1181  Economy / Services / Re: Best signature campaign Managers on: October 03, 2020, 10:04:14 AM
If it's for experienced managers, then 3-4 minutes might sound possible. Though being manager is not all about counting posts. You have to respond any question, complain, application which your inbox and telegram will be full of them.

Tbh, I know about some managers who do an in-depth analysis of their campaign participants to assure that the participants did well by helping the campaign through advertising it during the whole week. It's not an easy job to manage a campaign, takes a lot of efforts even if you consider it a 2 hour job. The time a manager will take to grade a sheet will depend on how many users are actually involved in the campaign, and other factors too including, but not limited to:
- Counting posts based on allowed and restricted forum boards.
- Checking if they have made specific number of posts in a mentioned board or not (like minimum x posts in Gambling).
- Checking the time gaps to see if there is any burstposting / spam or not.
- Seeing if a user received a negative trust? If yes, how valid is it? And then deciding whether to keep that user or not.
- Rectifying any errors (if made) while counting and correcting them.
- Sending the funds to users timely.

So tbh, it's a high-responsibility job regardless of the time it takes to be done.

Anyway I'm not against self-managed campaign. We can see Best Change's campaign run well until now. But having an experienced user to handle it will be more effective imo especially for a new project, which the project owner could be more focused on developing the project or promoting it to other platform(s).

Well, when we speak about a WHOLE PROJECT, we already know that they work with a team and not just one single developer. So if they try to manage their own campaign by assigning one of their own employees, then I don't think there's anything wrong as they will also hire their marketing expert only and when you already know how Best change did it, I don't think any other example suits here. However, having this forum's campaign managers represent their project here will work as a charm as they already have the experience of handling these campaigns and most importantly, they (the managers) have their reputation attached to their (company's) campaigns which is an icing on the cake. 1182  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit biggest scam exchange ever, lying to people by giving fake dollars on: October 02, 2020, 10:10:11 AM
--snip--

I went to the yobit forum and I realized that there is an absurd level of spam with many Russian posts in English sections and there are also some Spanish posts in English sections and they are accounts recently created

That TikTok part really amazed me as well. TBH, I joined it to see what they had to offer. Yobit always gave some free money (even if it's worth a cent hehe). It's not like I was money-minded while joining their airdrop but saw that the conditions they came up with (later) when they promised to conduct the airdrops and send the funds to those who opted for it, I was shocked. Being an Indian, it's not possible for me to use TikTok or any Chinese platforms due to them already been banned by our Government. So there it was a full-stop for me. And another thing, Cryptotalk is just shit and no wonder they did that 100 posts in total thing just to get new signups for their platform. The more people will use them, the more they will probably get ranked higher at Google (maybe) or I probably don't know what exactly are they spreading all this shit for.  Grin

@OP, It's good that you know they have scam accusations but in my views, this cannot be an accusation you can levy upon them because they do credit these type of shitcoins to let their exchange run. It's we, the people who don't understand their schemes and fall for them. Why? Because everyone wants money through shortcuts, that's it.
1183  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: October 02, 2020, 09:50:27 AM
I also tried to collect coins that 25 times claim on the faucet to play with the dice but I did not succeed in multiplying it.  It's just amazing how others are able to multiply it like millions.  What strategy do they use?  Manual or auto?  What odds or multipliers do they use?  As far as I know, BSTLR coins can not really be used in sports betting.

TBH, I don't see any strategies applicable on winning such huge amounts, they just accumulate and bet on super high multipliers in games like BOMB or they play slots where there are chances of big wins. I personally saw someone winning BTC0.3 against a very small 100 Satoshi bet with a multiplier of 300k times. Unbelievable but true. I think Mrounds1978 was the lucky dude to have got that win. Smiley
1184  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: October 01, 2020, 08:24:58 PM
I recently created an account at bitsler and playing there had been great fun all the time, and when we can use their BTSLR coins to collect and keep them to win the daily contest with top 25 people winning free BTC for having the highest balances, it seems to me an extra perk on the go.

I have a question to ask though, today when KXIP vs MI match was ongoing, I tried to place a bet on KXIP when the odds on them were 5.18 and were working (I mean, odds didn't get suspended and were available). I tried to place a 25 BTSLR bet on the match, but it didn't accept my bet (it said - Currency is not accepted or temporarily disabled). Please let me know why did that happen? Are we not allowed to bet BTSLR coins on sports? Smiley
1185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: September 29, 2020, 11:09:43 AM
When it comes to these questions then it will vary into each person yet we can do both things depending on the mood.I agree that slots do easily get me bored after few rolls which is totally different when you do deal with live casino games but sometimes slots do really entertain me but not really similar when i do engage with other games.

I believe that our mood can only define which games to be played, but I'd suggest staying away from gambling when your mood is not good because negative mood sometimes brings negative results and even lets you make unnecessary (high value) bets which, if lost, can turn your mood off completely.

