And I suggest we keep a lovely screenshot as reference in case Garza and associates try to remove it again.

Homero and Stuart! That's for you:

And remember JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL! We are getting closer and closer to it... Enjoy your last few days of freedom

Is there *any* chance we can legitimately squeeze Homero's 'brilliant cock' in there somewhere?

ooh errr, missus, fnarr fnarr and all that.

What kind of escrow would not want to hold lir? That's a stupid fucker. Can you tell us who he is and when are you locking this thread and starting a new one.

The fake non-existent kind of escrow probably wouldn't want to hold LIR.

And if you're itching for a new LIR thread there is one already, much better since it doesn't have shogdite's shite in it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1594805

Or, Such, the kind of escrow who didn't want his good reputation to be used as a cover to obscure the fact that this 'refund' process is all bollocks anyway.

Don't forget the buy-in process for this shitcoin was essentially the scammers running a single-coin exchange on their website where people placed bids to buy and nobody knows who paid what for the coins or even if some of them were given to the scammers' other sock-puppet accounts (like Siameze, who 'accidently' dumped a million-coins on the market as the scam was being exposed) for free.

Couple that in with the opaque 'refund' of seven 'big investors', a couple of whom might be real but it is highly likely that it'll predominantly be the scammers sending their own free LIR back to themselves so they can 'refund' more of the btc away from the project, just like they immediately moved on from the coins stolen by their Phoenix1969 account.

Still, I'm sure the cheap dice web-script they are being fobbed off with innovative gaming platform they are being sold is worth the 472btc they handed over.

How's that promised White Paper link coming along? I mean it is a white paper, it is meant to be written by the genius devs, not the marketing guy, so you don't have to worry about blaming the disappearance of the Phoenix1969 account on it not being available.

It could turn this project right around if you'd just show the community the write-up of the innovative tech you're developing for this innovative dice game. Because at the moment it looks peculiarly and very strangely almost *exactly* like a cheap dice web-script you can pick up for a fifth of a bitcoin.

Refund your investors, scammer.

has shogdite given you one reason not to trust him?

No, not one, lots. Lying about being a long time member of good repute while collecting investment funds, that's just one lie of many.

784  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: August 25, 2016, 02:52:07 PM
I don't know if he and Phil are just delusional at this point or what, but they keep on firing out these PR fluff-pieces which make grandiose claims without ever offering any verifiable supporting information.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpgsRGczodg
Core TV Episode 03: Jawad Yaqub CEO of Razormind.co.uk
Quote
.
.
.
43:20 Interviewer brings up the supposed five million Euro investment they say is gong to happen for a 'European Blockchain Bank', where is the money coming from, the crowdsale funds? Jawad rambles on some more about the blockchain bank and how great it is going to be and how it is all about helping the poor people.

45:20 Interviewer asks again where the money is coming from for this five million and asks if it is coming from Razormind. Jawad insists he is poor but the company is rich and "has decided to make this investment". Asks "has it happened yet. . .where is the money coming from. . .the crowdfund?", Jawad denies this by stating the money comes from, "us, it comes from the network, it comes from our own cash. At the moment DeOS is owned by us, it is commercial private software . . .it does what it is supposed to do. . . we don't need the money from the crowdsale. . .that the best way to get public ownership and publicise it is through this crowdsale".

They keep talking about investing five million in two 'Blockchain Banks' in order to lend money to poor people yet Jawad couldn't answer the interviewer when he asked what the plan would be for people who fell into arrears on their payments or stopped paying entirely.

As for the company having money, well, given the proven deception and fraudulent misrepresentation Razormind have perpetrated during this weasel-worded 'Crowdsale' (which is just an ICO by another name) all through this time period when they are rattling the collection plate, what do you think the likelihood is that they've got hundreds of employees, a dozen offices around the world and millions in the bank to provide commercial-grade banking services for the poor?

27,000 'active users' of 'DeOS' as of January 2015, yet nobody has seen or heard from any of them and the platform itself doesn't seem to exist outside of Jawad and Razormind's sales-pitch.

I am genuinely fascinated as to where the fuck he thinks he's going with this astro-turfed operation! Insane.

