Aside from waiting for their response, you could try following up your ticket number in their twitter account and not here because from what I know the staffs are inactive here, it's no use.

Here is an example of a lucky guy who got a response from them (He had a similar problem): https://twitter.com/BittrexExchange/status/934499584260186112.
Try to be the first one to comment on their new tweets.

Yet Poloniex will let unverified users withdraw up to $2,000 worth of crypto per day, and they are also in the US.

The Bittrex claim is BS, they are just trying to lock up funds.

That is if the user made his account a long time ago before polo changed their policies. If you will create a new account now, you will not be able to trade unless you verify your account.

But I seconded that bittrex seems so suspicious with their current actions. I understand that they also changed their policies but the way they handled it is so unprofessional

Potato Chips.  Have downloaded the coinbase token generator through my. Phone but the respond I'm getting is that the token is invalid each time I insert the token code generated. Is there something I'm not doing correctly?

Where did you get your code? Unless you got it from coinbase it won't work. Did you follow all the steps written here (Just the Authy Part): https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1658338-how-do-i-set-up-2-factor-authentication-

To clarify, Did you already got an access to your account? and now you're just trying to set up your 2fa using an app? Because if it's not, there's no way that you can use any app as you haven't activated any based from your previous post.

For now, Only their support can help you. Now that you mentioned it, How did it go? Have you received a reply? Did you tell them that you haven't activated any app for 2fa as welll as the part where sms codes from other services are working fine except from theirs?

make sure your phone has the correct time and correct timezone set.

From what I know, this doesn't apply to authy
3083  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: How to Sign Message my Bitcoin Address (Blockchain Web Wallet) on: December 25, 2017, 08:43:39 PM
Could it be also possible to import seed to wallet apps like mycelium? So there would be no need to download a wallet to PC. And on mycelium signing messages is very easy. But I didn't try it out yet, because I don't use blockchain anymore.

If I'm not wrong, mycelium also uses BIP39 for their seed so you should be able to import it although it requires you to have a fresh start first. Meaning to say, if you are already using it of course with an account/s in it, there will be no option where you will be able to import another wallet through a seed unless you had cleared the data. Remember when you first opened the app, it asked you to create a new wallet or restore from another right? It should revert to that state.

If you insist on signing a message through mycelium, you can use the tool I mentioned in my previous post and import it there.

Since we're talking about importing you can just use electrum as the process will be more easier compared to mycelium although I don't recommend importing just for signing a message since the access to your funds will be available to multiple sides (Based on the number of wallet/s you import to).

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box
3084  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to avoid high bitcoin transaction fees? on: December 25, 2017, 04:12:53 PM
Maybe you can use a wallet that allows you to control which inputs/s to spend. For example you have an outputs of: .03, .001, .01, .01 and you wanted to send .02+fees, you can just manually select .03 if for some reason your wallet made .01,01 and .001 as an inputs which would definitely increase the transaction size.

This is just a case by case basis but it will help most of the time. From what I know bitcoin core and electrum has this feature. Here's a tutorial for electrum: https://bitcoinspakistan.com/blog/coin-control-in-electrum

You can also disable the use of change addresses in electrum although it's a huge down in terms of privacy. Further info here: https://bitzuma.com/posts/who-needs-bitcoin-change-addresses-anyway
3085  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info playing up, no visible input boxes for "from" and "to" on: December 25, 2017, 01:04:47 PM
If you have a specific wallet that you want to import to, Let me know.
I have Exodus and mnemonic for the acc from blockchain.info. How should we proceed from here?

From what I know exodus doesn't let you create multiple accounts so this process will most likely overwrite your current wallet but if you want, you can just create another user account in your pc and install another exodus there like what they mentioned here: http://support.exodus.io/article/54-can-i-create-multiple-accounts-or-users

Exodus also uses BIP39 for their seed so you can just paste your seed in Portfolio --> Restore from backup --> 12 Word recovery phrase.