Quote
Preference? All matters with my mood and interest because there are days which i do only play slots and dice and the next day i do play with others.

Yeah, it's good to go for variance if we have good amount of capital on hands and are interested in various genres of gambling because slots do need a lot of money to make good profits if we see a long streak of losses and I bet you'll see many more losses in slots before one game comes where you recover almost everything and that won't be the case with live casino games unless you choose to go for side bets which have less chances to occur, but have higher rewards. I remember when I made almost 80x on a 7 card bust from the dealer in Blackjack game.

Quote
When tending to aim for profits then skill based one would be the main games for me since i do know that i'll have the chance or edge.

That's true, and if we don't have any capital with us but would still like to play for fun or entertainment, it's better to play slots in fun mode because you'll get your capital reset every time you open the game in fun mode. Wink

To be honest none of them. Both can be manipulated to have the house it's advantage so not fair. Somewhere I read a story that in a casino in the roulette they can use magnet or something to manipulate the ball to stop at a certain number. And slots are just some random images rolling in front of you. I have no idea how people get excitements from it :-P

I always knew that casino games can be manipulated, but slots? Can you please elaborate on this? And yeah, even I don't get excited at all watching those same boring images again and again till I win something big hehe.

Quote
My only preference to take entertainment from gambling is sportsbet. There ARE match fixing but in the big leagues it is not very common so call it fair.

Really? I hope you're familiar with all of our results in the recent IPL cricket betting tournament going on. Tongue
1186  Economy / Gambling discussion / What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: September 29, 2020, 10:31:19 AM
As we all know that we have our own pleasures while gambling, I'd like to show a categorical difference between both these types and would like to know your opinion on whether you'd go for a live casino or for slots.

Live Casino games
I have specifically played games from Evolution Gaming, games like Blackjack (which gets its edge changed per each game), Baccarat, American as well as European Roulette.
I can say that in these games, we do have higher chances of winning more because it is based on our skills and those skills do help us in games like Roulette and Blackjack, whereas we need some luck in games like Crazy Time to win.

Slots
Have you ever played on a slot before? If not, then do learn something from my experience to know whether you are capable to win in slots or not. There are various slot types I've played which include games which have Megaways, others with features available to be bought to progress directly into the bonus round, whereas some have higher RTP ratio which I chose to see if it really turns out to be a winning situation for me.

The best ones were feature-packed slots (but your luck is highly important here and needs to favor you, or you'll lose a lot more in such game even if you bought a feature thrown into it to let you enter the bonus round). I actually put in just 20 eur to see what I could win and my luck helped me a lot, doubling my bet into 100% wins. Next was higher RTP game like Peaky Blinders, which turned my 0.2 eur bet into 20 eur (that was sheer luck which turned my first bet into a huge win) and then I stopped right there.

Conclusion: Both types are great but for me, slots are just those few images rolling upside down and we get bored every time we see the same faces / fruits / cherries or whatever, but that's not the case with live casino games. And you need better skills at playing those games than gambling into slots. So, in short, skills for live casino and luck for slots - what do you think you will choose? Are you a skillful gambler or a lucky one?

1188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: StellarPrize on: September 27, 2020, 01:28:04 PM
Please add more categories instead of adding expensive prizes, as that will lead us to play the category we want to. Like, if we want to win a prize of 50 xlm, we will play the lower category lottery (I see this as a lottery system only) and to win 500 xlm, we will play the medium category. Likewise, to win 5k or 50k xlm (super lucky or add some jackpot to this from your end), we'll go for high end category. Try to hire a designer here and take some ideas and recreate this thread with some attractive stuff to make people come at your site and play. Do leave some space for advertisers as it'll help you run your business and gain you some extra income.

P.S.: If you don't mind, can you use an escrow from this forum or an escrow of your choice (whom you trust) to keep the players' funds atm? If those big raffles are going to happen, I hardly see people trusting you with their xlm no matter its value because it's all about crypto. Wink I know this sounds stupid, but has a meaning in it.
1189  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: YFIR.finance bounty scam on: September 27, 2020, 06:36:46 AM
--snip--

Why can't BTT manage every bounties before they posting, by escrowing the tokens they promise for hunters or anything similar like that inorder to save the bounty hunter from the early scammers  Undecided

Really? Can you give me one example where a reputed forum admin intervened in these things? Why the hell do we have our own brains then?

We just follow hype and get into any shit coin and even give our KYC documents just for those measly bucks that are not worth our identity. Tell me, did this forum or the admin ever asked you for KYC, or did he ask you to participate in those telegram channels / groups / campaigns / airdrops (which is a different story because this forum has nothing to do with telegram)? Did the admins ever ask you to participate in a signature campaign here (which you'll do for sure once you gain a better rank)? Then why do you expect them to interrupt in these shit projects and research them for you? They aren't your parents who'll make you your dish ready with all the food, serve it and expect you to just eat. You've got your own mind, go and get an in-depth knowledge about those projects (I don't really believe these projects deserve any research as they're all mostly shit IMHO) and if you still find one to be involved in, don't expect any of us to be blamed when it turns out to be a scam.

