Here's a thread listing the status of most (or all??) btc debit cards:Bitcoin Debit Cards (updated July 12th, 2018)

As you can see paycent is tagged as "worldwide". I haven't used it so I can't vouch for it so do your homework and check its background. I would be happy to read your review
2383  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the top BTC mixers after Bitmixer? on: July 14, 2018, 09:50:31 PM
Personally, I tried helix-grams(.)com < SCAM
I do not know if this service is good, but I liked it. Very easy use and quick withdraw.
This is a SCAM!

Don't use this fake mixer. Helix has closed their doors months ago.

This fake website starts to be spammed in the forum. I commented on one post some days ago the guy was posting about the same comment. As far as I remember Helix closed 8 months ago about. Look like someone is trying to get the trust and use it to scam newbies by showing them a fake links in the search  engines

I too encountered a newbie named "odivanous" promoting this scam site  Shocked. And there was also another user compaining about the huge number of phishing links of helix.
Be careful @everyone. They must be hyping their site a lot, wouldn't be surprised If I'll see them in other platforms.
2384  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Exchange Listing Fees on: July 14, 2018, 07:55:10 PM
Even on a mid-tier exchange like HitBTC, they charged 500+ ETH, and that didn't go through: https://medium.com/karmared/hitbtc-is-having-karma-issues-c85eb23da4fe

Lol serves them right! By the way I found this on reddit. This is what they charged back in decemeber 2017, when bitcoin is priced at 15K-17 US Dollars:
https://imgur.com/a/Qd9WQV0. Even the blog and twitter post aren't free

Cryptopia meanwhile charges 5000000 DOT - currently $0.013297 USD = $66K+ (in total)

2385  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: How to recover Blockchain wallet when all is lost. on: July 13, 2018, 11:48:49 PM
Scammers nowadays do try their best to take advantage with newbie users but still a nice try.

By the way as i had read above that blockchain.info or .com do said some words about retrieval then why not deal with it? since you are already willing to give out to community members some rewards for some help but i do see only admin can sort it out because losing out those paraphrase would be hard to retrieval or access of such wallet yet password wont really be enough.

According from op, the blockchain.com team postponed it over and over again saying they were busy. Half of those who offered help can't be trusted anyway. They flocked like crazy after op said "I think this 20% reward will belong to someone in the forum helping out. Because the value of 20% in my wallet is 2BTC." lol

But it's been a year already. This problem must have been long over, either op gave up or solved it.
2386  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Morph - Multi Coin Wallet (BTC, ETH, XRP, NEO, LTC, XLM, LTC + MORE) on: July 13, 2018, 11:30:52 PM
Uhhh what about if a user forgots his password and didn't backed up his private keys? Do you have a "forgot password" option? If so, how do you make sure that it is the real owner who does that? 2fa? email?

I would also like it if we can freely use as many address as we want. That said, do we have to back up the private key of every address we use?

EDIT: Chipmixer sigs everywhere lol
2387  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I represent an ICO project - can I be allowed faster to write an ANN on: July 13, 2018, 10:39:29 PM
Yes and that's actually the "norm". Most ICO projects put up their ANN thread and start whatever promotion before their CO starts so that when the d-day comes there are already people who are aware of their project.

And yea there are some restrictions imposted on newbies so u better get a copper membership.
2388  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: All Porn Sites For BTC on: July 13, 2018, 09:35:01 PM
Quote from: realsteve
Are you serious? Who pays for porn?

Reasons why:

  • You're a man like OP
  • You don't want to see ads
  • You don't know how to get it for FREE

Cryptocurrencies -- particularly bitcoin is really booming in adult services huh. I mean there's porn site, online shop of adult toys (I've seen ANN thread here) and ICO's (apparently) as well.

well, I knew that many models receive little money and that the manager are the guys who get rich at the expense of these porn actresses and many porn actresses commit suicide. I do not know if this story is true or not, but I think that governments should impose tougher regulations on this sector of pornography

In this business, millions of dollars and all this money with new payments.

a lot of money comes in, but the money does not go to the actresses and actors according to what I heard on the internet

