701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the largest meme coin ever? on: July 22, 2023, 07:39:38 PM

Doge wan't considered a memecoin until Elon troll with it. Shiba I think is the biggest as it was immediately added to Robinhood which the exchange even changed its meta description to favor SHIB for its marketing. Everybody in the big digital currency is shilling for this coin god knows what the reason is but look at how it is today, it still rank up at 18th in CMC.

To this day people shills for it to win with its Shibarium launch. It evolved to a L1 and also embarking on privacy features and they even have $Bones.
Doge doesn't have any purpose at the first it was created until it became a tipster token that is used on exchanges. I remember the days where I received a DOGE from an exchange as a tip to me and rain on that exchange public chat. The meme coin category was just popularized last bull market and everyone tries to copy it as they want to became part of the trend and until now, many useless meme coins has still being created. Everyone just want to make a profit that's why they are buying these useless coins.
702  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can gambling and crypto trading be considered as skills with $10k gain a month? on: July 22, 2023, 06:25:28 PM
I would love to add prompt engineer as something that would be a very profitable future proofed job skill. There are a lot of people who are not entirely sure how to use the AI world right now, we are using it to a point but we are not really using it fully well, there are some people who could do insane stuff with it, because they know how to use the prompts right now and that makes them do wonderful stuff. Just go to etsy and see all the prompts that are being sold there.

If you could learn them all, and I mean like seriously study how to use them, then you could wreck havoc in the market, you could make stuff for so quick, without even doing them yourself, just making the AI do them for you, with the prompt skills you have, and make insane amount of money.
Oh yes! I agree with you. I'm sure that there are someone here who don't know what a prompt engineer is. I also think that it is a skill that will have a demand in the future given that companies are developing AI today and sooner or later we will experience a world full of AI. I'm currently trying to gain this skill as I've read some article how this skill will impact you in the future. A prompt engineer can possibly do a good command to an AI that you can associate with trading related things. Imagine asking an AI about a tutorial that a newbie can easily understand, a prompt engineer can make an AI show a very helpful information that you are seeking.
703  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Rise of Crypto Gambling: What You Need to Know on: July 22, 2023, 05:24:40 PM
For our purposes, this is the most significant thing to know about crypto gambling. It is much more secure than playing in a traditional sportsbook.

Traditional sportsbooks have your address, your phone number, your email address, and more info about you. Some sportsbooks sell your information to list creators. Those list creators sell the info to tout services that call you to get you on board with their plans.

You can deposit and make withdrawals faster

The introductiom of crypto gambling is drastically changing  the phase of gambling to another level entirely, so well revolutionized that convenience and privacy puts together keep the gambler safe from sensorship and monitoring factors we do experience with the use of traditional casinos. The covid-19 pandemic period was the propeller to the game changer in the online gambling industry.
Another aspect I enjoy from crypto gambling is the fast payment system which is an arguable factor to traditional casinos where payments are delayed sometimes it takes days with clumsy excuses.

When we talk about privacy well its not the case at the moment since reputable casino is now asking a KYC to their clients so with this being anonymous is not really a main case due to this conditions. But if we talk about convenience yes its really bring up everything easy to a gambler. But if we discuss about experience I can say physical casino still more better than online since the gaming experience is really different.
The anonimity is now a feature on casinos. It's hard to find a good casino that don't ask KYC or any documentation just to use their service. New casinos are flexing that they won't collect KYC from their potential customer knowing that the market is saturated with KYC casino and there are gamblers who want to play on a casino that don't require submitting KYC. In short, they are targetting users who don't want to submit KYC on casinos.

Of course, there are difference between online and physical casino and I believe that a gambler are the only one who can judge whether it's better to play on a physical casino or an online casino since we all have different scenarios in life and have a different casino environments.
704  Local / Pilipinas / Re: T-Shirt Business For Bitcoin Adoption Profitable Ba on: July 21, 2023, 04:48:47 PM

Btw about sa 10gb design na nabili niyo, may rights ba yan para maibenta niyo using the design? Curious lang ako sa rights niyo about sa design kasi mura niyo nabili eh.
705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Success or Fail? - Talking about Gambling as a major income on: July 21, 2023, 04:25:49 PM
HYIP and PONZI schemes are things that make someone interested in seeing the benefits offered by the platform, and that for some people who are easily attracted by big profits, of course it is a mere deception and trap that makes them lose.

