481  Other / Off-topic / I need to have a rant about the state of the job market on: January 29, 2016, 02:25:48 PM
I'm sure you're all going through this or have been through it at some point, I actually believe now it is likely going to be easier for me to get an income independently in Bitcoin and I've calculated this than it is to get the most basic of jobs out there. I have shit grades, but I am not somebody at all who is afraid of doing some physical labour or hard work, in fact, I'd love to just get a part time cleaner job or something to earn some extra income while I work on my projects and mostly so my parents will get off my backs about 'not doing anything' despite the fact that I'm learning C# programming and trading any Bitcoin profit I make so far.

So when they tell me 'get a job' as if it's that easy I point out to them this kind of bullshit which is what the job search engines seem to be infested with now.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY EVENINGS ( 2 HOURS PER SHIFT 6:00PM TILL 8:00PM  )

DUTIES TO INCLUDE: HOOVERING, MOPPING, DAMP WIPING, EMPTYING BINS, CLEANING TOILETS & KITCHENS, ETC.

SUCCESSFULL APPLICANT MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CLEANING EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE CURRENT WORK REFERENCES.

Of course, naturally they're very dismissive and I wonder if anybody else has had this experience trying to explain it to the baby boomer generation in particular just how bad things are now? As for this fucking employer, what the fucking hell are they thinking trying to demand somebody bring along work reference for a fucking cleaning job? This isn't anything specialised mind you either, this is absoutely standard, I'm not an idiot trying to apply for something like an executive position without even a degree.

I actually reckon if I keep working at it I could even beat the wage their offering in Bitcoin and I've decided that will be my goal this year because they're only offering minimum wage anyway, I would have been happy with that though just as an extra side income. However even if I were the most perfect candidate with a fucking masters degree, I would not be able to get this job because they have put such utterly ridiculous requirements.

I've even looked at trainee positions by the way awhile back, just out of curiosity, these were for graduates and the like, first thing these idiotic employers demand is industry experience. They should know, nobody young is going to have that kind of experience and then people have the fucking gall to go and rant at us for not being able to find work.

By the way, that's an exact copy and paste of the job description and yes, they mispelled 'successful' fucks sake! -_-

Hey guys, small update, I'd like to get feedback on drawings I'm doing on the asteroids, I'm trying to get absolutely everything done now.

Build a nuclear bunker.
484  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should Muslims be aloud to impose Sharia law anywhere in the United States? on: January 28, 2016, 05:33:53 PM
Of course not. USA is multi ethnic society so if every ethnic/religion group would impose their law there would be anarchy. If anyone dont like USA law, he can always go back where he belong.

As an Anarchist I resent that statement.
485  Other / Politics & Society / Re: France Restricts ‘Salafistes,’ Film on Islamic Radicals on: January 27, 2016, 11:33:24 PM
Does anyone else get the impression that since their usual tactics aren't working our governments are now doing a full media blackout of any criticism of Islam? The fuck is going on?
486  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ROTFL at all you Europeans - bwwahhhahahaha on: January 27, 2016, 10:52:55 PM
I'd like to point out I'm an Anarchist and never believed in this shit in the first place, it will be very interesting though to see whether this will affect the referendum on the EU though, that's for sure, I bet it will. It's actually something that's important enough for me now to seriously take part in. Before, the referendum was considered quite a joke and the left, rather typically, pretty much acted as if it was a foregone conclusion now that Britain will be joining the EU. However with what's happening in Europe now with the Syrian refugees I expect that a lot of people will be thinking very carefully about whether they want EU beauracrats importing people from a warzone so readily into the country.
487  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should Muslims be aloud to impose Sharia law anywhere in the United States? on: January 27, 2016, 09:35:15 PM
No. There shouldn't even be a debate about this. That would be the most blatant violation of the 1st Amendment. If Christians can't have a cross in the public square, Sharia law most definitely can't be imposed anywhere on U.S. soil.

Exactly, I don't even understand why people are considering this, also, do you people even realise how fucked up Sharia law actually is? It's fucking ridiculous to even consider adopting the laws of a Theocratic Dictatorship which is pretty much what countries who follow Islam are.
488  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 17yo girl faces fine for using pepper spray against sex attacker on: January 27, 2016, 07:44:01 PM
"An English-speaking man"

I'm sure that's the only description she gave.  The police and news reporters wouldn't leave out other relevant details.

They're doing everything they can to make it look like none of the Syrian refugees could either be criminals or terrorists, even if it means immediately demonising every man out there, you should see the feminist rhetoric on this kind of bullshit.

Quote
"What is the point of paying taxes?" the citizens and the parents of that 17yo should start asking themselves...

