Anyone here with connections to MS and their warez dept? Have something that might be interest to them courtesy of Homero the Blunderer.
Oh, the Office stuff? It's so minor I doubt MS cares. You can try, though.

Anyone who has raised children knows about the "why?" stage right after they start to talk and get in a mode of saying "Why?" to everything you say, not understanding what you said in the first place and not being able to comprehend in the slightest your answers. No matter what you say they respond with "Why?". All they want to do is engage your attention. ikeboy's trolling/thread derailment/ fact obfuscation technique is real similar to this and every bit as intelligent.
The difference being that I love playing that game with my three year old.

If my interpretations of other posts are wrong (which is possible), I'd like for them to clarify. I often include a question about what was meant, but rarely get a response other than a personal attack. The problem is that people have clarified. Over and over again. Eventually, they just get tired of saying the same thing in different ways. I think every question you pose has already been answered. Just reread the replies to your prior posts.

that's 0 proof. It's equivalent to him saying he paid 8M for Zen, Eric told us that is not true. A press release is not proof of anything
One of those sources quoted the other end of the sale, revising the $1.1 million number GAW provided to $1.0 million provided by Domain Guardians. I think it's pretty solid.

5xing my money didn't seem very legit.
Those kinds of instincts have saved many a man from ruin.

One could definitely put linkage to the idea that the Primes were created to embezzle coinage. Especially with your fine detective work.
Yeah, that's the short version. People who have prime controllers basically get to extract all of the value without directly embezzling. Also, these people got high salaries. I'd bet lots of cash that the first bill paid was always Garza's paycheck.

Customers' original purchase price is a minefield.
So if you bought a Prime from the market for $70, will they give you a $70 voucher (the customer's original price) or a voucher for the original purchase price?
If it's the original purchase price, how do you know if you have a $15 prime or a $50 prime? There's no difference on the market.

If it is all rolled into one CAL GAW can hire a crack legal team to fight it and most likely win
With what money? GAW is broke. Garza pulled his hefty salary for as long as he could, and now there's nothing left. They have to sell all of their XPY just to make payroll and pay for basic internet services. Suing GAWminers won't do much. You have to sue the people who have profited from the scam. For that, you have to know who has Prime Controllers, or at least the ones that stake at that insane rate.

Identity speaks to validity, so it's important to know if it's her in the pictures.
However, physical attributes and sexual proclivities have nothing to do with people being bilked out of (probably) millions of dollars and having their lives destroyed. It's just crass.

Shut up and show us your tits!
And by "tits" he means "any archives you saved that haven't already been posted".

For lulz, I was going to buy an unlimited hashstaker.
Those things are going for over $12! F that. I thought it would be, like, a buck. I buy useless crap from the dollar tree all the time.
But $12. For an unlimited hashstaker that will net you like $2-$3 a year at current prices (not even considering the hyperinflation).
Geez. These people.

We are in the process of hiring a litigation firm to bring legal action against you for attempting to blackmail our company out of money and violating your NDA.
Are you serious? Is there anyone Homero hasn't threatened with a lawyer?! How much has he wasted in legal fees one has to wonder.
Probably very little. "process of hiring" means "I was, you know, thinkin' about it." He threatens to hire lawyers. Scary stuff.

Any news on the buyback hashtards? Are we not 5 weeks overdue?
To be fair, he gave himself a LOT of time on that, and payouts weren't scheduled until April 1st.
|
|

Also note that he values a prime controller at $150,000.

You're about 800 pages late on that one.
Even so, that is such a damning statement of intent from Garza. I hope the SEC has a copy of that quote. I agree. That's not a slam dunk, because he's kind of speculating about KnCMiner's operation, but he follows that same model with GAW. I'm not a lawyer, but that could be much larger than just the fraud of the $20 floor or the phantom business partnerships. It's basically saying the entire hashlet business was a giant bait-and-switch.

Hashtalk was down for 24+ hours, Josh finally shows up and all he has to say is "^^^^" Maybe you should check his twitter.
|
|
|
Just 8 hours ago he posted on Hashtalk with his "Follow me on Twitter - @gawceo" sig.
Now, there is no @gawceo on twitter.