We must think rationally in this regard, and question again whether it is possible to return money in such a way with a very attractive amount, those who see and without thinking, will probably think that by gambling we will get extraordinary profits and can be successful with an instant way through gambling, unfortunately people who have given up on gambling and have their addiction look for opportunities on real platforms that will deceive them and make them experience even more severe failures.
Many have been scammed by those HYIP and PONZI schemes and lost a lot of money because they were tempted to earn quickly. But if they read the reviews of many sites, most of those sites will only run away after the members' money has accumulated a lot and the members can't get any benefits.

And that also happens to those who decide to gamble. They imagine that they can get big wins in a short time, but what happens is that many people lose their money at the gambling table without being able to recover their losses. They really have to learn that gambling is not a place to make money and they are better off looking for money elsewhere.
Well it's the problem of people who are seeking easy money. They are quickly tempted to do high risk choice to get that big reward amount that they can get easily. It's not an ideal thing to do but there are so man people that are blinded by schemes like this. There are gamblers who also are doing this, one example of this are those people who are going all in on their bets and just hoping to win big time. Going all in and losing it all will lessen the chance that you can recover from that lose.
706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: July 21, 2023, 04:02:18 PM
In most cases, if someone notices that a person is starting to sink into addiction and tries to help him, this will have little chance of success. Because you won't be able to be with this person 24/7, and in any case, he will find an opportunity to run away or hide it from you.

Unfortunately, usually a game addict will only ask for help at the very last moment, when he is at the bottom. But there are even difficult cases when, having lost everything, they don't admit it openly. This ends very sadly for them.
Even though the chance looks small, that person should still try it, especially if the gambling addict is his best friend. No one wants to see their best friend sink into gambling and become a heavy gambling addict and they will try to save him before something worse happens to his best friend.

And if he can't be with the gambling addict 24/7, he can ask people close to the gambling addict to keep an eye on him and let him know if anything happens. But indeed, the assistance can often be too late, especially if these people cannot be with them every day and every time.
Look mate, there is a saying in my place that 'he who is not ready to save himself, nobody can save that person, no matter how hard they try', being a friend to an addict gambler does not mean you should turn yourself to a babysitter, most especially in a case where the addict him or her self isn't even a baby.

Don't get me wrong though, its not a bad thing to try to help, after all the biblical law commands us to be our brother's keeper, but then, you can only help someone who is willing and in need of help, else your effort will just be  wasted one, and if not careful, you might even end up becoming an enemy to the said or supposed friend, this opinion of mine is based on personal experience though.
Well that's true. It's like forcing someone that isn't willing to change to a rehab center and doing the same thing after getting out of a rehab. It's just wasting resources, money and effort on someone that no plan in doing the right thing for himself. It's hard to help gambling addicts if they aren't willing to help themselves knowing how easy it is for them to access casino nowadays. A gambling addict that has a resolve to change even without any help is much better than a person who has all the help but isn't willing to change at all.
707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble because you don't have sufficient money? on: July 21, 2023, 03:25:25 PM
I was in argument with someone. His view is that people who gamble are those that what they have is not sufficient for them and so they try to make more money from gambling. He said if you have sufficient money to take care of your needs that you won't think of gambling. He made reference to some rich people, who don't gamble because they have sufficient money to even gift to charity but that those rich who still gamble are only addicted to it not just because of the money. Therefore, that the percentage of the rich gambling is very small compared to those in middle class and lower class.