People also need to be seriously aware of any neo-nazi's that will be looking to take advantage of this chaos, they always try to, I hope we can boot out both these types of fanatics out of politics entirely.
489  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 17yo girl faces fine for using pepper spray against sex attacker on: January 27, 2016, 05:30:15 PM
I'd be honestly amazed if civil war wouldn't start breaking out in places like this, because if the police aren't going to protect the people, then what good are they for? It doesn't matter if they're a refugee or somebody who was born and raised in the country for their whole lives, nobody should be able to get away with this kind of shit. I really wonder what gun control advocates have to say about this kind of thing, though you can bet that they'll be part of the left wing apologists and will inevitably say "She shouldn't be carrying around pepper spray to defend herself" I have a lot of respect for that 17 year old for having the balls to do it, she probably knew she'd get in trouble.

I'm sick to death of being told we're not allowed to defend ourselves and then the police when they are needed turning around and shrugging at us when something like this happens, this is what will happen if you guys in the U.S let gun control advocates take over, the people in charge just want to control you they don't give a fuck about protecting people, the people who believe in gun control are just fucking naive.
490  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 17yo girl faces fine for using pepper spray against sex attacker on: January 27, 2016, 04:49:31 PM
Jesus christ, the police in Denmark, Sweden and Germany need to be sued, that's fucking outrageous.
491  Other / Politics & Society / Re: should women be blamed for wearing daring dress thus reason they were raped on: January 27, 2016, 04:45:36 PM
Women wear that kind of stuff for men they want to attract, they don't wear it for men that they don't want anything to do with to get raped, any guy who fucking says they're asking for it is pretty much full of shit. Yes some women can be pretty fucking outrageous but men who claim this somehow justifies raping them are just trying to make excuses to commit crimes against people. I am sick to death of apologists and excuse makers who try and defend people who commit crimes like this, I know the OP is just have a legit conversation, nothing wrong with that, but I would be extremely wary of men who actually believe this kind of crap.

What Cologne has demonstrated to me though, with absolute certainity, is how outright damaging any religion can be if there are people who have grown up with it's beliefs and been fully brainwashed by them, which is I suspect what has really happened here, because a lot of so called legitimate Islamic beliefs in the Qu'ran would immediately be regarded as crimes in the west but these guys wouldn't think anything of it.
492  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Socialism" the most looked up word of 2015 on: January 26, 2016, 09:54:02 PM
Apparently socialism is the most looked up word of 2015.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Not a bad thing if people are learning about politics. Looking up the word doesn't mean they agree  Smiley

It will be just curiosity, when Ron Paul came along I found myself looking up Libertarianism and eventually Anarchism many student now aren't taught a thing about what I'd call real politics, they're only taught it in the context of what's mainstream, so they'll likely have never heard of Socialism before.

Quote
Socialism involves the sharing of economic resources fairly between the population, whereas communism includes this, but also involves breaking down the class system itself. With communism, the workers actually own everything, and are paid based on their need rather than the work they've done. But with socialism, they are instead paid based on the work they've done, and the state owns everything.

Am I thinking along the right lines? I find it a little complicated if I'm honest...

That's correct to an extent, Socialism and Communism in general revolves around controlling the means of production, in short they both want to control the factories, the infastructure, we all use or rely on, on a daily basis. The differences between Socialism and Communism are what methods they use to achieve that. I don't know about Socialism being about being controlled by the state, I'm not sure about that, but Communism definitely is about the state, this is why you see so many self-declared Communist states devolve into a dictatorship because that's pretty much what they're advocating but they make it sound nice by claiming wealth will be redistributed and everyone will be better off.

What's very interesting though is a lot of self-proclaimed Socialists and Communists you'll find at universities and so on have absolutely no fucking clue about this, they're just all about taxing the rich and think that by all of a sudden taking over the government everything's going to fix itself, they have no real knowledge of what their own ideology is about. I happen to know this because I went onto a supposedly left wing Anarchist subreddit and they pretty much displayed that, the left seems to be entirely co-opted by feminists now that only care about gender or identity politics and attacking people over trivial bullshit.
493  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Denmark to vote on tough migrant law as Nordic refugee welcome wanes on: January 26, 2016, 08:37:37 PM
Yeah yeah, it wasn't the banks that let these criminals in, I'm all for refugees being helped, however letting pretty much anybody run over the borders? You have to be absolutely stupid to let that happen if you're running a country. You can't argue this from a humanitarian angle when a chunk of these guys are going around and assaulting women and children, not unless you're a dishonest and heartless prick. I find the way the left in particular likes to paint anybody who talks about this problem as being racist particularly disgusting because it just shows you they're trying to shut down the debate and aren't interested in looking at the problem.

Nothing to see which racism, all to see with intelligence and pragmatism.

You got two choices, you welcome them and try to integrate them, or you try to close your borders and forbid them to come. I'll give you a hint, only in France we've got 3 000km of borders. What do you want to do? Put soldiers everywhere to watch the borders?