[edit] While idly musing on this question I find myself exploring the details for the people Razormind claim work for them. They've gone and changed the original photo they were trying to fly for 'Olga Petrushka' which I proved was actually Chelsea Marshall, a write for Buzzfeed. The photo they have for 'Olga' now is that of an online freelance translator https://www.upwork.com/fl/olgapetrusha

But the real gems are buried deeper, there are some absolute doozies in that staff list which I'll post up tomorrow.

A non-registered Wikipedia user made an edit to remove the Garza stuff.
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Cryptocurrency&diff=736097023&oldid=734580507

The edit comment?

These cases were put on stay and the aligations have been dropped.

Oh Homero...such a shame you don't have BitJane to proof your Wiki edit comments...

Damn, that is just so Homero. Almost too Homero. Could just be somebody yanking our chain because we're so used to his rather unique mangling of the language. Although he does seem to possess just the right mix of narcissism and stupidity that it could actually be him.

there is still no word from Phoenix. The situation is unfortunate but regardless,...The amount that he took isn't something we feel should be disclosed publicly
Essentially the truth of the matter is that you intend to piss all over your investors by refusing to give them any details about what you have done with their money.

Odd thing is that you don't actually have a justifiable reason for doing so, other than your intention to hope people just drop the issue because, well, you are engineering the whole fraud after all.

We are committed to making LetItRide a success despite all the trolls that have appeared in our thread and have tried to slander myself, our project and sway our investors.
Ah, yes, the scammer's usual refrain of "trolls are ruining my scam with their exposure of my criminal fraud!!1!1!!1"

Why won't you tell the people who own that quarter of a million dollars you took from them where it is? What has been taken, so far at least, and what you have spent of it. More importantly how much is left.

Do you think your investors don't deserve to know?

Quick, go fire up your sock-puppet shill accounts so they can screech homophobic slurs and tell the community how they trust you and how you are delivering etc. etc. and most definitely, ad nauseam.

Speaking of delivering, how's that cheap dice web-script innovative dice game coming along? Care to explain what is so innovative about it that the public are going to want to deposit their money with you, an anonymous criminal fraudster?

[edit]
Oh yeah, apart from your infamous "All ICOs are scam unless proven otherwise" post, prior to setting up your own ICO, you 'devs' were supposed to be releasing a White Paper, where is it?
We'll be releasing a white paper in the days to come, I hope you have the time to give it a read.

I have the time to give it a read. I'm sure your investors would love to as well. Do you have a link?

788  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: August 24, 2016, 10:30:24 AM
Update:

Recyclix has still not offered up any evidence of their claimed partnership-through-association-with-an-unnamed-third-party-company 'deal' with McDonald's Netherlands, which went from being 'The Netherlands' to 'Well, not The Netherlands, we actually meant some independent restaurants', to 'Wait, we didn't actually say it was us! No, silly, it is another company we're not naming that we have a deal with who has a deal with . . .'

What they have made sure to do, of course, is talk about how they've sent a group of their shills to another dirt-poor country and done a presentation to convince people to send them money:
Quote from: Recyclix Facebook
RECYCLIX NEWS

Less than two years ago Recyclix was only present in Eastern Europe. However, thanks to daily hard work and recognition by thousands of people around the world, Recyclix managed to go global during such a short period of time.

Today we’d like to share excellent news from our promotion and expansion department in Africa. On August 9 to 16 staff members of Recyclix Africa traveled to Lomé, Togo, to have a series of business meeting with investors and hold a conference about working with Recyclix on August 14 at Agora Senghor conference hall.

The conference proved to be a success and attracted numerous participants who enjoyed an exciting discussion about Recyclix workflow and benefits as well as an enlightening Q&A session. The Recyclix activities were covered by the national and private Togolese TV channels, TVT and LCF.

Quote
Is Togo a poor country?
Poverty in Togo. LOMÉ, Togo — One of the smallest countries in Africa, Togo is bordered by Ghana to the west, Benin to the East and Burkina Faso to the North. Togo has a population of around 6.6 million people. Togo is one of the poorest countries in the world.

Remember, none of these promotions involves actual plastics recycling, the sole aim of these trips to impoverished nations with lack of financial oversight and enforcement is to convince more people to deposit money into their scheme and may well actually be part of the creation of a more effective means to disperse their European-based funds into far-flung opaque banking systems to prevent recovery when this ponzi scam collapses, which it will because of basic mathematics.