So my question is, is the percentage of the rich gambling lower than the middle and lower class?
I don't know how that people arrive in that conclusion that gambling is the way to make money if you are poor. The host has a higher chance of winning and gamblers always has this chance on winning but the chance of losing is much greater. That kind of mindset is straight wrong and I think it's the opposite of what he should really consider. if your money is not suffucient, finding a way to consistently earn money to address your need is a must thing to do and choosing to gamble is just the plain opposite of the thing that person should do.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 32nd Binance Launchpad Project Arkham on: July 21, 2023, 03:04:23 PM
Got lucky to discover it as early as other people but as unlucky as the majority of the users who forgot to connect their wallet. I invited more than 5 friends on my Arkham account but I'm so dumb to disregard the emails and announcement of the team that I need to connet the wallet to be eligible to an airdrop. The points I have in my account is useless unless they Arkham team conduct a second airdrop which many airdrop joiners are anticipating and hoping for.
709  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is more profiting self trade or AI on: July 20, 2023, 06:53:50 PM
I still haven't used any AI in doing my trades because of the reason that I don't have one or access to one. I'm also a bit skeptical with the end results that an trading focus AI can do since I'm pretty sure that developers would limit its capabilities given that it can destroy the market if the full capabilities is release in the public. As of now, I'm still confident with my skill and has no plan on using or trying to explore on how to use AI on trading but someday, there will be a time that Trading focused AI will become dominant compared to real humans on trading.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your watch list on: July 20, 2023, 05:56:05 PM
I echo the XRP after the 50-50 court ruling which I also consider as favorable for regular investors. Maybe a good amount will also go into large cap alts other than ETH. You can pretty much pick any of them just by looking at CMC. Next would be slowly move to mid and micro caps. I'm yet to look for newer projects a.k.a lottery tickets.
I can imagine XRP booming in price pumps if they won their case fully. I wonder if other altcoins prices will be pulled along with XRP. I'm also doing my research on new projects which you need an actual luck to catch them on their bottom price if somehow they managed to survive this bear market and reach the bull market. The possiblity of multiplying your money for a hundred times is very possible on those low cap tokens though the risk is there as new altcoins tend to die quick if improperly managed even with a very good road map and project idea.
711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any advice for invest my first 600$ in altcoins? on: July 20, 2023, 05:39:17 PM
I personally think the ARB and SUI have got great potential for the future considering they are backed by great protocols that most projects will surely use in the future for their decentralized applications, however, I wouldn't recommend holding them for as long as 3 years but just sell them when they reach good prices during the bull run.

I support this suggestion because I'm a big fan of $ARB myself and I have been following the project. Since the OP wants to invest $600 I think he should spilt the money and invest $300 each into both projects as they're good coins to invest into and hold for the next bull market. $ARB has been receiving lots of supports and it's looking like one of the coins to 10x this bull market.
If the OP isn't comfortable with this coins, he can try launchpad tokens as those also give profits as well. You can invest and sell immediately they get listed on exchanges. Altcoins shouldn't be fully trusted as they can stop been profitable anything because of lack of interest from investors because there's a new coin in the market thats better than the previous coin trending.
$600 is too small for investing as you should increase your budget to above a $1000 then you can invest $500 each into two different coins. If you're lucky to get a 10x on each investment that means you'll be getting $10k when  you sell and that can be used to reinvest again if the bull market hasn't peaked already and you can make more money from the new coins you'll buy.
ARB is included in my list also that I'm accumulating. I've seen that the community support is solid and the price is staying strong at a certain level. I believe it is moving sideways after they are released on the market and it's one of the signs why I want to buy ARB. I believe on the strong community of ARB and it is one of the strongest coins that I currently have. I don't support coins that much but I like to support a coin that really I see a future. We'll hope that ARB can easily get 10x next bull market.
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This time for meme coin? on: July 20, 2023, 04:47:50 PM
Risk is the meme coin's middle name.  Cheesy
Just remember the word "meme" and it will get you back to the real world. Think about the possibility of being dumped all of a sudden. Whale manipulation or just a friggin dump because it ends a scam. Holes that will be identified that could lead to FUD. Lots of different reasons why meme coins are high-risk coins. I do believe you don't like to be in a position where stress comes to you thinking about how you will recover from all the losses that will happen. You better be ready for that if you are so sure about buying this type of coin.
The chances of making profits are also low so why should you invest in it? While Bitcoin and other top coins are just out there making money for those who trust them. I think I will stick with that strategy.

Manipulation is something that you already expecting when you invest with meme project, for sure those who are riding on this kind of investment are people who mostly treat trading as gambling, the bigger you risk the bigger profits you may expect, but in reality, that big amount of risk is also the same amount of regret when you are facing that mistake.

When everything didn't go according to how you anticipate and you got stuck from a huge dumping momentum, nothing you can do but to regret in riding with the temporary hypes of a meme project.

