Hey @theymos, @Cyrus, @hilariousandco and other moderators, look at the rubbish written in this thread and tell me this has anything to do with bitcoin price speculation. Second to last comment:

As we continue continue our daily pushups challenge it is very important we know food's we are to eat before and after our daily pushups in other to help use achieve our desire result.
Before your 100-push-up workout, it's recommended to have a meal or snack containing a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats. Good options include:

A whole grain toast with peanut butter and a banana
Greek yogurt with granola and berries
A small bowl of oatmeal topped with nuts and a drizzle of honey
The carbohydrates will provide energy, the protein will help maintain and build muscle, and the healthy fats will support hormone production and overall health.

After your workout, it's important to have a recovery meal or snack within 30 minutes to 1 hour. This should contain a higher ratio of protein to help repair and rebuild muscle tissue. Some post-workout options include:

A protein shake made with milk or plant-based milk, and fruit
Grilled chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli
Tuna salad on whole grain crackers
Staying hydrated by drinking water before, during, and after your workouts is also crucial for muscle recovery and overall health. With this balanced nutrition approach, you can support your muscle gains from the 100-push-up routine.

The latest comment so far:

Nutrition is completely personal. I hope your nutrition routine is suitable for your physical body.
I understand that you are trying to avoid consuming processed foods at least.
The nutrition prescription you wrote is a rote list, it may give good results for some people, but it is not suitable for others.
It is best to test yourself and do some experiments in terms of nutrition first, maybe if you do not have a balanced diet, it is best to get support from an expert.

100k,l99l,16,1740,2024-10-20

And of course, those comments are not off topic because it is that whole spam mega thread that is off topic on that section.

How many merits did your examples get? Zero. Basically, you just proved that people aren’t able to farm merits with low quality posts there. Thank you for your service in proving yourself wrong. Now it seems like this thread is growing the popularity of the push-ups thread, so thank you again for your service in spreading the word. Most people would be embarrassed to be owned so hard, so I applaud you in sacrificing your reputation to shine a light on the great thing I’m doing to help this community be healthier.

Also, I can’t say enough how people should look at those who merited this thread and the negativity they push whenever they feel I am doing something positive. This is nothing new. The same folks obsessed with controlling the trust network. ibminer actually left me a negative trust rating for selling a product that had a positive ROI. Pathetic. These individuals need to be cleansed from this site.
202  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge on: October 20, 2024, 05:36:33 PM
The hater thread motivated me. Defamation is the best advertisement, indeed. Let me join.
It's ironic that if there weren't a topic to spread negativity, I wouldn't even notice it. I weigh over 220 pounds and am not particularly fit. Recently, I joined gym to get rid of my belly fat. I asked my trainer to focus on reducing fat in my abs. I'm following his advice and will have a session with him tomorrow. If he recommends adding the pushup then I plan to join you all tomorrow.

Push-ups seem to burn a lot of calories. When I started this challenge I thought I’d put on weight with adding muscle, but I’ve actually lost around 15-20lbs and have started eating as much food as I can handle daily. I feel like my stomach is as flat as it’s been in 20 years. I didn’t expect that, but can attest to the fact that doing 100 push-ups a day for a couple months will change the shape of your entire body even if you’ve always had a little exercise routine. Join us. You won’t regret it.
203  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge on: October 20, 2024, 09:16:18 AM
By the way, you do seem to kind of love to have things made about you.. so you must admit that you have some of your own seemingly enjoyment of drama "issues," so likely there are going to be some of us who might take some of your claims with a wee bit of a large grain of salt..

I just do me and poke fun at those like yourself who continue to comment about my actions as if your opinion matters to me in some way. I don’t ask for people like you to keep mentioning me. In fact, I usually say that you and those like you should worry about yourself in response. I’ve found there’s usually no such luck though.
204  Other / Meta / Re: The stupidest thread on bitcointalk. on: October 20, 2024, 03:40:43 AM
So we have found the root of your problem.  You are for some reason angry at me being paid by a signature advertiser while you are ironically being paid by a signature advertiser to do so...  Look at how many posts I have and how long I've been posting here...

Rather the problem is that your thread is rubbish on par with you saying that Satoshi would do push ups to your request. Your campaign is famous for paying people for rubbish and in your case it is very palpable.

Do you really think I need a thread about doing push-ups to get paid by an advertiser?

Yes, that thread makes it very easy for you to get paid for saying rubbish, to you and others, which would not happen in off topic, which is where it should have moved from the first comment in the thread.

That's sort of what I'm wondering...  It seems the people who care are literally in merit circles themselves, so I guess they're mad that other people are getting merits?

Don't divert the topic, you and others, like mindrust. In the OP I make not a single reference to merit. My argument is based on three points:

1. Doing 100 push ups a day is a load of bull.

2. Thinking that those push ups are going to have any sort of relationship to price is an even bigger load of bull.

3. Conclusion: neither of those two things have to do with anything remotely resembling speculation on the price of bitcoin, so it has to be moved to off topic.

Do you have anything to say about these arguments or are you going to continue talking rubbish? No, you don't need to answer me, I know you're going to keep talking rubbish.