It depends entirely on the individuals, there's no way a blanket system will work, what doesn't work though is forcing intergration or segregation either way, some people find that they naturally just prefer hanging out in familiar surroundings while others adapt more readily to other countries. Letting anybody in however especially if they are from a warzone and could potentially be criminals or terrorists is not a realistic option has has been demonstrated. One thing this whole situation in Europe is forcing politicians to admit, is that forcing this kind of mass immigration on people just doesn't fucking work, had they been let in a bit at a time and processed properly with their backgrounds checked I think there would have been a lot less chaos.

I didn't the like the movie where he played Howard Hughes, but why not?

I remember the movie with Robert Duvall playing Stalin. My only hope is that this movie, if it gets the go-ahead, sticks to proven history, and doesn't venture into politically-motivated fiction.

Bahahahahahhaaaaaa!! Are you kidding? Hollywood actors and the people who hire them have to be bigger lefties than even the Russians these days because none of them had lived through the Soviet Union, they'll probably ask him to do all sorts of propaganda and he'll be glad to.
497  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Europe, you reap what you sow... on: January 26, 2016, 05:59:09 AM
That kind of rhetoric just futher proves the point that these people don't give a shit about what damage they cause to the public as long as it doesn't break their precious political narrative, also, people can keep claiming these aren't feminists all they like, this is the face of the feminist movement now, in the same way that radical islamists are the face of Islam because barely anyone stands up to them in public.
498  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Europe, you reap what you sow... on: January 25, 2016, 06:47:35 PM
"The American Indians didn't pay heed to the flood of refugees from Europe.
Now they are living in reservation."

The Europeans were at least a little bit civilized, so they offered a small part of the land to the native Americans. But don't expect the Muslims to show any kind of mercy towards the native population of Europe. In all probability, the males will be exterminated, and the women will be herded towards the harems. Also, remember what happened to those Armenians, Assyrians and Greeks in Turkey during 1915-18.

I don't think so.
Many Muslims already living long time in Europe, together with Christians, without any problem.
Millions of people from Bosnia, Kosovo or Turkey went to work in Western Europe and we never had such problems with them.
New Muslims, who come now as refugees, can also learn how to live in new country, without creating any problem.
They need to be educated.

The Muslims that are entering the country now are not peaceful, I'm convinced they're either radical islamists, ISIS supporters or some other variation, there's a reason they were kept out of other countries. Also, educate them? These are people who have been brainwashed from a young age to believe women are inferior and that they must kill all apostates, that's not going to just suddenly go away with a patronising lecture at a community centre.

Radical Islam and the people who support them or apologise for their actions are nothing more than supremacists playing victim.
499  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Refugees claim ISIS militants living among them in Germany on: January 24, 2016, 12:14:15 PM
I don't care!! Why doesn't Saudi Arabia take them or the Gulf states? That is what we need to ask ourselves first and foremost!!
Saudi Arabia is supporter of the Syrian war. They have been calling for war against Iran too.

The thing is I genuinely think as well that the Saudi's as well as all the other middle eastern countries who have a very good knowledge of the area will probably know who these guys are that are going around the streets now attacking people, this will be why the flat out rejected them. Western countries when it comes to the middle easy in particular have always been self-righteous and blind when it comes to this sort of thing, politicans are looking to score easy political points with the public but they declined to do even the most basic research on even where these people were coming from and what their affiliation was.

They probably took one look at these guys and just went "Nope, the EU will take them though I'm sure" and just ignored the matter, there will be genuine refugees, but because of the bombings going on constantly in their home countries militans will have definitely snuck in to continue their war where western countries won't have the advantage of air superiority. It's quite a basic tactic, but they get the added benefit of being able to terrorise people who in their eyes are actually supporting these politicians that are trying to take them out.

If there are militants among them, they've probably realised by now just how utterly stupid the people in charge of us are.
500  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Refugees claim ISIS militants living among them in Germany on: January 24, 2016, 02:09:18 AM
It wouldn't surprise me at all, yes I pointed out the Jew haters on here as well, they're pretty fucking harmless, the only issue I take is with their blatant double standards, if you hate blacks it's racist but it's okay to hate white men, if you criticise Islam you're a racist or an islamaphobe but those zionist jews can fuck off and die.

I've actually held off quite a bit in my debates and comments about these sorts of scumbags, but now that peoples lives are genuinely in danger more than usual because of their propaganda and rhetoric I don't even want to give them the benefit of an intelligent debate, as if they ever wanted one in the first place.

They're nothing more than a bunch of man hating, speech censoring, race baiting, fun hating sociopaths and I hate the fuckers and we really need to kick them out of politics entirely and make them totally irrelevant.
