It still is a scam. Their new moderated thread has seen dozens of deletions of pertinent questions that Dogshite doesn't want to answer.

Due to the drama that's occurred it's unfortunate but those that we've asked do not want to participate an escrow although I myself am unsure of how this tarnishes their reputation in any form.

Well, for starters, you are asking for a long-term forum member of good repute to lend their integrity to this project in assisting you in this entirely opaque 'seven big investor refund' process you forced on your community. You refuse to offer up any verifiable information concerning this process or, for that matter, any part of the ICO, so nobody knows whether you're just handing bitcoin over to your own sock-puppet accounts in return for LIR they might not have paid for in the first place.

That's a pretty good reason for any respected escrow to not want to be involved in this process.

After we've made this update to our site, I'll be posting an update about the next steps in our plans to move forward.

Before you take your next steps, how about delivering on some you were supposed to have taken already? Like providing the promised White Paper which serves to describe the 'innovative' nature of your dice site.

So what justifies the deletion THIRTY-SEVEN TIMES of a perfectly reasonable question following a perfectly reasonable explanation for why you cannot find an escrow willing to work with you?

That's kinda scammy. To avoid legitimate questions by simply deleting them. Not exactly the behaviour of somebody wanting to claim they are running a legitimate operation.

It seems he *really* doesn't want to explain why there is still no White Paper to detail the supposedly innovative nature of this dice site.

like we said, we dont need your investment, this is just to get us exposure on more development that we are doing currently.

Quote from: Translation from Scammerish to English
like I said, I am going to tell you I don't need your investment because that is what a big-shot investor-type-person would say and by acting so casual and disinterest in money money money money money. . .*cough* it surely makes me come across as somebody you don't have to worry about sending your non-reversible bitcoin deposits to, right?

Red.Flag2.

What kind of people offer to run a mixing service where they swap their bitcoin for your bitcoin?
we will issue payouts, withdrawals and investments using our own funds....after buying wherever you are buying, you register to the website. send bitcoins, we send you back clean bitcoins. there is no need to mix. we totally swap the bitcoins you sent to clean ones thus preventing all tracking possibilities.
The kind of people who are looking for a way to offload the bitcoin they already scammed from earlier schemes they operated.

Red.Flag3.

This whole setup looks like, well a setup designed to both scam money from people as well as launder their own proceeds of crime.

Unfortunately they're already spending the money they are being sent, even in the face of bold promises like:
also, as everybody can check, all our deposit address remain untouched. thus all investors in all categories of our services can see their money is still secured on the same address they deposited.

OP has made no effort towards proposing a transparent or secure platform, yet given their oft-repeated talk of how they do not need any investment capital to operate, they could simple propose that all investment deposits be made to a legitimate escrow for the duration of the investment period.

Until they put such a facility in place to protect their investors funds all this thread is discussing is a scam-in-progress.

784  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: August 28, 2016, 09:38:44 AM
People are starting to wake up over on Recyclix fanboi-central.
Quote

@Hoàng If you have 9000 Euro with Recyclix you need to withdraw it because this whole McDonald's 'partnership' was just to boost their credibility through fraudulent claims and is sufficiently desperate a move, given how easily it was debunked, that it indicates this ponzi scheme can't survive much longer. They already set in place numerous ways to throttle the withdrawing of money, so it won't be long before you start hearing about how nobody is able to withdraw and you'll never see that 9000 Euro reach you.

@Recyclix It hasn't been 'addressed' multiple times, you used your claimed 'partnership' with McDonald's in order to falsely imply a level of legitimacy for your operation you do not have. McDonald's are not going to take kindly to an obvious ponzi scheme trying to promote itself, and its 'investment platform', through false association. Stop talking about how this has been 'addressed' when it hasn't. You said you'd give the name of this supposed 'partner' but I'm not seeing that information being posted quite as readily as the disturbing information about how you are setting up field offices in impoverished nations with weak financial oversight and shady banking systems.

You mean top 10 investors got refund? I don't see this kind of info, any link?

Nobody got to verify the process Dogshite is claiming already took place and he refused to consider running a fair refund where everybody could have got their money back.