Before satoshi disappeared, he told me that anyone who uses the word rubbish unironically is gay.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that (said in a perfect Seinfeld voice).
205  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge on: October 20, 2024, 03:36:00 AM
Some more push-ups for the cause. Finally cooling down here in the desert. I doubt that will have an impact on my push-ups but we’ll see. As we enter flu season I’ll admit I’m concerned that I’m going to end up fighting a cold and forcing myself to do push-ups, but what doesn’t kill us…

206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: October 19, 2024, 08:29:59 PM
Shams is reporting that Yuki Kawamura has earned himself a contract with the Grizzlies.  I love to see this.  He has been balling out in the preseason so far and leaving us with a ton of highlights.  I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do in the league this year when competition heats up a bit.

“The Memphis Grizzlies are signing Japanese guard Yuki Kawamura to a two-way NBA contract, sources tell ESPN. The 5-foot-8 Kawamura averaged 3.4 points, 4.2 assists and 15.1 minutes in preseason, leading Grizzlies with 21 total assists, and earned a roster spot.”
207  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whales are accumulating bitcoin on: October 19, 2024, 08:26:14 PM
Between mtgox and Germany dumping a ton of Bitcoin on the market, I would say that everyone is accumulating Bitcoin heavily right now.  Without massive buying we could have easily seen the price dip into the 20s, as the selling volume was there.  Blackrock and other entities have been buying heavily at levels I think most people aren't aware of or are in denial of.  The coming Bitcoin boom is really going to shock people.  With Blackrock on board now, you know their profits will be explosive.  They don't get involved if they don't have a plan to make a ridiculous amount of money.  We're going to see that plan play out in the next 12 months.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Block Sistem Proposition on: October 19, 2024, 08:23:06 PM
So it sounds like what you are really saying is that you want longer block times?  That is the result of a higher difficulty target that it sounds like you're trying to explain.  Given that there is already a blocksize limit in place, you're talking about reducing the amount of transactions that Bitcoin can process per second.  I think that would be a horrible thing actually.  A better idea would be to increase the blocksize and reduce the difficulty so that more blocks are found, thus increasing the number of transactions that could be processed.  This would spur economic activity, lower fees, and reduce wait times for confirmations.  The downside (or upside in reality) is that Blockstream wouldn't be able to force their patented layer 2 on us.
209  Other / Meta / Re: The stupidest thread on bitcointalk. on: October 19, 2024, 08:18:34 PM
If they are farming merits there, who cares?

That's sort of what I'm wondering...  It seems the people who care are literally in merit circles themselves, so I guess they're mad that other people are getting merits?  Maybe merits being earned outside of their circle takes away from them feeling like they can control the trust network?  Maybe they're just broke and participate here for signature campaign funds so that's all they can think about and things like improving the health of members of this forum with a fun Bitcoin related challenge is incomprehensible to them?  Who knows why they have their panties in a bunch.  I have signatures turned off so I don't even see them anyway...  I'd recommend others do the same as opposed to being Karens on the internet and if you care about merits you need to get a life.
210  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge on: October 19, 2024, 08:08:38 PM
oG will close this thread unless we drop under 100k and the thread is viable again. Wink

Just to be clear, I have no intention of closing this thread regardless of the price.  Too many people have spent too much time working on posting data and building recording tools to just close it.  When we hit $100K there are indeed decisions to be made and it is possible at that time I will declare victory for myself and move on.  No decision has been made at this time though and unless I want to quit the challenge I envision this thread growing alongside Bitcoin's price.  I'd rather see a subject change to 125 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $125K Challenge and allow us to all grow together while letting this epic thread thrive.  That is just my thoughts at the moment though, but I do feel it would be a shame to let such a popular thread close just so a new one can be reopened by someone else.  Especially now that I know this thread is bothering my trolls.  You'll have to pry me being the OP away from my cold dead hands.
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: October 19, 2024, 07:12:54 PM
The Celtics waiving Lonnie Walker already is a bit of a surprise. I wonder what’s going on there. Just a couple of weeks ago everyone was praising Boston for making such a great pickup and now they’re letting him walk away. Given his skill set, I think something out of the ordinary must be going on with Lonnie Walker.
212  Other / Meta / Re: The stupidest thread on bitcointalk. on: October 19, 2024, 06:36:57 AM
If you were in a decent campaign you shouldn't be paid for that rubbish you say about satoshi but we're used to you getting paid for writing rubbish.

So we have found the root of your problem.  You are for some reason angry at me being paid by a signature advertiser while you are ironically being paid by a signature advertiser to do so...  Look at how many posts I have and how long I've been posting here...  Do you really think I need a thread about doing push-ups to get paid by an advertiser?  I think you should focus your energy on better things than worrying about me getting some free DoorDash deliveries every week courtesy of my posts here.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: October 19, 2024, 06:32:52 AM
Bronny James had himself a game today.  Finally he got to silence some haters.  He put up 17 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals and a block.  He had some decent highlights too.  A pretty slick layup between two defenders (while he had two open guys on the wings) and he also caught an alley oop.  I still don't see him getting a lot of minutes during the year if he even stays on the squad, but it's nice to know he is capable of putting in some good NBA minutes for the Lakers.  Hopefully he keeps getting better as he gets more comfortable out there.
214  Other / Meta / Re: The stupidest thread on bitcointalk. on: October 19, 2024, 05:35:38 AM
Quit being a whiny bitch and go do some push-ups. Maybe a nutsack will sprout between your legs.  Cheesy

The rest of us will continue getting ripped as we speculate about Bitcoin hitting $100K.

