501  Economy / Economics / Re: Own a house or rent one? Quick survey! on: June 17, 2021, 10:54:24 PM
In India, it is said that if a family manages to live for >11 years at a single place (i.e.; home) on rent, then they can claim such property based on some provisions made available to them (if there's no contract like they'll need to leave that place after 11 months or whatever determined in the contract).

However, someone who is a die-hard traveller may choose the best option of renting many different homes every month by visiting a new place every time. That's for a traveller or the one who is not responsible to fulfil any family needs (if he/she doesn't have one). But someone who's got responsibilities should rather go to have his own house IF his job is not related to changing places.

Nowadays, I'm hearing of heavy deposits based flats available in some parts of India which saves the person a lot rather that going for rent. Don't have much better knowledge about it as I never went for such types and currently have an own place.
502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance Tax Reporting on: June 17, 2021, 10:35:20 PM
Is there someone from Kazakhstan, I can't find information about taxation in this country. I only found this article https://cryptogeek.info/en/blog/binance-tax-reporting, but here is information about other countries. Who can help?
I live also in third world country and I don't have to submit any tax report for now... Tho I don't have much money in crypto.

You must keep all your information handy because if you get raided (for nothing) just because you were on higher authorities' radar, you must have your details available that where you've sold and how much you've received and from where. I mean, nowadays anything can happen and when these guys are trying to make the situation worse by shaking off the markets, it's better to have all your transactions' details available with you. And remember, if your total income from crypto crosses any amount that attracts tax according to your tax slab, I believe you're bound to pay it just because you're (then) withdrawing it in fiat (your local currency).
503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: General Motors May Start Accepting Bitcoin If There's Customer Demand on: June 16, 2021, 08:46:42 PM
If they are so customer driven and ready to accept BTC today (after announcing for such an acceptance), what will they do if their customers ask them to stop BTC? Will they do what Elon did?

Btw, on a positive side, I'm glad that companies are taking a step forward and entering crypto space while also testing the abilities of crypto as well as utilising it at their best.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla no longer accepts Bitcoin payments on: June 16, 2021, 08:13:18 PM
Elon is playing games with us, but the problem is that he's got enough blind followers behind him who'll do anything and give any level of damage to markets on his one signal (through any source, mostly Twitter). Even if we decide to stop following him, there are so many traders who go behind him and fuck the markets and TBH he doesn't even need them because he's rich enough to shake up the whole market alone.
505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: June 12, 2021, 08:40:49 PM
@OP, your first question is where I'd stop by saying No right away, because if I know that the casino may ask KYC, it means I may be asked to do KYC if/when I win something big there that they either possibly can't pay out/don't want to pay out/will pay out only after getting my docs and I don't want to get doxxed for gambling purposes.
506  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I get a loan? on: June 12, 2021, 08:23:23 PM
Loan from your family? But why do you really want it? Did you lose during the crash and is your capital affected due to buying higher? If that's the reason, please don't take a loan (even if it's interest free) to trap yourself into a situation where you may not be able to repay full 100% even after 5 years because crypto works on speculation, and when the hype will exhaust, everything will go red. I believe this have not yet hit the ground and there's more room for all of them to get down before taking off again. Wait till (possible) 20k and then buy if you'd like to.
507  Economy / Services / Re: Find a middleman to help on: June 12, 2021, 07:56:17 PM
--snip--
Common expensive mistakes (100$ funds was sent as what he said) by newbies I say.

If such mistake was to be made even after asking for help for an escrow here, I don't think we should consider him a newbie but an immature person who was in so much hurry that he'd lose on what he was expecting, so he tried to take a step ahead and bam! He's stuck now waiting forever. We never want such people to suffer but their own actions make them suffer.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could ether hit 100k? on: June 12, 2021, 07:13:43 PM
I think we are more deviated towards seeing a $1k ETH soon.
Still, hoping for the best is all we can do while watching the markets taking dips every now and then, and when they're markets, they're ought to come down after a long upside rally, else how will the balance be maintained?  Wink
509  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who were the morons that bought 60k bitcoin? on: June 11, 2021, 07:56:34 PM
I believe they're not morons but true hodlers who've got the hunger it takes to be one, which you aren't for sure @OP. Stop acting like you know the future, and don't cry later calling yourself a moron after some time when you see BTC double the price you're claiming those ^morons^ to have bought at. You don't understand OP, firstly it was our game. Now, you're just a small part of the game (not even an ant if we consider your buying size against institutions). You get my point, eh? Wink
510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gaming Scams during Pandemic. How to Stay Safe. on: June 11, 2021, 07:50:30 PM
I'm afraid those who are lazy to even check the "From:" link as well as not even copy the link they get in the email and directly click it, are the ones who mostly suffer due to these scams. That's because sometimes, these phishing e-mails too manage to get themselves packed into inbox instead of spam/junk area, which is why a gambler who's in a hurry to grab those blazing deals that are shown via images that the gambler gets betrayed so easily by his own brain thinking that the email came from a site he registered at.
511  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com Honey potting to get high rollers...giving a deal and removing the on: June 11, 2021, 06:55:42 PM
OP, what are you upto? It doesn't seem you've been gambling only as a gambler but looks like you're trying to con these gambling sites just because you have the ^tricks^ it takes to make people fall for your words and say out what you want them to. I believe that either you just stop using such services that allow crypto as you're, for sure, not having any good experiences with them and just go back to the old traditional fiat based system where you'll get much better services as well as deals. I hope you won't play the "busted" games with them just as your name goes, rohit(playing)games. Wink
512  Economy / Services / Re: Find a middleman to help on: June 11, 2021, 06:45:08 PM
I was contacted with OP but before that he already sent the partial payment to the seller and want to continue with escrow but sadly and as expected, the seller never responded and totally run away with the funds.