I tested it and yes it works, the address is present although my past transactions weren't there  Undecided. And I was only able to retrieve my first account.
If you have funds on your second account, I'm afraid you will have to get the private key of a specific address and after that you can import it.
3086  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: How to Sign Message my Bitcoin Address (Blockchain Web Wallet) on: December 24, 2017, 10:27:45 PM
If the particular address is a part of your blockchain.info HD wallet, follow these steps, otherwise ignore it.

(You must have your Recovery phrase/Seed before proceeding)

First, You must get it's private key

Download this and run it offline: https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39. Paste your seed there and you will see your address/es and its corresponding private keys at the "Derived Addresses" section. To toggle between accounts, Change the number on the "account" field where 0 is your default account, it means your 2nd account will be "1" and the 3rd will be "2" and so on.. (Use Ctrl+F to easily find the address you want)

Lastly, Download this and run it offline: https://github.com/OrdinaryDude/offline-bitcoin-signer. Paste the private key, enter your message and hit "Sign"

P.S. I tested this and verified the signature through coinig
3087  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blcokchain.info playing up, no visible input boxes for "from" and "to" on: December 24, 2017, 02:01:48 PM
Try the following:
  • Clear your cookies and cache
  • Change browser
  • Log in through a different device

If the problem still persists, It can be a problem on their side and only blockchain.info can solve it so you should contact their support at the following links:

They are currently under heavy load of inquiries so you should expect a longer waiting time. On the other hand if its urgent and you have to access your funds asap, you can import it in another wallet. Electrum is the best choice for that IMO

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

*Please note that when importing, your funds will be accessible on both wallets which is why it's highly advisable to transfer them in a new wallet (with different seed/PK's) once the network has stabilized to avoid high fees.

If you have a specific wallet that you want to import to, Let me know.

3089  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitpay / wallet question - transaction too low to spend on: December 23, 2017, 11:13:36 PM
i ended up buying a trezor wallet, so i'll be transferring btc to that probably and just saving.  i think i'm in it for the gamble :]
going to mine what i can, and hopefully it pays off within a couple years. if not, i won't ever get in over my head. ( already paid for the gpu's i have ).

You're mining bitcoins with gpu's? Have you tried getting an ASIC? as they are more profitable than gpu's because from what I know they are created specifically for bitcoin.
You can know more about it here: https://www.bitmain.com. In case you haven't noticed, we also have boards dedicated for mining: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=14.0

i still find the co-pay idea a bit confusing, but get the basics of it.
essentially lots of change is harder to deal with than getting paid in a $100's.
not much i can do about it though, my payouts will probably be around .003 on average.
so however those payment sizes add to the cost is what i must do.
some pools i have seen let you set a custom payout amount, so i may look into that eventually too.

Well if a lots of inputs is inevitable, your best bet is to send them when the mempool is stablized or pretty much empty and when it's like that, you can even set your fee a little lower than the recommended fee if it's not urgent.

You can use the following guides to calculate fee's

3090  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain.info wallet transfer error on: December 23, 2017, 09:17:15 PM
Hello big tnx fot this help but i found some people telling cos blockchain.info vallet not working with that trick.. any one tried this

My previous reply was about this error: "BitcoindException(super=com.neemre.btcdcli4j.core.BitcoindException:Error #-25: Missing inputs, code=-25)"
It's not a solution of that but its another way to access your funds if you can't send etc. And of course I've already tried importing my blockchain.info wallet in electrum, It works fine

Now regarding about the double spent,

Quote from: MrAmethystium
One of them is confirmed and the other Pending 0/3 Confirmations.

To clarify, A true double spent doesn't really happen as only one of them will be able to get confirmed. Suppose you have a few transactions that spends the same inputs, if one of them confirms the rest will be invalid and will never be confirmed.

Try to paste your address in other block explorer's and see if the double spent tag is still there. Blockchain.info is buggy as hell in these past few days, I'm sure it will be fixed after some time and the double spent tag will vanish in their explorer.

