My account has been hacked. Hacker withdrew all my LTC without confirmation (I don't know why). I received two email about withdraw confirmation and both of them still unread. I also changed my password over two days ago and withdraw still denied (Althought they said that withdraw will be blocked in only twos days).
Hacker address: LMzX7SJ6uxrvqcKL5uFLCFbHs11Bw7kcKy
I already tried to reach them by ticket and skype without any response.
Anybody here know how to contact with them?
Is there any chance to get my LTC back?
I WILL UPDATE HERE AFTER I GET RESPONSE FROM THEM.
If any BTC-e staff read this topic, please help me to resolve ticket [#HUI-609-35612]. Thanks everyone!
did you change your password and then immediately coins were stolen ?

Says "he wants them back". Well that means he's given them up already they might have his laptop showing the coin balance but not the password to spend the coins ? yeah, quite likely, could do with some clarity on this. Its intriguing i believe he has travelled around the world in the years silk rd was running and was applying for a new citizenship in another country when they caught him he could easily have left a cd or usb key in a foreign country with a few encrypted wallet files on it while travelling its not difficult to rent a safe deposit box or even a mailbox in many countries with just cash which maybe where the other 500,000 btc are

in bangkok actually there are plenty ,same with ferraris ,porsches ,bentlys and other extravagant motors from europe for a third world country its amazing how much money the rich have Exactly. There's a luxury car dealership inside of a mall called Siam Paragon. Or at least, there was one when I was there a couple of years ago! there are at least 5-6 luxury car dealerships and importers in bkk that i know off and i dont know every area of the city so theres probably more in total there is one on Rama 9 rd who sells every brand (even maseratti's and bugatti's :O ) a couple on Petchbury rd heading towards Klong Tan there 2 or 3 showrooms on the right side ferrari dealer on the botoom between Sukhumvit 22 and 24 and one behind the central world shopping complex and thats not even counting the mercedes amg and bmw m3 / m5 dealers that are all over the place and at every motor show thais are very into expensive motorcycles as well ,some beautiful superbikes at my carpark that would be worth well over a million thb each which is a lot considering how much average thai people get paid

We first need a store to buy nuclear weapons with bitcoin before North Korea can adopt it
open a website selling weapons grade platunionium that only accepts btc and just wait for them to come

Well "software keyboard" is a default featue in windows 7 so...
never had use for a virtual keyboard b4 so i was unaware of that feature in w7 lol but anyways i would rather use the armoury version since it was designed for btc

+ pirate@40 surely will have his coins confiscated when he gets to court for the BTCST
Alas, it appears that BTCST was a bitcoin-denominated Ponzi. As such, new investment was rolled into 'profits' for older investors. Consequently, little if any XBT is likely to remain. I wish it were otherwise - I'd be ecstatic with even pennies on the dollar. even if it was a ponzi ,many people didnt have time to withdraw anything there shoud still be some surplus of coins if not the 500-700k btc that some people say was "invested" others say there is only 230k btc when it imploded but surely these coins along with the 640k btc from all the silk rd wallets is nearly a million btc if not more if these numbers are anywhere near accurate the us govt maybe in control of over 8% of all the bitcoins mined so far .......from just these two guys

if he waits until 2014 or even 2016 he might be able to buy something much much nicer ! everyones got differnnt ideas ,some folks may think the best strategy is to live in a box and eat dog food for a year or two while holding loads of btc lol
i trade them for goods whenever i can but have never cashed any yet and i have a strong belief in this technology

He has a prejudice
Maybe he has reason, let's not jump to conclusions. It could be for the part of his bitcoins he wants ready access to. . But maybe I will go with TrueCrypt/PGP combo. I don't think I would add winzip on top of that. But I love PGP virtual disks and use them all the time anyway. So put a TrueCrypt container in one of those and I should be ok, as long as I don't get tripped up by some kind of virus/keylogger, which i suppose is always a possibility. use the armoury client and it has an option that puts a virtual keyboard on your screen so theres no possibility of being keylogged clicking the keys with a mouse

I AM PRETTY CONFIDENT OUR GRANDCHILDREN ARE THE NEW WEALTHY ELITE, GENTLEMEN (and bitchick)... NOT US!! DEAD SERIOUS
it will catch on a LOT faster than that ,probably faster than anyone ever imagines at the moment i dont think wel have to have grandchildren to see the btc network + coins reach a high value im thinking 10 years or less for a btc to be very valuable that depends upon one's personal view of what a high value is. i think high would be anything over $10,000 per coin but i got mine 2 yrs ago when they were cheap someone who paid $1200 per coin might wish to hold longer than me for a higher value

One could argue the USA already has a substantial amount of BTC @ the FBI.
+ pirate@40 surely will have his coins confiscated when he gets to court for the BTCST thats a very sustancial number cominbined with the missing silk rd wallets if DPR ever gives them up probably get waterboarded for them. nobody can stand that would not be a bit surprised if they throw him in a really hardcore prison where stuff like beatings or gangrape happens daily until he gives the coins up and gets moved somewhere with a bit more protection ........ if i were him id probably give them the coins but as soon as he does that hes lost his only bargaining chips its a tough decision ..... theyre going to throw the book at him anyway for making them look silly for all the years they were unable to catch him

they could potentially become a force. Instead of building nuclear missiles, they need to get into mining bitcoins. They are already the biggest counterfeiter of US dollars, what more lucrative than btc mining for them? China's right next door, NK can easily buy up Asicminer's 3rd gen miners. The government controls electricity which comes from hydro dams--but they do have problems with generating electricity. However, it's a cold country, near Siberia. Man, someone send a message to Dennis Rodman so he can alert the Dear Leader to this once-in-a-life-time opportunity!!!
peru is supposedly the biggest counterfeiter of fake usd at the moment IIRC

I would like to encrypt my wallet.dat file on my PC and flash drive, etc. What is the best encryption to use for it? I have PGP Desktop Encryption and know about TrueCrypt as well. I guess I could use both of these together or are there other ideas. Thanks.
(And I am not considering a paper wallet, so please don't go off on a tangent about those.)
if you have a strong enough password on the wallet you should be ok https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm"4gR(68Z73.T/yS6oa=nf<fC~4i_jD?1X[7HDyR*vQtv2V#[uZ~7J#|'2eY8@z&6 The question was intended towards which encryption program could be trusted, not who could invent the longest password. truecrypt and winzip and pgp desktop have already been suggested but no harm in making the wallet.dat as difficult to crack as possible imo