Well it can be manipulated especially for the people with influence, they can make a single meme coin to have a temporary hype and sell all their holdings and run. We've seen this on NFT projects and other coins last bull market when the time that influencers starts flocking cryptocurrency to have partnerships and projects they can easily money milk. The one who are really at loss on meme coins are the newbies who got stucked in it until the value depletes. This is why I never suggest meme coins to any newbies that didn't know how the meme market works.
713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do anyone have done this? with gambling platforms on: July 20, 2023, 04:15:26 PM

anyone deposited very less amount and luckily won a big jackpot like a 100x or 500x or 1000x of base bet and withdrawn without kyc or without facing any problem from the platform?

if yes, how much was that amount? and what was the exchange?

i seen many people complaining about they don't give big wins easily or just don't give by making unanswerable queries like very hard KYC, freezing accounts, etc. this problem is very common with trusted casino's also/

do anyone withdrawn successfully the winning amount and if yes what was the process, it was seamless or you need to pass a hard kyc?
I haven't won that kind of multiplier on my whole experience as a gambler, even on the time that I'm an addict, It is a dream that I didn't achieve. I'm pertaining to 1000x even with a very small base bet, I never have tried reaching that kind of multiplier because I know that I will lose sooner or later if I continue targetting that kind of amount. Though I think casino won't flag you if the base bet is very low, I believe that casino require people to do KYC if they exceed the non-KYC withdrawal limit that they only know.
714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been threaten to stop gambling on: July 19, 2023, 04:05:07 PM
But we don't know for sure if if it's the case in the OP. We know that wife of the OP's friend thinks "he's spending a lot of time gambling". If you gamble 2-3 hours per week it may look to your relatives as "a lot of time". Don't get me wrong, I think that most probably, OP's friend is a problem gambler. I just want to say that that's not necessarily the case.
Gambling 2-3 hours a week is very common because it is very short time. which is 25-26 minutes per day. In this short period of time it is possible to gamble away from people's eyes because gambling can be done very easily on a smartphone and anywhere. by following this strategy no one will become addicted to gambling and no one will even know about it. and it doesn't even require threats from anyone. But if a person gambles for a long time then he becomes addicted and everyone knows about his gambling in which case he may face threats from his relatives or family members
To be honest it's a short amount of time even or a non-addict. It's just like you play a one game on of your favorite online game, it is that short to be honest. I think I can't consider playing 30 mins a day an addict, I can see that person as a regular gambler who are just trying to do a past time or finding entertainment on gambling. If we recieve such threats, it's not worth it, I would probably stop doing gambling if I'm not that addicted but yeah there are people who are addicted that even a threat won't faze them.
715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You must do this if you want to QUIT or NOT on: July 19, 2023, 03:55:07 PM
You are absolutely correct  sir. I was also thinking that one should be able to disable casino sites on their browser or on their gadgets so as to avoid too much interaction with gambling sites if they are determined to quit gambling because too much interaction definitely results to too much engagements which is why it seems gambling is an addiction to some people. The other way round, if one stays close to casino where one often frequent to gamble, one can decide to relocate from that vicinity to another where there is no casino or gamble join around there. With this move, it would be meaningful when one say they are quitting from gambling. I think this would possibly help to solve the addiction problem.
The question is, how the gambler is possible to disable casino site on their browser when they're free to do anything, you can't just hope the addict will stop to gamble after get discourse by their parent, wife, close friend etc. Seeking a professional is really important because they know how to handle and stop gambling addiction with the most effective way. I'm not really sure how bad is a gambling addict, but what I know is smoker is almost impossible to stop smoking.
I'm sure there's a way to disable casino sites on a browser but I doubt that an addicted gambler will stop by doing that. It is expected that the self control of an addict is on it's very low and there's a high chance that the gambler will just find a way to just unblock it or simply use other devices that can access a casino. I agree that a professional will help a gambler and of course a self commitment from the gambler to stop his gambling vices.
716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: July 19, 2023, 03:38:04 PM
~snip~
Yeah, but even if you bet a lot, the odds are still against the gambler.