3091  Economy / Exchanges / Re: waited Poloniex support a long time on: December 23, 2017, 07:44:50 PM
my account is basic, I try to verify my account from November but failed because some reason example: browser always get error: opp! dont find out webcam..., try with my laptop but laptop cam is bad so faied, now my account reach maximum failed verify. I also sent poloniex support ticket about verify account since 22 November and nothing response from them

How bad is it? I think with a proper lightning, it should be fine although it's always better to buy a decent cam.

Anyways, Just keep in contact with their support. If they really asked you to verify your account. Make sure to follow all the tips that poloniex made in this article: https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000244879-my-profile-never-gets-verified.

P.S. Consider yourself lucky if you've got a response from them after a month  Grin
3092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin transaction confirmed still have not received funds on: December 23, 2017, 06:31:19 PM
Hi,

Two days ago i sent  some bitcoin from my cryptopia account to gdax. It says both were confirmed with 99 and 105 confirmations each. Still have not received it in my gdax account. Any ideas on why? thanks

Unless you have entered a wrong address, This problem most likely lies on their side and as usual you should contact their support as they're the only ones who can solve your problem. Below are the links you can use:

3093  Economy / Exchanges / Re: waited Poloniex support a long time on: December 23, 2017, 05:28:27 PM
hello,
my account just be frozen without reason on 7 Dec, I have create a ticket but now don't have any response from support. I know they support very long but if any person even create support ticket can tell me how many days I need for waiting their reply?

From what I remember, It can take months or worse there's also a possibility of getting ignored. That's why it's a must for your support ticket to be concise (detailed and doesn't have any unnecessary parts) and followed by proofs e.g. screenshots.

When it comes to frozen accounts, most probably they will just ask you to verify your account. What account tier are you in?
3094  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Lost BTC through Bittrex -> Coinbase transfer on: December 23, 2017, 03:41:01 PM
Do the following and check your address history again.
  • Login through PC
  • Update your app

If the particular address is still not there, I can only think of two reasons:

1. A glitch on their side (I tested their app, Its buggy as hell)
2. Malware on your side (There is a virus called copy paste although I'm not sure if it's also applicable in phones)

Either way, Only the coinbase team can clear this up and since you've already submitted a support ticked, you can only wait now.
Lastly, Under what category did you placed it to?, because according to coinbase only the following will be prioritized: and others will obviously have a delayed response.

Our team is prioritizing only trust and safety, account lockout, and delayed payment issues. Specifically:

Account compromises
Account lockouts (password resets, 2-factor authentication, device verification, lost access to email address)
Delayed payments or orders

We are unable to prioritize other issue types at this time.

But I think your problem can also fit into "Account Compromises" category although just a potential type since nothing is concrete yet.
3095  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain.info wallet transfer error on: December 23, 2017, 01:24:26 PM
There were a few users who have posted threads with a similar problem such as yours although what the above users says is true, This is a blockchain.info's problem so obviously they're the only ones who can solve this. And yes opening a support ticket is a must and make it as detailed as possible as well as include proofs e.g. screeshots

This is not a solution but it's another way to access your funds so if it's urgent you can use this. But you must have your recovery phrase.

On the other hand, if you want to access your funds asap. You can import it in electrum

If you have a specific wallet where you prefer to import your funds, let me know.
3096  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain wallet log in issues on: December 23, 2017, 01:10:16 PM
--Snip--

If the above method doesn't work, It's highly possible that this is a problem on their side. Blockchain.info is a buggy wallet and you will see it from time to time particularly in these times where they are receiving high loads of traffic and it's holiday season so they might have reduced their staffs ??

My advice is to get in contact with their support and please make every reply in detailed like what methods have you already tried etc. If possible also include some proofs.

You can also follow up your problem in their social media's below:

3097  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone dealt with Bitcoinearnmoney.com? on: December 22, 2017, 09:18:01 PM
How did you know that it was a real person's info?

And to be honest it doesn't give any assurances even if they were really affiliated with the stated company although I check their reviews both in facebook and google, It was 50-50 I guess.

