But he is supposedly giving it to two girls what work for him? I guess the accountant was just to get her to do what he wanted and have threatening control over her.
Is that rumor or in the emails? He is not dumb enough to actually post about an affair over company email, I mean REALLY? Well, what we have is his inbox, not his sent messages, and the accountant was pretty upset after their breakup. The emails are in this thread if you go back a few pages. As far as I know, the second affair is just speculation.

It looks like his net worth is his $3,000,000 life insurance policy, but it's term life, so it shouldn't count towards net worth. I'm a little confused. At a glance, the other assets and liabilities seem to cancel out.
So it's possible that, ignoring the life insurance which goes away if it's pure term, he has a negative net worth.
Edit: not including bitcoin holdings, obviously.

Why would there be anything interesting in a mod chat? They're like the supermarks of the community. I can't imagine anything interesting being said in a chat.

I was just thinking how delicious it would be to have rabbit for lunch.
What can I do to get Hashtalkers to send me dead rabbits? I don't have a news site or anything. Do I need to make one?

Congrats on the successful thread hijacking, naturelle.
|
|
|
Great, now I feel like I have to make some kind of monster post with the highlights from the leaked emails just to counter the thread cluttering.
But.... it's too much effort. Congrats, all of the conclusive unequivocal scam evidence is now buried a few pages back.
Still, it's f'ing hilarious, so people should go back and read it.

For what? You're confusing. Anyway, start a suchmoon thread for this. You're cluttering.
|
|
|
I wonder why suchmoon is targeted when Paul Revere has been a much more tenacious critic. suchmoon's pretty low key. Paul Revere is a pitbull.
|
|
|
This isn't a thread about suchmoon. Make a new thread and link it here, plz.

I feel so sorry for all you posters in here posting every 2 seconds, you guys are so caught up in this shit it's fucking funny as hell
It's like we sat down to watch an episode of American Greed, and it ended up being a 13 episode TV series. If I had known what this was from the start, I would have waited and Netflix-binged. I'm almost as caught up in this as I was in the Walking Dead season finale. Almost.

So let me ask you. If we are such scammers, then why after going through our private emails with a microscope you're still having issues providing any proof! If we are such scammers you should have been able to find 100% solid proof of that in 15 minutes! Well, it wasn't 15 minutes, but we found PLENTY of 100% solid proof of scamming. It took a while because Garza was reasonably careful to keep scam planning in meetings and phone calls, and he got a lot of hashtalk threads and support issues in his email, but it's all there. It might be a good idea to compile the evidence in one place, but that would take a while, and, frankly, Josh Garza just isn't that important. Let the feds do it when they're ready.

So they promised an impossible product then weren't able to deliver? Good thing they learned from that debacle and never did anything like it again. #hyperflex

Juliet is pretty nuts for having survived cancer, a husband and several kids. Time left to fuck Homero too.
That's nothing. Garza has a wife and two kids, but he still found the time to fuck thousands of people.

Why not read it this way: Josh *says* that Stuart Fraser borrowed money from him, and Josh asks GAW to pay him $150k, and also says that Stuart Fraser will pay GAW back. Given Josh's tenuous relationship to the truth, why assume that this might not just be a cover story for embezzlement?
Exactly. That was my first thought. Fraser probably doesn't even know about this loan he supposedly received.
|
|
|
Josh writes an email to Juliette Dunlevy and Dan Pease; Hello, Stuart needed to keep money “out of sight” a few weeks ago, so he borrowed it from me.Because of that, he is not in a position to move any money around for a few months. As such, he has asked that the company pay me back, and he will pay back the company in a few months. The amount is 150k. Please characterize it as a loan to him. Thank you for your attention and discretion. And yes, even millionaires borrow money from each other http://pastebin.com/f4nzK2rA And THAT is among the reasons why Josh Garza had to pretend to be in love with Juliette Dunlevy.

One of the emails listed here showed multiple strings of 500-2000 BTC being transfered/shuffled and withdrawn on hashbase or whatever exchange they ran.
It was an internal memo showing those bot trades of XPY to BTC shuffled internally then withdrawn.
So he clearly withdrew far over 10000 BTC during his scheme.
Well, if he was only paying back his $1,000,000 loan, that's a heck of an interest rate.

On a lighter note, there's this: From 1483130017378281292-e28df5b1-ed94-4b93-8248-a505c03a93bb.mbox@xxx Mon Oct 27 03:16:45 2014 From: Alan Harmon <alan@gawminers.com>
I'm trying to chase down Vaultbreakers. Where did we buy them from?
lol. So I guess not all employees were in on it.