1192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What actually makes a token pump? on: September 23, 2020, 09:53:20 AM
Besides Bitcoin(BTC), fundamentals doesn't really matter that much in the cryptocurrency space. Basically, which projects pump in price completely depends on how much effort and money they throw at marketing their coin. 🤷‍♂️

..and this is assuming that certain projects actually has a good use-case and are actually legitimate. Which, most projects really don't have both.

What did these DeFi projects have rather than yield farming and liquidity pooling? I really don't see anything "exceptional" in it when the token was not really meant to be valued based on a price tag but still, it crossed BTC and is now worth over 2 BTC and many shit tokens which have no use case are also being fled higher by the investors just to dupe innocent investors and steal their money this way. I remember old times when we saw 100x coins too since the beginning of crypto, but these 1000x and then a DeFi-nite crash is the all new trend currently.

Using this ideology in the case of DIA, what do you think is the problem with the downturn price in the market and they have partnership trooping in almost every week.

Very unusual to say, but everything follows the trend and the ongoing trend is now bearish atm, which is why this one went with the flow.

Oh shit. I fucked up. I may have made every single user using the bot get notified for that post. LOL

That's embarrassing.

edit: Issue fixed. Sorry! At least the bot got stress tested for whenever it needs to send many notifications. Grin

Was about to notify you the same issue but just saw that the story's been already told. Cheesy
Anyways, I'm very happy with the bot's work and almost each and every post where I actually got mentioned or merited, and even the nuked/deleted posts or threads are being notified like a gunshot. Thank you for putting too much efforts, TryNinja. Smiley

Btw, you said "stress-tested"? Did you use that post by vapourminer while giving your bot a shot on that?

Great!
So, we have a free spot donated by efialtis. Who wants to take it? Quote this post. I will send the link to join.
Thanks efialtis.

I'm interested. Can I join?
@Royse777 and especially @efialtis, thanks for the opportunity. Cricket is my brother's favorite sport TBH but I do watch IPL very closely as we used to gamble some money on this specific tournament (who doesn't, as this sport is loved by almost each and every Indian and even worldwide).
1197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance sued for money laundering over stolen bitcoin. on: September 19, 2020, 08:28:38 AM
Tbh, I personally believe DEXs can't really match the volumes we see over centralized exchanges and even if they will, they won't be able to handle it.
They can't at the moment, simply because there isn't the desire in the community to use them. If enough people finally get fed up with centralized exchanges pulling their legalized scams and stealing their customers' coins, then DEXs will easily grow in both size and number to accommodate that.

Even if people get fed up with centralized exchanges and its unwrapped scams, don't you think crypto has already got something new which is working like crazy as it is all based on governance - DeFi? DeFi is already changing things a lot and these swap-machines (like uniswap, sushiswap, etc.), liquidity pools and yield farming has now taken over the game in their hands while most people are able to gain unbelievable rewards for trading there. Shall I call these swap-machines a DEX only? I don't think these come under the DEX category.

I used IDEX (one of the most favorite for everyone going for DEX) but even they had several issues
Given that IDEX requires KYC, it cannot be called a DEX in any real sense.

What? Really? Since when? I used it some time back and it never asked me for KYC then, didn't know IDEX started KYC'ing users.

By the way, to me, having fun with the "#nohomo" disclaimer is not necessarily meant to be taken literally or even necessary to assign genders to it or even taking any kind of position in regards to homosexuality.  It is just maybe another way of attempting to light-heartedly say that "I am not getting too emotionally attached to you" in regard to the back and forth (or what I had just said in my post).

Hey mate, no, please don't get me wrong when I mentioned your comment here as it was just used as an example to explain in the next part of that same comment where Mpamaegbu related us in the same way, but seriously speaking, I never took that comment seriously hehe. Smiley I've got a very soft side and only get harder when I believe something's wrong from my point of view (yours was never in that "wrong" category" as I knew it was just for fun  Cheesy). After all, we all should have some fun loving moments from time to time, I never needed any explanation from you seriously, I know you didn't mean it. Wink

@Stedsm and I sorted it all out in only 1 PM and we are cool and are aware that nobody had no ill intent Cheesy
Oh! You two already had the marriage worked out via pm without a priest 😘. Great one...

Hehe, I got a message by TryNinja's telegram bot that JayJuanGee posted that I didn't disclaim the #nohomo and so, he presumed that I meant that #withhomo (I believe that he deleted his comment after seeing my response on that #nohomo already given).

Neh, I'm not a homo, man. I'm a father of a lovely daughter, have the love of my life as my wife. Wink This explanation was not meant to be given but became necessary when people point fingers and question our friendship hehe. Don't get offended, I said everything in a peaceful, yet meaningful manner.  Cool  Grin  Cheesy
