i wouldn't make a bet on the euro, well i would i would short it tbh

its losing value every yr against btc and alts, and the $ will be top dog for a bit yet for sure, but each to they're own

where do i find info on naga its not showing on coinmarketcap, thanks

Will be trading on HitBTC 22th December I believe. ICO phase just ended

Thanks bud i had googled it and discovered i had scanned over it before but never acted, reading it again it looks like a good investment, best of luck to you sir

I don't agree with everything NAGA does but the fact that they are a legit company with something that will probably be a very popular tool and one of their products already finished makes it attractive.

565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Electroneum Petition - listing exchanges on: December 18, 2017, 07:56:11 PM
How many signatures are required for a petition to be successful? Who decides whether the petition will be accepted or not?

You can see the limit on the site I believe its 7,500

A petition is a petition it is to show that a large amount of people (relatively 7500 people signing a petition for a coin in crypto is large) want some perticular action being taken.

Often petitions are not binding but they can persuade or make a party consider a certain action as that is what the public wants.

Ultimately Bithump will decide if they want to act on this, it isn't guarranteed that this petition will cause a listing but it is worth the effort.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain’s New Competitor, DAG, Aims to Lead the New Era of FinTech Evolution on: December 18, 2017, 05:58:12 PM
DAG does have a lot of potential, we shouldn't forget that all this blockchain and crypcurrency is all very experimental.

We are headed towards a basic currency for worldwide purpose. A world currency, just like we have seen the EU unite under the Euro we could potentially see the world unite under a new currency that is a virtual one. It makes sense. It wouldn't mean all currencies dissapear but rather a umbrella type of structure would appear with the virtual currency at the top.

But i'm still unsure as I'm not very up to date with this and I hear strong arguments from both sides.

Apparantly IOTA isn't decentralized and I hear weird stuff like IOTA's being held hostage by the devs.

I think the most important question in my mind is does Tangle or DAG tech have the some capabilities as Blockchain? I don't really understand DAG myself.

But what makes Blockchain so great is that it doesn't have to be used for just currency, it can be applied to everything in our daily lives. Tracking consumer products, license and certifications, Dapps, gaming and much more. I suppose it can, just assuming. But can it?

Is Blockchain more versatile than DAG?
567  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Blockchain en DAG on: December 18, 2017, 05:28:02 PM
Hallo allemaal,

Wat denken jullie van DAG in tegenstelling tot Blockchain? Zal DAG blockchain overbodig maken?

568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: volatility on: December 18, 2017, 04:47:28 PM
Which altcoin has the lowest volatility?

SkyCoin was/is pretty stable (USD price) but recently its been climbing in value (I almost make it sound as if that were a bad thing). Also waves is probably a good choice, you won't see this one falling below 1 billion marketcap I believe.

570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Electroneum Petition - listing exchanges on: December 18, 2017, 04:24:09 PM
Hello guys just wanted to drop this here for all the ETN holders, you can sign this petition to get it listed on new exchanges. Don't know if this works but its worth a shot anyway.

571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone else sick of Coinbase Ridiculous fees??? Any other options??? on: December 18, 2017, 03:30:42 PM
Are there any other alternatives to these thieves?? I purchased 200 euros worth of Bitcoin this mornning: 5% Fees!
Send my  BTC's to Bittrex, then another 10% fee!!!!!

So to fund my Bittrex abbout, I lost 15% of my money in the process!!!!!  Obviously, the people who own Coinbase are too greedy, but are there any other similar eschanges?

I am interested in: using FIAT to buy BTC and ETH, then fund my Bittrex Account ( I have also applied to Bitfinex, Gatehub, Bitstamp, Cryptopia, Poloniex, Bitpanda and few more, but it seems that that the KYC process will take another 2 months at least...)

Any input would be much appreciated! It is plain thievery to pay these kind of fees....

Thanks

You should check youtube, I always see some videos in the right on how to eliminate fees from Coinbase, I don't use it myself. I use a local exchange.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull market on: December 18, 2017, 12:49:18 AM
Check out ACOIN if you're looking to ride the strong market and make good money...

ACOIN made a new All Time High once again! Hit $0.265 giving it a marketcap of about $325,000! The Marketcap is still SUPER LOW which will leave plenty of room for easy profit. Don't wait.

You pumping it? It doesn't even see any volume.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOT … HOT! THE ICO WILL START IN 1 DAY on: December 17, 2017, 10:30:39 PM
Why we should invest exactly in this project?

agreed i think it is not a promising site is looks like scam

Yeah kinda and I'm still not sure why they're using the RothsChild name or something that is very similar when its not Rothschild affiliated.
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Genesis Vision - $GVT - Highly undervalued token with just a 4.4mil supply? on: December 17, 2017, 09:46:17 PM
Swing traded this for a bit on ED, and bought in for longterm once it hit Binance. Seems to be pretty promising. Lucky ICO investors aswell, very good return. I hope they're holding for a longer game.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Substratum vs Electroneum on: December 17, 2017, 09:37:49 PM
Hey guys, I am new to this forum. I have been driving myself crazy over which altcoin to invest in for the past few days now. I am between substratum and electroneum. I am open to other suggestions as well. Any way, which coin do you guys think will show the highest percentage increase over the next year?

Thank you! I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section of the forum.

Substratum faces longterm problems such as botnets and not having an own blockchain.

Electroneum faces difficulty in getting accepted as virtual currency with gamers and gamblers, ofcourse there's merit in integrating electroneum into games as a dev cause you get paid.

Electroneum is a bit of a gamble because it heavily relies on getting into the industry as an accepted token for gaming and gambling.

Substratum is guarranteed to face longterm difficulty, even facebook with their hundreds of millions can't stop botnets, same goes for substratum. People will exploit it to earn tokens and dump them on an open market.

Atleast you know a bit more about the risks now.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your favourite ongoing/upcoming ICOs on: December 17, 2017, 09:30:32 PM
You should check out Spectiv, it's a really promising project and I think it could become really big.

Yeah I already checked it out but i'm hesitant as VR still hasn't dealt with health issues that come with the technology. A lot of people report dizziness and stuff like that and unless there's an adequate solution on a short term notice this industry could take a very heavy hit.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The great pump (and dump?) of 2017 on: December 17, 2017, 12:30:30 AM
We're watching the great pump of 2017. Is a dump around the corner ?

Is this a buy low sell high moment, or a buy high sell low moment ?

Not so much a dump but a correction in the market is likely due.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $LINK- ChainLink. Next Big Thing? 100x? on: December 17, 2017, 12:29:09 AM
Much possible with the uses for smart contracts. Did anyone get redpilled?

Not sure, pretty strange community from what I've noticed. Was very interested in it aswell but it seems the community is to aggressive with this and community is very important.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Your favourite ongoing/upcoming ICOs on: December 16, 2017, 11:53:34 PM
Tell me your favourite ongoing/upcoming ICOs. These sites like ICObench overwhelm me, there are to many.

Also give some reasons why. Yeah I know this is the lazy way, but who cares right. Just looking for a top5 and research them see if any are worth getting into.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Coins are down & good for buying NOW?! on: December 16, 2017, 09:35:44 PM
Hello guys,
What coins are good for buying now? By that I mean, what coins are down when all others are going up. Make sure to point out only the ones with potential. Maybe you can also include the reason they are down.

So basically you want me to do all the research for you Wink ?