I just don't do push-ups like a wimp, you know?

Heavy deadlifts, heavy squats, cardio at various intensities and much more. Besides, I'm not used to getting paid for bollocks like doing push-ups like a wimp is going to have any effect on the price.

That's why your shitty thread is long overdue in off topic and we all know that if someone else was the creator it would have been moved long ago.

How about you deadlift my nuts off your chin and worry about your own threads?

My thread is so on topic you can’t comprehend how relevant it is. If satoshi were here he would be doing push-ups on a twitch livestream moderated by Hal Finney while Dave Kleiman counts off the reps.

Cry about it.
215  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge on: October 19, 2024, 05:27:18 AM

Imagine, there are people who claim that this message isn't real. How can you consider such a message as photoshopped? It's so obvious that Satoshi wrote it. Grin

Joking aside, anyone who is bothered by this thread really needs to get help. If you don't like it, don't read it, but insulting the efforts of so many participants shows that you really have psychological problems.

I don't want to be on the bench so here's my report:
100k,EFS,3,300,2024-10-18

I actually considered putting a disclaimer on that image but I figured nobody could be dumb enough to think satoshi would write that.

I’ve seen people be bothered by less than this thread unfortunately. For whatever reason I seem to have rubbed certain individuals on this forum the wrong way and they will forever attack anything I am a part of.

Updating my progress because I got bills to pay and snowflakes to troll.

216  Economy / Economics / Re: My big economic predictions for next months. on: October 19, 2024, 12:33:05 AM
I have nothing to gain from giving my opinion, but the idea that Blackrock is going to crash or be insolvent seems a bit far fetched looking at things as they currently are.  Blackrock has grown not only their earnings per share over the last 5 years but also is growing their profit margins.  With Bitcoin going up (and you saying it will hit all time highs) this is yet another cash cow to add to their pen as their fees are based on a % of a fund that tracks the Bitcoin exchange rate.  I'm mad I didn't scoop some stock up when it was sub $800 a few months ago, as I saw it just surpassed $1,000 per share and isn't looking back.
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 U.S. Presidential Election Bets! on: October 19, 2024, 12:29:28 AM
I'm glad I got my Trump bets in early and often.  I got nearly double the odds on my early bets as the one I just placed.  Some of my parlays are pending with odds around 4:1 just waiting for that sweet announcement.  I still think it is hilarious how the gambling markets and the polls are saying two completely different things.  I think mainstream media is going to end this election season with another black eye with regular folks realize their "polls" are just pathetic manipulation attempts.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Teenage exposure to gambling on: October 18, 2024, 11:31:54 PM
I think as gambling becomes more widely legalized and adopted it will be more difficult to keep young people from taking advantage somehow. With iPhone apps available and people selling accounts, it is surely a problem. This is why I’m glad people are usually hostile towards account sellers who offer KYC’d accounts for sale here.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: October 18, 2024, 11:12:30 PM
At least that the Clippers knew it too early that he won't be able to play and they're not in jeopardy like in important games that they need to win in the playoffs.  Tongue

There is no discussion yet for a superstar in the making, Dalton Knecht. He's made 35 points and turned the game aganst the Phoenix Suns and got that win. It's lovely to hear it from the commentators: "Knecht, connects!".

You know you’re a bad man when Snoop Dogg gives you a nickname. Congrats to Dalton “Westside” Knecht on his performance yesterday. He brought home a win, secured overtime, put up huge numbers, lots of highlights, and he made Bronny James look terrible. Lakers fans everywhere already falling in love with this kid.
220  Economy / Speculation / Re: Get ready guys! on: October 18, 2024, 10:28:52 PM
But yes, every bull run cycle is different, and we may be surprised this time, for better or for worse. In any case, fasten your seatbelts, turbulence may be coming Wink
IMO, this circle is literally one of the most confusing bitcoin cycles of all time which has left many bitcoiners in dilemma about when could really be the start of the anticipated bull run with some still questioning if we've really entered the bull run that we should be fastening our seatbelts or it's almost over and we don't even know, perhaps due to the precedent bitcoin set by reaching a new ATH before the circle. However, I am harbouring the feeling that the bull run is gonna take many by surprise, especially after many weak hodlers may have dump their hodling's out of a lack of clear vision.

I disagree with you guys wholeheartedly. Bitcoin has followed a 4 year cycle almost exactly and has been the easiest asset to trade I’ve ever encountered. FTX took out the top last time with their fraud, but other than that it has been a simple repeating pattern. This time will be no different without an FTX scenario (cross fingers).