He's also refused to provide any numbers on how much money was stolen and the addresses it went to, or how much he still controls and the addresses it is in. You'd be hard-pressed to have broken a whole bitcoin in covering the expenses of this web-script dice-site they're fobbing their investors off with, so it isn't as if they can justify their refusal to refund fairly.

He has no good excuse for not having conducted this entire debacle in a transparent and verifiable manner to prove his innocence, so he just doesn't engage with the issue, leaving it to his sock-puppet shill accounts to wildly spray their vitriol about the place at anyone other than himself.

My guess is the end-game will be him ditching his 'dev' account and using his sockies to then turn against the shogdite account to try and make it appear as if they were not his sock-puppets. This thread then gets locked and drops off the front page and out of people's memory.

Justice is slow. And of course people want their money back, why wouldn't they. Whether they're gonna get it - that's another question but involving Cantor Fitzgerald into the class action may yield some sort of settlement.

Bingo Stingo!

The ENTIRE fraud was predicated on Stuart's involvement lending it credibility. Had Homero tried the same shit without being able to namedrop his sugar-daddy, the grandiose claims and promises he was making about launching with blue-chip companies on board would have been ridiculed from the get-go.

Trying to alert the mainstream media to this 9/11 'Hashlet' scandal is pointless if it is all coming from our corner of the web, though. They'll only pick it up and run with it if one of their own feeds them a simplified breakdown of the story.

By one of their own, I mean the kind of people who work in the Press Office of Cantor's competitors.

Anyone report this scam case to FBI or police?

Actually, that's not a bad idea. It would probably help to at least start the ball rolling on a case file being created which will allow Eric the opportunity to prove the identity theft element of this fraud. There is definitely a case for him to push for action on the basis that this scam is directly impacting him due to the allegations being posted by the scammer/shill accounts which detail his personal information while accusing him of criminal activity.

If they collect enough information about the scammer ip addresses, including the sock-puppet accounts they use here, it should be relatively easy to build an accurate picture of the unfolding events leading up to and during the period of time they were collecting investment funds through false misrepresentation.

Unless the fraudsters maintained a consistent use of ip masking or tor for each and every account they control, which I doubt they posses the discipline and patience for, it won't take much time or effort to collect and collate the account data.

I hope they use the money to hire a hit man and send him after you. That would be funny. I'm not saying they should do it but if they did i'd laugh. That's right. Id laugh at you being killed.

How does that feel?

Amusing and tiresome in equal measures.

What kind of escrow would not want to hold lir? That's a stupid fucker. Can you tell us who he is and when are you locking this thread and starting a new one.

The fake non-existent kind of escrow probably wouldn't want to hold LIR.

And if you're itching for a new LIR thread there is one already, much better since it doesn't have shogdite's shite in it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1594805

Or, Such, the kind of escrow who didn't want his good reputation to be used as a cover to obscure the fact that this 'refund' process is all bollocks anyway.

Don't forget the buy-in process for this shitcoin was essentially the scammers running a single-coin exchange on their website where people placed bids to buy and nobody knows who paid what for the coins or even if some of them were given to the scammers' other sock-puppet accounts (like Siameze, who 'accidently' dumped a million-coins on the market as the scam was being exposed) for free.

Couple that in with the opaque 'refund' of seven 'big investors', a couple of whom might be real but it is highly likely that it'll predominantly be the scammers sending their own free LIR back to themselves so they can 'refund' more of the btc away from the project, just like they immediately moved on from the coins stolen by their Phoenix1969 account.

Still, I'm sure the cheap dice web-script they are being fobbed off with innovative gaming platform they are being sold is worth the 472btc they handed over.

How's that promised White Paper link coming along? I mean it is a white paper, it is meant to be written by the genius devs, not the marketing guy, so you don't have to worry about blaming the disappearance of the Phoenix1969 account on it not being available.

It could turn this project right around if you'd just show the community the write-up of the innovative tech you're developing for this innovative dice game. Because at the moment it looks peculiarly and very strangely almost *exactly* like a cheap dice web-script you can pick up for a fifth of a bitcoin.

Refund your investors, scammer.

No, not one, lots. Lying about being a long time member of good repute while collecting investment funds, that's just one lie of many.