I think Phoenix is Eric in all time.

All show here Just a Eric plan to stole the money.

Just realise

Its probably but we'll never know the truth. Id really like to hear what shog says about him though I'm the next update. Hopefully that will be today.

At this point of time, phoenix or eric are both contactable. And even from what we can assumed, i think the more important stuffs is how LIR will carry on the project. LIR has been deeply wounded by the recent incident but i still have a bit of hope for LIR to return to it glory.

Of course its going to return to glory bro. You still have some serious whales swimming in the waters. Just be patient and everything will turn out well.

Says the sock-puppet alt of the fraudster 'devs'. So why exactly would any 'whales' be interested in a clone-coin attached to a cheap web-script dice game? One which is operated by conmen?

The only whales in this project are the scammer devs sitting on all that money they took. Nobody outside of this scam would be stupid enough to entrust a shonky dice site run by anonymous liars with their money.

So, any actual numbers being given yet to the half of the heist that has already been given its free pass, namely, the stolen funds taken by the current operator of the Phoenix1969 account, Eric Hansen is the scammer

Fucking scammer is Eric Hansen. Don't spread fud. Just run along now. Things are starting to look up again, The tournament is over and soon we'll get an update from the dev. Good bye.

Things will never be 'up' for this shitcoin and its scam ICO.

Stop lying to your investors, sockie.

So Matlack, too, is skilled in the art of selling people things which don't actually exist.

How ironic.

by honorbtc.com

It is probably connected to the 2014 'XHC' 'Honorcoin' scam whereby they conned a load of bitcointalk users into registering on their 'airdrop' coin giveaway website with their email address, bitcointalk username and a password which, of course, saw many people using the same password as their forum account, email, or even coin-exchange and ending up being hacked.

795  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: August 22, 2016, 07:33:52 AM
Interesting topic. I haven't 'invested' in Recyclix and probably won't. Nobody knows for sure whether they're a scam or not but it sure looks like a real company. I even found that they're attending some fair this year - http://www.easyfairs.com/de/events_216/schuettgut-basel-2016_77984/schuettgut-basel-2016_77991/aussteller-produkte_78856/ausstellerkatalog_78863/stand/613046/ - Schüttgut basel 2016

Is ultimately irrelevant whether they attend trade shows or even have a plastics recycling operation somewhere in their ponzi setup:

Whether they are paying a recycling centre to plaster their logo in photo-friendly places while they show a bunch of people wandering around in hard-hats, or that they do actually own a plastics recycling centre, the fact is these 'open days' are irrelevant to organised scammers who stand to make steal millions of dollars through putting up a façade of legitimacy by way of spending a tiny tiny fraction of their deposits on an 'open day' or having a stand at a trade conference.

The bullet-proof evidence, irrespective of whether there is a genuine recycling centre involved or not, that you can always use to cut through the bullshit is the simple truth that Recyclix is offering returns which FAR EXCEED most legitimate businesses in ANY INDUSTRY, let alone the plastics recycling industry which has seen a massive slump during these past few years owing to the crash in oil prices.

They simply cannot be making the degree of profit necessary to cover the return they are claiming to offer 'investors'.

That is how you know, without doubt, they are running a fraudulent investment operation.

796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICOO] ICO OpenLedger - THE OFFICIAL ICO PRE-LAUNCH TOKEN on: August 22, 2016, 07:10:36 AM

[ANN] The UK based Razorwind and their token DeOS NOW traded on Openledger
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1570621.new#new

Razorwind? LOL.

You mean Razormind and that's been proven to be fraudulent. Fake clients, fake team members and Jawad the dev telling anyone who'll listen that he doesn't need the money because he's sooooo successful but he's poor and Razormind isn't because it owns this 'commercial software' DeOS which they wanted to 'give' to the public so they thought a 'crowdsale' would be best, right? Because that's what you do when you don't want money and want to 'give' something away, you make people pay for it with bitcoin.