Anyways, This Bitcoinearnmoney[dot]com doesn't have any reviews and as expected they are only offering irreversible payment methods. If I'm really desperate, I would have bite it if they had a single reversible payment method since that technically guarantees that your money is safe although not 100%

Furthermore, It's really fishy that their domain name is called bitcoinearnmoney even though the title page on the site is "The Miner Store". Its seems like they changed their mind and decided to just scam people by selling mining hardwares since its really popular right now.

Verdict: Stay away.

Have an issue with verification as i no longer have my old phone that uses the 2FA.  I have a phone number that i received an sms message though but it showed verification error.
You received a code from your phone even though you already activated a 2fa app? As far as I know, it's impossible.

If you are using an Authenticator app or Authy for your 2FA codes, you will not receive SMS to your phone. Please use the code from the app to log in.

If you have kept your 2fa recovery codes, you can just import in a 2fa app.

Quote from: jerry0
If so, does anyone have coinbase email?

When you submitted the "Submit a Request form", It's just the same as sending an email to them. There's a reason on why they have put the form instead of their email address in the support page.

Quote from:  jerry0
It might be due to me not sending an email directly from the email i have on file with coinbase?

What do you mean by this? From my understanding, Did you put an email which is not associated with your Coinbase account at the "Submit a Request" Form?
If so, Kindly fill out the form again with a correct email address. And also state why you had to submit two entries because I just read that they are not fond of multiple entries as this can increase their work load

Please submit only one ticket for your issue. Creating multiple submissions for the same issue will result in an additional delay.

Figured I should add that coinbase is facing a lot of problems these past few days and they're still at it until now so expect a delayed response

Maybe your transaction fee is too low that is why your transaction is unconfirm do you have any TXID so that we can check if its really the problem..
This is not a yobit problem honestly its because of the fee increase these days.. there are lots of people are having this issue stuck or pending transactions..

Well they could have prevented it in the first place. Other exchanges has been changing their withdrawal fee when situations such as network congestion occurs.
Did they ever give warning to their users that withdrawals are not encouraged because of the high fees due to network congestion?? If not then they should have.

Anyways, Is this the solution that they come up with?  Grin Well that's cute

Viabtc = Seems to not be working anymore
Confirmtx = SCAM
pushtx.btc = Charges every transaction with $75+ (depends on the TX)
3100  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitpay / wallet question - transaction too low to spend on: December 22, 2017, 06:19:53 PM
i have a couple transactions that were sent to my bitpay wallet from mining altcoins on zpool.
zpool sent me .003 btc, but in my bitpay wallet it shows this transaction is too low to spend.
i know the fee's are quite high right now.  if all that dies down again in a week or month, will it be cheap to send again?

Bitpay provided an explanation about that. Quoting it for you:

What does the BitPay wallet's warning "amount too low to spend" mean?

This warning means that the incoming transaction is smaller than current recommended bitcoin network fee. If you try to redeem this bitcoin amount in the future, the fee required by the Bitcoin network may be higher than the amount itself.

And yes the high miner fees today are caused by the network congestion (270K+ unconfirmed transactions as of now) which is why if it's not urgent it's not advisable to send bitcoin especially if its a low amount. When the network has stabilized, fees will be reduced.

am i making a high co-pay (lots of transactions that will ultimately result in a high fee) by getting paid
in roughly .003 payments from mining pools?

Aside from the current network condition, Miner fees also depends on your transaction's size like how many inputs and outputs does it have.
Essentially if you are accepting lots of dust payments, you will have many inputs. In your case, I believe that .003BTC is not a dust amount although it will always be better to receive larger amounts.

You might wanna read this: https://news.bitcoin.com/how-to-calculate-bitcoin-transaction-fees-when-youre-in-a-hurry

if i save this amount up in my offline wallet, is that the best idea?
just mine and save? then hope it keeps going up, and sell / re-invest in a year or so?

Offline wallet? You mean cold storage? What kind of cold storage is it?. Well cold storage are the best although some kinds are hard to use imo like paper wallets.
If you know you will be using a portion of your funds frequently, Hardware wallets like ledger or trezor are a good choice although they're not free.

Essentially, Desktop wallets are also safe as long as you keep your pc clean, store your seed in a safe place, encrypt your wallet with a strong password.