So, at the end of the day, you might get lucky once or twice, but in the long term, all that money will go back to the casino, and more.
That's right. The casino will take all our losses as the business actor. We will not be able to win the most compared to the casino because more gamblers will lose playing gambling. That's why we have to be able to protect ourselves by not using a lot of money to gamble so that we don't regret seeing how much we have spent.
Actually how can casinos bear all our losses as perpetrator business people?
The casino will never cover our losses but instead we will lose more and more if we try to win and beat the house edge.
We can have a win when luck is on our side, while the casino is always a winner because of the certainty that the casino always wins over gamblers, so it is quite difficult for gamblers to have consistent wins.

Casino is made for business that's why they are always the winner even though they are many gamblers who will hit the jackpot and they earn more money than expected, but still casino can sustain because there's a probability that out of 100 gambler they're are only 5 to 10 percent who are luckier to win their bet. So the rest of that are losser which means that thier money will the profit of the casino.
Yep that's right and as along as gamblers keep coming to them, the profit will flow to them as there are much more losers than winning gamblers. This is why they are keep doing promotions even paying big just to be advertised on a wider audience because they are confident that they can get back the marketing funds they are spending by the numbers of gamblers flowing in their casinos. There's a house edge and that keeps gamblers to stay too long to get profit they want.
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SIGNS THAT A CRYPTO PROJECT IS A SCAM on: July 19, 2023, 03:11:03 PM
Your mentioned signs to avoid a scam project are indeed valid. However, there are instances that contradict these principles, such as Bitcoin, where we do not know who Satoshi is, yet it has been successful up to now. Therefore, we cannot immediately deem a project as a scam just because the team is anonymous. Perhaps, it really boils down to luck when choosing crypto projects, but thorough research remains essential since there are undoubtedly some projects that are obvious scams. Additionally, I would like to emphasize the importance of "investing only what you can afford to lose."

Yes. you are right, anonymous is not a measure and justifies outright scam. Today, there are 1000 new crypto coins that have appeared in the last 5 months. are we going to say average they are scam all. certainly not. There must be potential, of course, and it needs to be looked at carefully and thoroughly for sure.
They are essentially not but they are prone to being scam given that they can run anytime. There are many anonymous defi projects out there that still exist but among the total anonymous projects exist, only a very small percentage of those projects becomes legit. Remember those money making projects back then that has a completely anonymous developers? Where are they now? One factor before I personally trust a project is the project team background. It is one of the first thing that I am checking before investing on a project and having an anonymous project, I can't verify them and that's why I don't invest on that kind of projects unless they are established already and fully functioning.
718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mistake that prevented your big win. on: July 19, 2023, 02:23:24 PM
I don't know if it prevents me from losing or preventing me from winning big but I can immediatly stop doing gambling after winning a satisfiable amount (not big) to my standards. I don't over gamble anymore that can surpass my limits because at the end of the day, the house edge will take affect and the the casino will still win and we all can't avoid that. I don't have any problems with my strategy because I'm using the same one for years now, It's myself control that makes me not win big on a casino.

Very confusing bro ng post mo to be honest. Naguguluhan ako kung ano ba ibig sabihin ng template na may negative feedback. Wala naman kaso kung newbie or veteran na yung mag tatanong dito sa board natin as long as respectable at malinaw yung question or post. I suggest na iedit mo nalang at isa isahin yung gusto mong itanong or iinquire using numbered list para mas madali namin masagot yung mga gusto mo malaman.
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A check on your wallet on daily basis can earn you some dollar on: July 17, 2023, 02:20:29 PM
I'm used to the habit of not checking my wallet for days especially when am not expecting any coin or token from anywhere even though I have some token on the wallet. Recently I just check the wallet after been abandon for days and I observed this with this token.

This token has done 3883217% in some days without me observing at all. Even though this was a rug pull but let assume it real that is how I'm going to miss out the great opportunity.

CONCLUSION
It's a good deal for one to check his/her wallet at least once in a day. This will help you to control the funds in your wallet. Old token may do good within minute, one can take such advantage to make good cash out of such forgotten token.
With a chart like this, it sounds really fishy. It's either a sh*t coin that is pumped by someone to make a profit or a scam token like honey pot that makes people want to accumulate or get that token but in return, you wallet has the potential to get hacked. I don't like token like this because it is full of risk that we don't want to get involved with. I suggest to not interact with tokens like this given that there are meny victims who lost their money because of interacting on this kind of tokens. Whether losing value from a shitcoin or your wallet being hacked because it is exploited.
