742  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: etherdelta scammed me on: November 24, 2017, 03:37:26 PM
Since you admitted that you are a victim of a phishing site on your other thread you created.
i am sorry .. it was not ether delta , it was some other phishing site
i was scammed by

https://myetherẉalletṭ.com

be aware people .. it is not original site. this is fake one.
real site is: https://myetherẉalleṭ.com

The catch of putting another letter "t" on that phishing site, didn't you noticed that you are logging the wrong MEW? Still they are having some victims here in forum and complaining that they've been hacked.

You can't do anything now, you had to move on and thank you for spreading this link that serves everyone as a warning.

The one he calls ''the real site'' has two .  , one under the W and one under the T.
743  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by Eidoo.io ( 0.305 BTC scammed ) on: November 24, 2017, 03:29:33 PM
What happened is that I joined Eidoo telegram and was curious about the project, suddenly the guy DM me and asked if i wanted to buy EDO coins. I told why from you? Then he told that he can sell me in bulk, so what i got greedy.

But i was not trading before so i asked how we proceed , i mean who sends first.

he told me that he is a real man , and i could call him on this number: +352691468581 , but i did not had a Worldwide calling balance so i was unable, so he even offered me to chat with him on skype.
His skype ID: alex.kampa

TXN: 1adb0d222dc1b8a47fa0824819e1116a3c8ed08612705894efd233b622f0f2a0

His pictures:

1:Here
2: Here

He sent me the tokens, i was happy that there are still real people like him who are sending first, he gave me his address and i paid him 0.305 BTC, as soon as i paid him he blocked me by saying my face my ass what is different or bigger :??
I told ok no problem, i paid him for what he sent me, now this coin is worthless as i cannot use it, in fact it is a false coin.

literally Eidoo.io is a scam that they have such people in their telegram group who lure newcomers and scam them.

Just for the instance, if you receive any money from these addresses then you are likely talking to scammer alex.kampa.

You have been warned!

744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: INXT, soon bigger than STORJ, SC, MAID on: November 24, 2017, 11:28:57 AM
INXT is scheduled for launch in Q2 2018 the team is very active. They want to focus on development first before talking about exchange listings, which the community agrees with.
Very supportive and nice community btw.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Regulating ICOs the crypto way? on: November 23, 2017, 10:09:00 PM
A big part of crypto is its community, with the recent Confido scam and the many scams before this one and the incapability of regulators to find a way to .. regulate we might want to take some action ourselves before ICOs get banned all together.

I'm thinking about starting a community initiative where we, trough some sort of medium such as a website demand that ICO founders create an introduction video of themselves so we can see who we are dealing with and if it is the actuall person he/she says he/she is. As investors we do deserve this right in this wild west envoirment.
If they refuse or otherwise ignore this we can make a note of it and alert the community that there's a high chance of getting robbed/scammed. The resulting effect will likely be that projects comply in order to be able to raise their funds. Something like a 2-3 minute video, just so we can see that potential social media accounts or posts of team members on websites add up. Possibly there are a lot of other extra factors we could include to verify the legitemacy of a project.

I personally think there's a real demand for this and a necessity. I personally would like to see that such a medium would become a must for ICOs to go trough demanded by this crypto community untill a better alternative is found. We must also consider the huge negative image people get on crypto when hearing about these scams, people still haven't shaken the silk road imagery that the media portrayed of cryptocurrencies.

I thought of this a bit out of the blue and decided to create this thread to get some idea's on how to make this happen? Maybe you're interested in helping out to make this a reality?

751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ROTHSCOIN ICO on: November 23, 2017, 10:19:12 AM
ROTHSCOIN ICO:

From November 21st, the system is open for investors to register account. The ICO officially starts on December 10th. Investors in the ICO are provided with 2 ways to purchase Rothscoin:
Buy normal: with this option, after registering an account, the investor is eligible for only one purchase with a minimum of 10 RSC and a maximum of 200 RSC.

Buy market: with this option, investors have to compete with one another to get the preferential price. Rothscoin will be sold in block, each block contains 400,000 RSC. When the RSC limit of a block is met, the selling system will be close for 8 hours. After 8 hours, the system will be open to sell the next block. This procedure is repeated until 8 million RSC for the ICO are sold out, then the ICO ends. The maximum purchase amount is 20,000 RSC/account.

This is the overview of Rothscoin. For more information about Rothscoin, please refer to the Whitepaper. Thank you.

On your site: >''RSC Sale'' >''Buy normal'' >''minimum purchase 200RSC'' <should be maximum according to your post.

Waves had some pretty predictable swings going from 2.5-5 but is chilling atm just above the 5 dollar mark.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Premine fuzz on: November 22, 2017, 09:09:57 PM
I'm quite new to this space in terms of investing though I had been standing on the sideline and reading up for quite a while. I encounter many people that say that Dash is a scam because of its premine but i'm going to try and challenge that statement.

What is a premine? A coin that has been mined/collected trough work before anyone else had the chance to do so.

Why does it not matter?

Because you have tons of ICOs raising multimillions some even go as far as to raise 30 - 40 or 90 million without any work done at all. Just a speculative idea. And a personal observation is that most ICOs that actually have a working product or service raise way less than those who don't. So why are people not complaining about the ridiculous amounts of money that ICOs are raising when for example NXT did it with 25k or something.

Dash was premined, every projects needs funding some choose to go about it in a different way then the other. But the devs did deliver and its now a very popular coin/network.

So whats the big fuzz on premine? Most premines are still not even 10% of the average ICOs fundraisers. And both  ICO as premined projects come with inherent risk where you can lose everything such as we have recently seen with Confido.

Let me know what you think!
754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MEW fees on: November 22, 2017, 06:35:45 PM
Hello.I got some coins from some bountis and i want to trade them in the etherdelta.I want to know how much ETH should i deposit (minimum) to  myEtherwallet  for transfer from the wallet to etherdelta?
How much ETH charge for 1 transaction in MEW?
Can i transfer all tokens to Etherdelta at once?
Please Help me

Not much just put like 10 dollars on it, you probably need way less but if you have any leftovers you can just let it sit for another time or transfer it somewhere else I suppose.

755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Industry alliance backed coin on: November 22, 2017, 06:33:45 PM
Attractive for what? Buying/investing them? I'd like to see what they come up with, if they think there's benefit in utilizing blockchain technology then they should go for it. I'm not really interested in having some sort of ''legit business'' giving me a ''legit coin'' but if they see benefit in using blockchain, decentralized servers and the token plays a crucial role within this ecosystem then it is attractive yes. But I'm not going to buy anything just because some corporation with a ''name'' put it on the market.

758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The next 100x token? on: November 21, 2017, 12:15:00 PM
This seems interesting especially because it had such a large volume in the last 24hours. Though I hope someone didn't pump the price so that they will sell as soon as they  make some profit.

Can guarrantee that will happen. If you have invested over 10k into a project its more easy to make a large sum of profit back, suppose it goes to 5 and you bought on 2 thats 2,5 times on your 10k = 25k. I personally would rather cash out unless I have some info that the rest doesn't that will give me a good idea that the price is going to get pushed higher.

Now if you invested a hundred dollars you get 250 back, which isn't bad percentually but it still isn't a significant gain in quantity. So you'd be more likely to hold hoping that it goes well beyond that and you potentially make a tenfold return.