That could be true but those who have been in the industry for a long time most likely are getting decent pays ($$$) unless they're nuts to love their job so getting such small fee is not a big deal
2389  Other / Off-topic / Re: Basics for starting to be a campaign manager on: July 13, 2018, 08:12:21 PM
There's a growing number of campaign managers here making it a tough competition especially for those without any past experience. That being said, how will you make them trust you? The answer is simple, they just have to look in your overall contribution in this forum - yea you need to be a person of high regard/reputable. There are a lot of ways to contribute but since you're trying to be a campaign manager, it would be best to involve yourself with something related to it such as alt/spammmer/scam busting or anything that helps you test your "judgement" on things.

If you don't have any idea what does a camp manager do, the simpliest way is just to join one.
2390  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ESCROWBY NEW BTC P2P TRADE SITE, NOW 1 OF 1 TRADES OK on: July 12, 2018, 09:04:06 PM
Weli I been refer to this site by somebody I thought I knew.
After been fully verified 100% I sent .39 Btc now I can not open a trade not even withdrawal my coins.
They said I need to send more to get my wallet activated than my wallet is not activated until I sent a total of .75
Thats crazy first they verified you and then block they coins not even I can get it back unless I send more.
Support was very fluent until I ask to unlock my wallet so I can get my coins back now they are not answering.
Also the person that refers me is not helping me in the full extension.
I will update here as soon they unlock the wallet and let me get back my coins.
Please any advise will be very helpful I am very worried that is very possible that I am been Scam :-(

   Thanks in advanced
   Cesar Soriano

There's no doubt about it. This site is a scam. There is no legit service who would ask their users to pay first in order to activate their wallet particularly if it's a huge amount. The fact that they're asking for more just means they are trying to rob you as many as they can so stop sending any money.

How did you get verified? Did you sent some of your documents? If so, you should report it as "stolen", chances are they will use it for themselves.
Also, I suspect the one who recommended it to you is somehow involved with them. Where did you meet this person?
2391  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can you give me a listing of clearnet Bitcoin Marketplaces on: July 12, 2018, 07:38:12 PM
You could also sell here. This forum gets a lot of traffic, If I were a merchant, I would absolutely try my luck here.

For digital items, just go to Marketplace -> Goods -> Digital Goods
Here's a list of escrow agents here: ⛓LIST⛓ BitcoinTalk's Escrow Providers: Ranking & Blacklist ☠ Avoid Scammers ☠.
2392  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the Virtual Credit Card Service available funding Bitcoins and spend ? on: July 11, 2018, 08:35:53 PM
Uhhh I'm not sure if you meant how to buy bitcoin through credit cards or you're just looking for a bitcoin debit card since you said "virtual" so I'll just list them both.

This should help you if you wanna buy bitcoin through card: How to Buy Bitcoin with Credit Card or Debit Card Online.

Working debit cards varies per country so here's a list again https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DRbTeMCzb4UeXI0YlAzBxMc2u2i0cN_17Ql6eMngK6E/edit#gid=0 (you can just look it up if they're offering virtual cards)
2393  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why is Bitconnect - Deposit Bitcoin service disable on: July 11, 2018, 08:27:15 PM
There's a class action lawsuit going on about them. If any victim wants to participate, Go here: BITCONNECT CLASS ACTION.
They recently added youtube as one of the defendants. I suppose it would garner more public attention since this is youtube we're talking about. I'm kinda looking forward to what will happen next.

Actually bitconnect was a blatant scam. Imo even people who literally lacks knowledge about cryptocurrencies would have known it as long as they would act based on sensible reasons.
2394  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinpayments.net support ticket system impossible to get through on: July 11, 2018, 05:31:35 PM
Hmmm that's weird. Can we see the TXID? Before that, are you sure you followed all those ticket rules?