He keeps banging on about how Razormind won't hold any DeOS tokens after this sale is over and that they will no longer own the software, as if this somehow magically makes this ICO not a scam. Trouble is, this can only mean one thing, that 'Razormind' is basically selling their software to the public through a 'group buy' and will therefore have no legal requirement to do anything more after the sale is completed other than count their loot.

It's almost like somebody cloning Ethereum, rebranding it and then selling all the Ethers (DeOS tokens) created from the genesis block and pushing an open-source license for the code as a 'gift' to the community.

Now, what did Razorcoin dot com originally do back in 2014? Oh yes, that incarnation of 'Razormind' was a clone-coin factory...

Funny that.

got a tl;dr and proof?

Proof thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1564499.0

tl;dr
In January of 2015, after having run Razormind as a clone-coin producing service the previous year, Jawad gives an interview claiming the existence of this DeOS in an advanced state of development with 27,000 'active users', yet nobody has heard a single peep from any of them on the internet. He is using the ethereum debacle as an opportunity to make like DeOS is a rival contender when everything about him, it and his company lacks the substance he repeatedly claims and has been found making fraudulent and false claims with stolen testimonials for customers of the global corporation 'SAS'.

Was watching this thread so you guys decided to let someone who you know nothing about hold 400 BTC and he ran away? It's a shame money that is meant for good innovation was wasted on poor organisation. If I am wrong please let me know I am still not sure what happened here.

its a shame that you are eric and cryptodevil.

get out of here with your fucking shill troll account.
I have no idea who that is I am a real person. Anyone can video call me right now and see I am a real person not hiding behind private identities and my name is not Eric or cryptodevil.

You pretty much nailed it. Add in a fistful of sock-puppet accounts hurling torrents of abuse at anyone who is holding these scammers to account for their criminal fraud, while one 'dev' account (shogdite) sets himself up for a 'refund' through his 'making 7 big investors whole again' plan as he foists a cheap dice-script on his victims as being this 'innovative' gaming platform he promised them in return for the 472BTC he took from them while pretending to be a long-time forum member of good standing.

The 'shogdite' account has already played the card of letting the 'Phoenix1969' account (which was stolen from an actual long-time forum member of good standing, Eric Hansen) abscond with a quantity of the loot he won't put a number to, you know, while he carries on 'developing' this end-game for the scam innovative gambling platform which is going to draw in large numbers of gamblers with real money next week, apparently.

Because anonymous criminals who have already stolen money from their investors are perfect admins for anonymously-run online services which handle money, right? Right?

Gamblers are going to be breaking down the doors in their rush to send their money in to this 'innovative' dice site. Well, to hear it from the sock-puppets and shills, they are. Which, btw, 'Stringcoin' is the correct use of the word, 'shill' - an accomplice who works for a scammer as an enthusiastic promoter of it. Get an education.

proven criminal fraud? Oh im so sorry I must have missed. Where did a Judge make a ruling on this case?

gogo is right. you're a cock sucker.

LMAO.

Don't be sorry, you're just another sock-puppet account trying to mislead people into believing that Eric Hansen is involved in this scam.

Not only is this proven criminal fraud it is fucking admitted criminal fraud, dumb-ass.

Both sock-puppet accounts Shogdite and Phoenix posted denials that they were not the original owners of the accounts during the ICO period when they were collecting money from people. But later admitted they were not the original owners of those accounts and tried to play down the significance of that fact by stating that it was only because they were going to be setting up a gambling site and didn't want their identities known in case they were breaking gambling laws.

Trouble is they collected money on the basis of claiming to be the original owners of those forum accounts.

Which, unfortunately for you my dumb-fuck friend, means they have actually admitted to personal gain through false pretences, i.e. 'Fraudulent Misrepresentation', otherwise known as, 'Fraud'.

live money bettng is this weekend so as of monday i'll be making an income in lir off of lir for holding lir.

Uhuh, sure, people sending their money to a website operated by proven fraudsters.

What could possibly go wrong.

It isn't like these same people already ran a website encouraging people to send them money and then absconded with a chunk of it through one stolen sock-puppet account while organising a means to siphon off even more through a bullshit 'big investor' refund process they are forcing on all their victims.

How about that 'innovative' dice site, though! I'm sure the public will overlook the proven criminal fraud surrounding the entire operation, just so they can experience that jaw-dropping innovation, right?
