Some changes were made to the initial connection server to change how it caches bad workers. Previously the bad worker list was cleaned up after every block, which caused that server to slow down a little after a new block hit. This server is only used for the initial share submission, after which miners are redirected to different servers. This process was updated to only expire bad workers after 1 hour, in order to stagger the clearing of the bad worker cache. This should make the initial connection more responsive. Most users shouldn't notice this, since you only talk to that server when first turning your miner on, or recovering from a disconnection.
Did this require any sort of reset ? |

I get what Stale / Dupe is but remind me about other, Ty.
Other is a catch-all for rare rejects which are almost always due to client-side errors. Other contains 'Low Difficulty' and 'Unknown Work' rejects. Low Difficulty will only happen if you don't set your miner difficulty and you just started mining (before vardiff has adjusted you), or if your software is screwed up. Unknown work means you sent work that didn't come from the pool. This will only be BTC Guild's fault if the servers were restarted (since they forget what work has been assigned), which hasn't happened in about 3 months and counting. Unknown rejects can also be when you submit very old (and very stale) work for some reason. The pool forgets about jobs from prior blocks after enough new work has been generated for the newest block. LD - Only happens when first starting, and only if you don't set your difficulty. Otherwise, client software error. Unknown - Normally client side error, sometimes connection related (disconnected and reconnected to a different backend). Ty for that, just brought up 4 S3's so I'm close to 5Th now mad up of 9 devices, on of which is a rPi with about 10g on it I use for fun.  It should settle more later as the S3's haven't been running long. |

Well, all four are up and running on stock 218.75 will post back this time tomorrow to let everyone know what my avgs look like which right now looks promising, all climbing to 400+.
Might actually do a small update around 10pm my time which is 7.5 hrs but this time tomorrow will tell for sure.

Mine are with my collo guy, I messed up the PW and cant get in now lol.
What do I tell him to do to factory reset these so I can get back in with root/root ?
Reset button right next to the LEDs. What's a "collo guy" anyway?  Collocation / hosting guy... I also fixed it without the reset. Still want to know how to fix this needing to log in to every page when I switch tabs thing. |

Ok, so all four of my miners are up and I am in the webui to configure them. Whats the default PW ?
Want to let these run stock for 24hrs to see where we sit with hash etc.

root/root change the miner config otherwise they are mining for BITMAIN by default Ok, and what about this constant login on almost every page ? My Prospector200 using LUCI doesnt do this shit. |

2 AntMiner S1's, stock settings, kept under glass, each on a Cx750.
In the next week or so I'll (finally) be ready order 3 S3's which should run off of the 2 power supplies (they've had 3 S1's on them before with few issues).
I held on to the 2 S1's with the hope that Bitmain would sell an upgrade kit.
It's likely that the 2 remaining S1's will be listed on ebay when it gets closer to S3 delivery time.
In regards to the S1's there was mention of upgrade kits at one point. I'd send them an email and ask. |

Also, have u tried to get stock 440 on those S3's ?
my batch 4 s-3's run well at freq 218 = 440gh freq 225 = 460gh freq 237 = 478gh my batch 1 s-3's only do well at 212 How do you have yours powered ? Like one PSU two two units etc. I use evga 1300 psu's they are running 2 s-3's each. I plan to see if they will run 3 each as i will order 2 more s-3's in a day or 2. The EVGA 1300 G2 runs 3 S3s no problem at all. yeah they ran 3 overclocked s-1's real easy. What would you say the at wall is on the OC'd S3's on a 1300PSU is ? Curious if thats around the 80% 24/7 rule of thumb. |

Alot of what you guys have sound pretty nice. When I started it was with a rPi and I think Gh/s, now I will have close to 5Th after everything else arrives.
yeah I helped to get you started back in 2013. usb sticks IIRC. You now have a lot of gear! I am now 1 dragon hosted_________ 1.00th 2 s-3's hosted_________ 0.95th 2 s-3's in house_________ 0.95th 2 s-3's at a bank office___ 0.84th ---- these only do 420gh each at freq 212.5 6 usb sticks solo mining___ 0.01th total btc _______________ 3.75th I have 11 gridseed blades in house 50mh I have 1 gridseed blade hosted 5mh I have 1 falcon hosted ---------- 27mh total------------------------------------82mh I'm sorry, who are you ;-p And nice gear... ill have two S3's runnin today and two more tomorrow puttin me at around / close to 5Th assuming all hashes well. |

After i completed the enroll page and clicked next, a claim payment page appeared . What sould i enteer in constructive posts this term

You have the same question I asked yesterday, someone told me to let it blank. But now, I registered yesterday and I'm not sure if I'm correctly in the enrollement list. How is it possible to know that ? I'm not in the list on this topic, but I just would know if I've been added in the google form list thanks You are fine if you filled in the registration form. Stunna already stated that you are enrolled, even if you're not on the list in this topic. He is too busy to update it every day. Ok, thanks a lot so know, I just count how many post i've done since yesterday ! Be sure that you have SUBMITTED that second page blank, not just leave it blank and close it!! Your allowed to just close it, submitting a blank page doesn't do anything. It might not enroll successfully if you don't press submit for that blank page too.