That's so stupid step taken by OP because if he had so much of an emergency (or even urgency), he should have either contacted other escrows too to see whom he may get quicker response from and if they're ready to escrow such a deal for him, or should have looked for better options rather than going for a seller whom he doesn't even know and was already suspicious about. This shows that enough maturity is needed in trading here and that people should take a lesson from this and shouldn't go ahead without an escrow for such deals.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are all altcoins dependent on Bitcoin? on: June 10, 2021, 09:56:03 PM
I told this before and I'll again tell this. There are only a very few base currencies like BTC, TRX, ETH, BNB, etc. in which the value of altcoins is measured. But majority belongs to BTC and when it is bought, alts are bought because their price will automatically increase and so is the case for the decline. So I do believe that yes, there is a lot of dependence of alts over Bitcoin.
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is BNB is at it's peak price? on: June 10, 2021, 07:30:45 PM
I truly believe that BNB has got enough space to grow as much higher in terms of USD, as possible. The usage of BSC (Binance Smart Chain) is increasing at a huge ratio against ETH and if it continues to go higher like that, there are very higher chances that BNB will even surpass ETH's marketcap some day.
515  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Crypto, taxes and regulations? on: June 10, 2021, 06:52:07 PM
If businesses start to accept it as a form of payment, and people start getting paid with crypto, how are they going to tax it or regulate it?

The way fiat is taxed but in general, there may be categories which can be determined once governments study as to how many sources are available to gain/lose crypto and how can the users benefit if they show up their earnings/losses in such categories! I believe that everything truly depends on how the end customers (us) will take it. I mean, some are ready for regulations but not taxes, some want both but some are ready for taxes but no regulations, while a majority of people don't want almost anything from both of that.
516  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Elon going to sell his BTCs? on: June 09, 2021, 08:09:15 PM
When he want some changes in the current market,he will sell some of his bitcoin.Because he was a current price decider. But it won't woks hundred percentage. We can use this to get profit from it.Buy at low price and keep some value as margin and sell with some profit.Like this repeat for many times to get profit.

The fact is that, he's using everyone's minds for his own financial benefits and people still follow him blindly without understanding his intentions. No doubt he's an investor, but why are we helping him to become more and more rich while even if he has not sold anything yet, we are giving him chances to buy BTC more cheaper by panic selling it during the insane FOMO I've been witnessing these days.
517  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Elon going to sell his BTCs? on: June 09, 2021, 07:35:03 PM
If he has not yet done it (sold his BTC), he's a very dangerous guy to deal with.
If he is doing it or has sold off every Satoshi of his BTC holdings already, then I believe he did one of the best things for Crypto as he's not needed and just think, what would happen to BTC if it would have reached a million dollars and Musk would start selling at that point. An insane institutional whale out is an opportunity knocking in. Wink
518  Economy / Economics / Re: History repeats we are 1929 congrats on: June 09, 2021, 07:06:57 PM
Question?
Will the government have better Plan?
That 1929 Not gona repeat?  Or they let it happening?
THE DEbt is huge if u print more money it will be devalued if u dont u need to pay off. If deleveraging then it will save the money and Financial system but people will suffering only
How?
Or they will pay off the debt issuing xrp Kind of currency?

Well, it's the middle class in majority that will suffer due to all these issues if it turns into reality any sooner. But if all such things will happen, don't you think that economic crisis will probably lead us towards a more intense situation like WW3 where chances are, people will be brought ahead to figure out and fight for their survival where they'll not even think before killing others if they're getting something from them. But that's another story and I don't expect it to happen till I die.
519  Economy / Economics / Re: History repeats we are 1929 congrats on: June 09, 2021, 05:29:45 PM
You seem to be so damn sure about what's going to happen in the near future just because you saw some comments and panicked? I believe that if they want to rule the whole world that's living freely even with a bit of fear of governments, these Governments will need to kill those people who decide not to follow the footsteps that they (gov) will show to them (people). I believe that the current level of youth is extremely powerful to take technology to the next level and if anything (like what you said) arises, then I believe that people will unite and fight against it but the rich won't be richer by any means anymore (except if we don't understand their games and get stuck into their trap).
