401  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: December 12, 2016, 10:12:53 PM
my order was due to arrive today 40 minutes ago.  but fedex site has it in Hong Kong    as of 9 hours ago.

So it will most likely arrive 1 day late.

This will be my first auto tune gear. For the s9

Tipping your toes back into the S9's Phil?
If you have any questions I have been running four of them for a while.
11/29 is the latest firmware.
Takes 7 minutes to boot so be patent.
Really kicks the hashrate up nicely.
Fans spin fairly slowly so it seems quieter. Likes to run warm.
I even got a autotune replacement board for my regular s9.
If I run the autotune firmware.

Are you running the latest on the Autotune? I back dated mine to stop it from ramping up and down so damn much, does the latest still do this?
402  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience is now dabbling with 16nm ASICs for new designs on: December 12, 2016, 10:11:50 PM
Anyways, on to the news.

I just did some testing of vh's latest ramp code on a hardware mockup of the 2-chip BM1384 stick and it looks to be working. That's the second of two required software milestones before I was completely comfortable with the project.

So now we have tested and approved functionality of both the hardware and the software. I'm waiting for prototype PCBs of the actual stick form-factor to make sure that specific layout works as expected before sending off for a large batch, but the circuit itself (as well as the code to operate it) has been proven. Technically this is a preorder, but as stated - both the software and the hardware are proven. I wouldn't be saying anything otherwise.

So with that in mind, I'm going to go ahead and open up sales on the 2PAC 2-chip BM1384 stick miner. Total batch limit of 1500 sticks; once this is reached there will be no more. Sticks will be $30 apiece. I can't give a specific estimate for initial shipping because it'll depend on if the PCB layout works as expected or if I have to fix any problems. All I can say is, I hope to start moving them by the end of January.

Donations can still be sent to the 1BURGER address (1BURGERAXHH6Yi6LRybRJK7ybEm5m5HwTr) and I'm adding a sales address to the lineup: 12PACBUYyFhRyhRB4qB9Z5Z8M6E3p8gpmt. I'm still vanity-genning a snazzy loan address, so that's pending.

I'll put up a thread in Group Buys today or tomorrow with all this info consolidated, including estimated specs of the stick.
Any idea on sales times for the pods? Smiley

Will take both at 3btc

You can't bargain with a sellers market.

406  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Anyone have an option for remotely powering PSU? on: December 11, 2016, 05:25:44 PM
looks like I'll just go with a switchable PDU/
Pretty nice little units and will do what I need.
Will need to ensure I can remote access into a pc on my network though.
Unless it offers a web app or some way to access from outside.
407  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB Switchable PDU 220V in Canada or USA, 30Amp+ on: December 11, 2016, 12:47:11 AM

The best and cheapest solution for you is
Sonoff Pow WiFi Switch With Power Consumption Measurement
You can control on,off, and make timers for the miners remotely through mobile app and also monitoring there power consumption on real time and daily and monthly statistics .. it's very helpful device I use it for my farm .. but unfortunately the manufacturer have no stock right now  .. but you can find it on aliexpress .. Hope it help you

Those are actually pretty slick devices. and give a temperature of the room? I may give those a try, thank you.

410  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: 🌟✔️ IPTV SERVICE 🔥 LIVE TV - US, UK, Canada, Spanish etc 🔥 Starts @ $5 🐦🌟 on: December 10, 2016, 10:17:47 PM
What if I just want the popular usa canada package without the spannish crap?

The issue I'm finding with every service I have tried is the sheer amount of extra shit pumped in to boost the channel count.

Sort of like satellite TV, Get 600 channels.. only ever watch 5.
411  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: 💥💥💥No.1 IPTV Service | over 1000 Channels | only $0,22 a day💥💥💥 on: December 10, 2016, 10:12:04 PM
For the moment all works fine at our end.
We have added more channels for sky boxing tonight and better quality.
So if you have problems, I don't know why. It works well at our end.

