Yes upside down Must be a iPad thing as they look right to me when I look at the post.... But what the heck I guess you can tell it's a S3 as was promised! Dunno about that, hard to tell if its Bitmain or niamtiB... never heard of hceT niamtiB before ;-p

I don't know if I asked this before but could your app be made to possibly work with other machines like say Dragons or something ?
I know it would require you to physically have said machines in hand but I guess what I'm asking is have you ever thought of expanding upon your app beyond the Ants.

Lol, I love the googly eyes on the sock puppets.

The payouts have been good the last few days, but the issue of backpay for the days of multipool debacle still remains. I've lost at least 0.2 BTC during that period.
You will have to get a hold of s0br for that, I did and he got me what was lost.

I feel faint burning smell near s3 fan. is it normal?
Sometimes it can be on newer items but Bitmain doesnt exactly sell new items so you could have a fan going bad.

What does this mean?
more people registered a couple months ago getting shit, apparently I have FedEx tracking number and will post what shows up for me. Sweet, hopefully everyone ends up getting theirs. Would be nice if everyone who won something would post.

Hey Hap, Know your a busy guy and sometimes PM's get overlooked as you told me once. Anyway, my PM is on topic so if you could check it please that'd be really great. We can post final details if you'd like based on the outcome of our discussion, Ty.

Hey guys, Just came across an X-3 for a very good price. Great news.
I read the recall regarding the power supplies on BA's Web site. The previous owner was running the miner on 220 without issues since receiving it. Is this power supply rated for 110? Does anyone on here have experience running these miners on 110? How much hotter is the PSU when working in that kind of power environment.
It hashes about 800-900, and again...good price...but...thoughts on this miner's performance at 110V?
I just read the recall myself, what I dont get is why are they still listing the PSU's on their website as for sale. Hope I can get the PSU in my half X3 replaced ok. I havent been able to use it since I got it seeing as how it melts every cord plugged in to it.

Due to some personal things I haven't been able to pay attention to this thread like I would have liked. That being said, M, what's the most recent version and what if any of my "issues" does it address.

While BA has it's issues, you can usually rest assured that MS will always check items before shipping them so chances are the X1 you received is fine.

Whats sad but funny all at the same time is how many people they think might consider a pre order of LTC equipment after the current fiasco. That being said, wasnt it said once before by BA that they would avoid preorders after all this current stuff ?

The B5's I still have left are still running good, one on 231.25 @ ~465 and the other 243.75 @ ~490.

At this point I'm in the dont really care any more mood, because were either all gonne get our stuff or nothing at all. I've already gotten a half X3 unit but I can't even run the damn thing due to an issue with the PSU or god knows what.

I am quite amazed at people's incompetence, that they would PM stunna and not put information like how much owed, post count, address, etc. And then they come on here and complain. I suspect most of the people complaining about not being paid yet are actually relying on the BTC for day to day living. Now I could be wrong and am willing to admit it but some people do "live" that way.

This is actually what scares me right now, not knowing where diff will be come Jan 1st.
I'm not referring to raw network growth in this case, but specifically *where* it shows up. I'm still expecting BTC Guild to shrink as a percentage of the network (same with Eligius, slush, BitMinter, etc.). As posted earlier, "home mining" has become a very specific niche within the overall mining ecosystem. By Jan 1st, I doubt most original pools combined will even be 15% of the network. As it stands today, BTC Guild + Eligius + Slush + p2pool + BitMinter + Ozcoin + Eclipse combined are only ~16.5% of the entire network [based off the last 2016 blocks].Good lord thats insane.

Good to hear people are being paid, but please for those of you still waiting, don't take it out on Stunna.

Are we about to close without any blocks found?
Hopefully not, we still have about an hour until a shift closes @ 0. But considering the luck run this last week (20% above expectation), I'm not too worried. We're still on track to probably get the 3-month luck back over expectation as well soon, unless we have a full week of pretty bad luck. If you had to guess, how many closings would you say there have been in the past 6 months with no blocks found ? 3, all within the last month. 2 of them were back to back (which is somewhat expected, it was a single bad block after all). It was only recently that the network difficulty vs shares per shift was at a point where you can expect the occasional 0-block shift. Doesnt sound too bad... better than some other pools I'm guessing. GHash had it happen a lot (not sure if it's changed) because they used a pitifully small 'N' value. I know BitMinter has it happen during their more painful blocks as well. It's the unfortunate part of PPLNS. You have a tradeoff of a smaller N value for faster share maturation, or a larger N for slower maturation. Statistically, it makes no difference in the long run. However, if you sampled large N shifts vs small N shifts, you'd find that large N shifts were more likely to end up close to expected value on a per-shift basis, while small N shifts had a much larger range. The average would be the same though. Depending on how the network grows over the next few months, I may be doubling our shift times to target 2-hours per shift roughly instead of 1-hour. This would be done by doubling the current 'N' value, which would put us back to the point we used to run at, where 'N' was approximately 10 times the network difficulty. At that value, the odds of a 0-block shift are incredibly small. You'd basically need a record breaking block (shares submitted > 10x network difficulty). I think only one pool (Deepbit) has ever had a round break the 10x mark. This is actually what scares me right now, not knowing where diff will be come Jan 1st.

Unless the garden is a complete kid you need to supply a PSU and controller.
Pretty sure they would not allow us to ship any manner of kid... Did you see Bad Grandpa? Lol, I didnt even notice that goof. As for Bad Grampa, I cut it off after 5 minutes. I just couldnt stand it and I usually like knoxville's movies.
