Loan Amount : 0.15
Reason           : Investing
BTC Address  : 1APVMmh7sNGrT8ceipKL2Jcwd2WscYxTa3
Term Length  : 15 May 4th - 8th ish
collateral       : 273 Paycoins

Accepted. I will store Paycoins in an an exchange. You will have to take the risk if they steal your coins. If you agree, I can provide this loan. If there is a XPY paper wallet generator, point me to it. I can generate an address if it is safe enough.

@r3wt: Sorry!

an exchange is fine with me just send me an address also I'm pretty sure I'm using 0.2.0 wallet version so if that exchange has not changed the coins will just be lost.

I don't know about the wallet version used by the exchange.

Send 273[XPY] to PS8RVJjdBNoAwSnyoEnYZbaLyma2VMobUh. I will send BTC when it get 1 confirmation.

I have the right to sell 250[XPY] or above if the value go down to 0.0006BTC or below.
2765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chargeback in Bitcoin, good or bad? on: April 22, 2015, 03:56:05 AM
I don't think we could modify Bitcoin protocol to enable chargeback. However, we can have a centralized authority who have 51%(+) hash rate of total hash power, pay a small fee and let them do the chargeback. You don't want to run that all day. Wait for x orders for x days and do it.

To OP's question: Not bad but worst.

avoiding central authorities was the whole point of bitcoin to begin with.  So yes i agree that would be the worst idea.

chargebacks by definition, rely on central authorities...why are we even discussing this?

Because avoiding central authorities means attracting thousands of scammers and ponzi operators. What are we going to do about them? Has this industry been designed for them, so they can scam people?

Avoid investing in ponzis. You think "chargeback" can help to get Bitcoins you invested? What if the central authority isn't trustworthy? Humans always are unpredictable. If they get a large volume of Bitcoins, they will change. I really hope you understand what you are talking about. They can be small merits for large demerits. Many scammers, probably more than Bitcoin scammers, use PayPal to scam by doing chargebacks.

2768  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: April 22, 2015, 03:31:58 AM
It looks like the bot may have mistakenly paid me when it shouldn't have. If you want me to return the funds then please post an address you want me to send the funds to, otherwise we can just apply it to the amount you will owe me at the end of the month. Either way please sign a message from 16pe2twTgrjKC8mioPjX3f2UbCMGvWbVz4 so I know for sure that it was you/the campaign that actually sent the funds.

Also there is a typo in the message the bot sends when it makes payments. "Enroll" actually has two l's not one.

Hi Quickseller,
You've been paid 0.25520000 BTC  for the last week of your posting. Keep it up! Here is the transaction ID: https://blockchain.info/tx/9d4c380e3a25b15d2649f88a1cd604ec59dff51322467696bc6d45f104504200

Feel free to leave a line of trust if you believe I deserve it and only if you truly trust me.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=147773

Make sure you have the correct signature code for your ranking in order to be paid for the next week. No need to re-enrol if you haven't altered your signature or received negative trust during the past week.

Any questions please post in the campaign thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=877765).

Please do not reply to this automated message.

Have a nice day!
Marco

I don't think it was a mistake unless you agreed to a different terms. This payment is shown if you enter your UID here.
2769  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase.com and Blockchain.info . Comparing the better and safer ? on: April 22, 2015, 03:18:54 AM
In my opinion, Blockchain.info is better simply because Coinbase does not allow anyone without a US-based bank account to deposit or withdraw funds. So Coinbase is effectively useless to me!

Coinbase doesn't need us to connect our bank account if we use it as a wallet. You should realize the difference between wallet and exchange.
2770  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any Legit places to buy BTC with CC on: April 22, 2015, 02:58:49 AM
BTC-e, Cex.io and BIT-X.

You can find a list here:

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card

Just be careful with your card. I know Bittylicious, BIT-X and CEX.IO, and I think these are safe places.

AFAIK this list hasn't been updated for a while now. Please check more about the site before you use it.

2772  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining - Please help a newbie on: April 21, 2015, 02:17:22 PM
I always wanted to mine but never had enough resource. Over month, I have gathered around 0.11BTC from faucets and twitter giveaways, with which I want to buy hash power. The cheapest one I see around is offered by www.cloudmining.website, which is 0.001 BTC/GHs. But, before I invest, I'd like to know what people want to say about their experience about this service. As it seems, at current difficulty, I should reach ROI at 4 month. Please advise...

Update 30/03/2015: In fact, I invested 0.11BTC in this service and have already made ROI. Smiley

It is good that you got your ROI by investing in a legit cloud mining company[/b], whereas there are many out there which are nothing but blatant lies and ponzis that payout only few months and they run away with your money, so beware and do your research well before choosing a legit one.

Have you checked more about cloudmining.website? That is pure ponzi scheme. I don't understand why you use "legit" there. I first thought you don't know ponzis do pay first and then run away but after seing your next lines, I understand that you know it but you haven't checked about cloudmining.website. It is obvious owner(s) don't have enough money to even register a proper domain. Please check before using terms like "legit", "scam" etc...

I was banned for investigating gaw

You maybe was spamming. If you spam and tell you were discussing, it is still a spam not a discussion. Wait for an official answer but I doubt you will get one soon.

I was banned for investigating gaw

Have you ever published someone's private information on this gaw scam?

Now, theymos has to share each BFL topic to the American court. If people sue the gaw then same things may happen and you can be requested into court etc. I think admins are trying to protect users, "yes" by banning them.

AFAIK, what you said is not true. If they want to protect scams, they should have deleted accusations and other relevant posts, not a ban.

I know that its very strict now, but the Wall Observer thread is always a laugh. It would be nice if the mods let this one go.
No thread should get special permissions.

Befehl ist befehl.

When you would really clean up that thread you would end up with 100 pages or less.
As long as there are 1000 and more pages this cleaning up is a joke and feels like censorship.

That exlains a lot. Most forums lock such threads, we are lucky this forum doesn't.
2776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I move my cold storage to multisig? on: April 21, 2015, 01:15:22 PM
Whats a good way to cold storage the coins that isn't via a hardware wallet? Is the method of going to bitaddress.org, downloading the HTML and creating the wallet with the internet turned off a safe way to do this?

The bolded part is good and safe. Use both mouse and keyboard. When Mycelium Entropy is released, you can give it a try.

P.S. @OP: I recommend multisig address.

I think cold storage is more safe than multisig. All you should do is keep your private key away from online.

What do you think if the coold storage will be created with a multi signature address 2of3? This could increase the security and I am 100% sure Wink.

If you create it in an offline computer, it will be better. You should make sure a backup is made and nothing is exposed to a third person other who you trust.

2778  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: 10 Highly Potential Accounts for Sale! Ownership Proved. on: April 21, 2015, 12:43:27 PM
Are there any loans/bans?
Register dates of accounts?
Also can you provide signed message at least 3 months BTC address from an old unedite post?
Post quality of accounts?

Could you please answer above questions?

1) No loans. No perma-bans. We can't know about temporary bans unless an admin tells us.
2) Almost all of them were registered in <=2013-14.
3) Yes.
4) Not high and not low. Medium or near to it.
