moment.
1978  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reasons Why Bitcoin Price Drops on: October 21, 2017, 11:15:01 AM
I would like to know your opinion on what factors cause the value of Bitcoin to drop. A brief explanation helps.
The reason why it drops usually is because of panic selling happening in exchanges because of some rumors or lame stories made up by people which makes idiots to believe fully what they say and they lose their "trust" in bitcoin, so they claim.  And the markets get filled up with sell orders and some investors buy at cheap prices 😉.
1979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bithumb made Qtum to fall? on: October 21, 2017, 10:10:05 AM
I thought every coin listed on Bithumb always get a huge pump.Monero, zcash,Bitcoin cash.

Why Qtum is falling instead?

Do it is also because of Bitcoin Gold?

I allready hate this coin and all others Bitcoin forks hope it will die soon.
I don't think bithumb is the reason for Qtum to fall, its the fork that has been indirectly causing altcoins to go down road. And bithumb is also closing accounts it seems and people who are using it,be careful especially non Koreans. Qtum should be increasing after the fork ,don't worry. Bitcoin Forks is not going to die, hate it or love it or don't care about it ,its ofs no use as one opinion hardly influences anything.
1980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: October 21, 2017, 09:15:45 AM
Are you picky with ICOs?
Oh hell yeah! Tell me why wouldn't I? Any person with his sense of mind will make sure that he is not making a wrong decision and would not throw his money in some random ICO just like that, this ain't a stock market in the 1920s where people literally used to throw money in stocks which then later on led to The Great Depression of 1930. Not moving away from the topic, common man start thinking logically and see yourself in someone else's shoes and you might get your answer for your question.