-This code must be entered where it asks when you create your ticket or it will be closed automatically.
-Your question must also match the category selected or it will be closed without response.
-Any question that involves an address, transaction, payment, etc. must have the information in text format, not just pictures. (This includes address, transaction IDs (aka TXID or transaction hash), CoinPayments payment/withdrawal/transfer IDs, etc.) We cannot use images to search our system.
-Any question that involves a conversion must include the conversion ID.
-Questions must be posted in English only at this time. Feel free to use a translator such as Google Translate if you don't know English.
-If your question is about a payment and you are the buyer make sure to use the same email you entered during checkout for the ticket.
Otherwise if you are a CoinPayments user make sure to use the same email as your account.

If yes then try your luck in

2395  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hypothetically, what happens when bitcoin miners stop mining. on: July 10, 2018, 11:21:24 PM
Since there is no one mining, there will be no one to confirm transactions. Hence, no one will be able to receive and send bitcoins

But what are the odds of it happening? I believe that was already answered by a user above.
2396  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that people will invest in BTC in future immensely on: July 10, 2018, 11:03:21 PM
I Believe, if we can spread value of BTC, surely people will invest future  more than today, no one believe anything without reason, therefore we must explain for people who are willing to invest about BTC, If some one brought a bitcoin in 2010, how much money they can earn within few years, that is the message we should give for society.
Investment is not a good term especially when introducing bitcoin for those newbies in the word of cryptocurrency. Of course "they will expect on it" and much worst thinking, they will not wait for that "future" as they want to see some good returns right away.

Look at those 2017 peeps who just put money on bitcoin without understanding the risks. They think they can grab lots of returns back them because they saw others experienced that. They are now finally broke because they forced to dump at much lower prices. They didn't realized back then that bitcoin price is volatile so they only used to see an uptrend.

Let those people who are not familiar in bitcoin know it by their own without giving them just a positive thoughts. It's way more better than to setup their minds that bitcoin will only goes up.

Lol damn right. Aside from the fact that you look like a pyramid scheme recruiter, do remember they might blame you for it and worst it could damage your relationship. Every actions weighs responsibility, people shouldn't blabber whatever they feel like is convenient to them.

And This could actually damage bitcoin's reputation because obviously they will get the wrong idea and spread it as a get-rich-quick method. Additionally, you are developing weak hands, once we're in a downtrend they'll surely disappear. 1 strong hand > 10 weak hands (in the long run)
2397  Economy / Speculation / Re: Uptrend again? Bitcoin will reach 10k$ soon? on: July 10, 2018, 09:49:08 PM
From what I'm seeing it's just the usual pump and dump. And I don't think we will be entering an uptrend anytime soon, at the very least it won't be coming out of nowhere for There should be an awfully good announcement that will trigger it.
2398  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How soon will automakers start accepting crypto for there payments on: July 10, 2018, 09:01:33 PM
No one knows how soon, also It depends entirely on the merchant and such decision from them are often influenced by various factors which I believe one of them is "news" so what will happen next is a crucial part. With the recent bans, regulation, hacks and dumps, It's no wonder they may feel circumspect about bitcoin but there's no denying that such happenings just lead to more publicity which is a good thing imo, it could always trigger curious people joining in.

Anything can happen really, but there is no accurate time frame for that so if you're planning to transact with these auto dealers, it would be better to just convert your btc's into fiat and use it for payment.
2399  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoinchain.com is it a dead website? on: July 10, 2018, 06:21:48 PM
Hi all,

Unfortunately, yes.
The project was abandoned for reasons beyond our control.
Now it's alive again and we are planning to maintain and develop it actively and issue release notes on a timely basis.

Stay in touch!

It would be better to publish a proper announcement for this e.g. create an article, post in any of your SNS (if you have one) so that if people search if your site is dead or not, something will show up in google and also for the purpose that you need to market it again.
2400  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: We must create a petition in change.org to (Hashflare Company) on: July 10, 2018, 05:25:00 PM
There's already a few number of petitions about this in change.org and you would need huge amount of signs from people if you want to be noticed. Hence there's no need to create another one, just sign what's already there to contribute to the numbers.

While there's nothing wrong with this idea, I do not recommend it at least if you're solely relying on it. I mean it could take years (or more than that) gathering signs especially if the topic is not very popular with most people. If you have money to spend in consulting lawyers, that would great.

Next time, realize there's something wrong "before" not "after"