Dumb down the channel list, you are trying to advertise over 1000 channels. by giving a bunch of useless crap.
makes it a nightmare to sort and find proper channels to be honest.
412  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: 🌟🌟🌟No.1 IPTV Service | over 1000 Channels | starts at $5🌟🌟🌟 on: December 10, 2016, 10:00:32 PM
Had this service for a while now, has been very good, sometimes channels go offline but they come back, don't think any IPTV out there is 100% stable , thats just the internet people.  would recommend.

It sounds too good to be true but for just $80 for a whole year, I think I'll try for 2 days and if satisfied then get enrolled full time on your service. I read you had steps to curb buffering? Do you mind sharing them up here so that everyone can come back and refer to it as and when the need be? Thank you.

Steps are int he main page, tells you to throttle your bw etc.
I'm finding a lot of failed channels, so bad enough they crash VLC, others vlc just skips. many are out of sync.
A few work well, like the sky movies.
Space is out of sync. bunch are out of sync.

And a LOT of channels are useless.
I understand making it look huge, but for those of us with simple controls, 980 channels is to much, when MANY are offline streams of singular movies, or in foreign languages.
Offer different packages for the more unique channels. they just get in the way
413  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: 💥💥💥No.1 IPTV Service | over 1000 Channels | only $0,22 a day💥💥💥 on: December 10, 2016, 09:45:24 PM
Pls send me a message. So we can talk about the channels you're missing.
There are some steps to reduce buffering. Let's talk about it Smiley

It's not missing channels, it's nearly 90% of the guide is blank or wrong, regardless of how many times I refresh or reboot.
And a number of channels thus far have been out of sync.
right now I just have it on vlc, so the pc etc. is not the issue.

Everything by jay allan this year?

Just trying this now.
Wish the guide was better. Missed a bunch of channels and some show wrong show info.
I have slow internet.
Am able to stream netflix no issue. Some of these have buffering issues

Edit/Update:
The guide is really poorly done, many channels are blank, or give wrong info.
Tells me stargate, I get Flash.

Quality of Quantity here is key guys...
Boasting you have 1000 channels, which are all levels of broken or out of sync.
Is worse than saying "We have 400 solid, reliable channels"

416  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB Wifi PSU switch? on: December 10, 2016, 06:40:48 PM
The issue I've come accross with many hard reset options is that they run in 120 and won't support 220. so that's a non starter, as they suck

I'm really surprised someone has built an out of the box working tool for this, be it a pre loaded and setup Pi, or something else.

I could see them being quite popular and sell fast.
417  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Anyone have an option for remotely powering PSU? on: December 10, 2016, 06:37:22 PM
I've seen those options it's tempting. I'm hoping for something sold by a north american so I can have it sometime int he next 3 weeks lol
A pi may be my only option, but I'm so utterly new to them. I'd need a lot of help Sad
418  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [30+PH] Kano CKPool kano.is 0.9% PPLNS US,DE,SG,JP,NL on: December 10, 2016, 04:28:43 PM
Been on for a full 24hrs without a payout thus far.
Hmm
419  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Anyone have an option for remotely powering PSU? on: December 09, 2016, 11:19:31 PM
I've seen all those, essentially a pc with a usb relay,
I've seen all in one pre setup options. with web ui already in them etc.
Which is what I'm hoping for...
420  Bitcoin / Hardware / Anyone have an option for remotely powering PSU? on: December 09, 2016, 07:38:16 PM
I know you can use the insteon or X10 switching plugs.
But I'd rather switch the 5vdc line for the PSU.
I travel a lot and am looking for something to do this remotely, from anywhere in the world effectively.

Wifi or wired based controller with a web or phone app?

I'm sure guys are doing it. Just trying to trackd own my best choice, and find something I can buy and have delivered quickly.

Lot's of ebay options, but the lack of info and wait time to get it. Is to much.

So let's see what you guys have going? Rasp pi maybe and usb relays?
