Well, it's not that easy... first you need to acquire positive trust, only then will giving negative trust to someone have any real effect (though your trust feedback will still be visible if someone bothers to check it on the affected profile).

Not exactly, having positive trust doesn't mean that your negative trusts will be red to everyone (only to yourself). For you to actually make someone red you'd have to be on the DefaultTrust list and that comes by people manually adding you to their list rather than giving you positive trust.

Ah, that makes more sense. Thanks for clearing that up.

For anyone else who hadn't noticed it (like me), you can go to your "profile", "trust" and then "trust settings" to add/remove someone from your "trust list", and to know which members to avoid pissing off. Cheesy

There seem to be a lot of people on both campaigns that have negative trust.  I'm sure some of it is real negative trust, but for others they may have just gotten spammed negative trust by a disgruntled user here.   That is the bummer about the trust system not being moderated (someone can just bomb your profile with negative trust)

Well, it's not that easy... first you need to acquire positive trust, only then will giving negative trust to someone have any real effect (though your trust feedback will still be visible if someone bothers to check it on the affected profile).

EDIT: then again, looking at his trust details, I seem to be missing something as there is negative trust feedback left on his profile from people with positive trust that are under "Untrusted feedback".

All of this has been known to Stunna for centuries months. The question of loyalty bonuses rises from time to time, but there is none yet though... Cool

Yes, Stunna had already posted something to that effect some time ago, but I suppose that due to the recent signature limitations, the priority has shifted to having Senior and Hero members join the campaign, rather than a question of loyalty of the participants.

If you have been posting regularly for Stunna for months you are probably a Sr M or a Hero Member so you get the highest rates

You benefited from being loyal because you don't post without being paid while you change campaigns and you have received your payment every month

Or, you know, you can just join one day without ever having participated in the campaign or visited the site, and immediately get paid the highest rate, far above someone who is a Full member and has in fact been promoting for months...  Tongue

Im thinking about joining, trying to decide cause ritz pay a bitmore.  which one you guys think I should pick?

I guess it depends on the amount of posts per month you usually do; Gaw Miners pays Senior Members a flat rate of 0.08 btc a month for 50 posts, which is about double what PD and Ritz pay. Of course, if you do more than about 100 posts a month, then these other campaigns pay out more.
Gaw miners is definitely the best for low volume posters. I wonder how long they'll run though, 50 posts per month for 0.08, that's not a lot of advertising for a high price.

Perhaps, but provided they let you know of their intentions beforehand and pay out any outstanding posts, that's not really a problem. And you can always join PD or Ritz later anyway if you want.

i have one question to op is any one win this  Wink

Not as of yesterday at least:

AS OF POST #985 STILL NO ONE IS ABLE TO GUESS THE CORRECT NUMBER.

Which is kind of surprising no one has taken the time to build a bot and collect all the numbers posted so far, in order to win the btc.

Why is grass green?

How is that question related in any way, shape or form to the previous question?

Heh, made it to 420 activity for 420 Smiley . Happy Easter everyone by the way.

I went through around 40 today, will tackle the rest tomorrow.

Considering the amount of people working on this sig campaign and the high number of posts made, wouldn't it be easier for you to automate the system somewhat? Not necessarily all the way to automatic payments, but for example a program that, for each user, checked any change in signature, verified the length of each post and flagged the shorter ones for manual review, and so on to include any other feature you'd consider important. Of course that can still be abused, but I guess it could probably ease the task a bit.

This thread kind of reminded me of the movie "Waking Life" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0243017/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1). It touches on some of the questions put forth here, but it's still a pretty interesting movie in its own right, if you have time to check it out.

So you believe quantum mechanics or general reletavity and not god? isn't it the same

Isn't science's capacity to provide us with the ability to predict how the world around us works fundamentally different to believing in an invisible man in the sky that offers no answers we can use about the world?
3193  Economy / Services / Re: ATTENTION All Coinbet Signature Users on: April 17, 2014, 03:25:18 AM
Hmm, hadn't seen this thread before... guess I wasn't the only one to not get paid in full. Still, it's interesting to see how CoinBet considers those who are working for them and asking for clarifications to be pests. It says a lot about the type of people you're dealing with.

One more update to the story... if you live in Texas, you will be paying for the kid's rehabilitation, which will come to about $21000 a month.

Sounds bad, but you have three options:

  • Pay for rehabilitation measures - $21,000/mo for a few months
  • Pay for his prison sentences for multiple (statistically likely with no rehabilitation) future offences - significantly more.
  • Abolish prison and euthanise all criminals - countless millions fighting a rebellion in a long and bloody civil war.

Rehabilitation measures have always been about reducing spending, not increasing it.

You're right, but I don't believe anyone here is arguing against rehabilitation. It's more of an emotional reaction, if you will: he killed 4 people (amongst other offenses), got no jail time because he is too rich to know the consequences of his actions (paraphrasing his defense in court), and now you'll be footing the bill for his rehabilitation if you live in Texas.

And yes, you would still be paying even if he was sent to jail and I'm not sure jail time would have been a better outcome; but as others have pointed out, what's most striking is the double standard. A man points a laser at a police helicopter? 14 years in jail. A black kid gets into a fight and accidentally kills the other? 10 years in jail. You kill 4 people, but you're rich? A slap in the wrist.

?
Nice serious business you're running here, jumping on people posting in your thread rather than answering the question. I was interested to be aware of when first payment is set, in case I would join BEFORE the first period ended. You're welcome to find any spam posts made by me, feel free to check through all my posts.

EvilPanda had already answered your question:

First payout is gonna be the 25th of April, correct?
Yes, Sir!

And he said nothing of the quality of your posts, only that you post a lot.  Tongue

And the op hasn't even been online for over 10 days... but people still try. Roll Eyes

i get some kind of an error on paidbitcoin.com (

)

Yes, the site seems to be down. In the meantime you can try https://www.odesk.com/, http://www.freelancer.com/, or as Counter suggested, the Services section on this forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 (where you posted this topic) to see if any worthwhile offers show up.

What is your other language?

As he said, his other language is Slovene.

I don't know any of those, i am ready to work even for 4$/hour normal tasks, easy tasks cheaper

Have you tried sites like freelancer, odesk and the like? The pay is usually not very good, but you can find a variety of jobs there. Also, I think there are similar sites to those that pay only/mostly in btc if you prefer... maybe someone else knows the name of one.

EDIT: I think https://paidbitcoin.com/ is one of those, but the site seems to be down at the moment.

But list time its change on 1 April now all hoping its going to change again on 15 but I think its going on 16 April lets see what happen

Well, if it changes every 14 days, then the next change should be on the 15th. And it makes sense the last change was day 1, since March has 31 days (18 + 14 = 32, so day 1).