792  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: August 25, 2016, 02:52:07 PM
I don't know if he and Phil are just delusional at this point or what, but they keep on firing out these PR fluff-pieces which make grandiose claims without ever offering any verifiable supporting information.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpgsRGczodg
Core TV Episode 03: Jawad Yaqub CEO of Razormind.co.uk
Quote
.
.
.
43:20 Interviewer brings up the supposed five million Euro investment they say is gong to happen for a 'European Blockchain Bank', where is the money coming from, the crowdsale funds? Jawad rambles on some more about the blockchain bank and how great it is going to be and how it is all about helping the poor people.

45:20 Interviewer asks again where the money is coming from for this five million and asks if it is coming from Razormind. Jawad insists he is poor but the company is rich and "has decided to make this investment". Asks "has it happened yet. . .where is the money coming from. . .the crowdfund?", Jawad denies this by stating the money comes from, "us, it comes from the network, it comes from our own cash. At the moment DeOS is owned by us, it is commercial private software . . .it does what it is supposed to do. . . we don't need the money from the crowdsale. . .that the best way to get public ownership and publicise it is through this crowdsale".

They keep talking about investing five million in two 'Blockchain Banks' in order to lend money to poor people yet Jawad couldn't answer the interviewer when he asked what the plan would be for people who fell into arrears on their payments or stopped paying entirely.

As for the company having money, well, given the proven deception and fraudulent misrepresentation Razormind have perpetrated during this weasel-worded 'Crowdsale' (which is just an ICO by another name) all through this time period when they are rattling the collection plate, what do you think the likelihood is that they've got hundreds of employees, a dozen offices around the world and millions in the bank to provide commercial-grade banking services for the poor?

27,000 'active users' of 'DeOS' as of January 2015, yet nobody has seen or heard from any of them and the platform itself doesn't seem to exist outside of Jawad and Razormind's sales-pitch.

I am genuinely fascinated as to where the fuck he thinks he's going with this astro-turfed operation! Insane.

[edit] While idly musing on this question I find myself exploring the details for the people Razormind claim work for them. They've gone and changed the original photo they were trying to fly for 'Olga Petrushka' which I proved was actually Chelsea Marshall, a write for Buzzfeed. The photo they have for 'Olga' now is that of an online freelance translator https://www.upwork.com/fl/olgapetrusha

But the real gems are buried deeper, there are some absolute doozies in that staff list which I'll post up tomorrow.

Damn, that is just so Homero. Almost too Homero. Could just be somebody yanking our chain because we're so used to his rather unique mangling of the language. Although he does seem to possess just the right mix of narcissism and stupidity that it could actually be him.

there is still no word from Phoenix. The situation is unfortunate but regardless,...The amount that he took isn't something we feel should be disclosed publicly
Essentially the truth of the matter is that you intend to piss all over your investors by refusing to give them any details about what you have done with their money.

Odd thing is that you don't actually have a justifiable reason for doing so, other than your intention to hope people just drop the issue because, well, you are engineering the whole fraud after all.

We are committed to making LetItRide a success despite all the trolls that have appeared in our thread and have tried to slander myself, our project and sway our investors.
Ah, yes, the scammer's usual refrain of "trolls are ruining my scam with their exposure of my criminal fraud!!1!1!!1"

Why won't you tell the people who own that quarter of a million dollars you took from them where it is? What has been taken, so far at least, and what you have spent of it. More importantly how much is left.

Do you think your investors don't deserve to know?

Quick, go fire up your sock-puppet shill accounts so they can screech homophobic slurs and tell the community how they trust you and how you are delivering etc. etc. and most definitely, ad nauseam.

Speaking of delivering, how's that cheap dice web-script innovative dice game coming along? Care to explain what is so innovative about it that the public are going to want to deposit their money with you, an anonymous criminal fraudster?

[edit]
Oh yeah, apart from your infamous "All ICOs are scam unless proven otherwise" post, prior to setting up your own ICO, you 'devs' were supposed to be releasing a White Paper, where is it?
We'll be releasing a white paper in the days to come, I hope you have the time to give it a read.

I have the time to give it a read. I'm sure your investors would love to as well. Do you have a link?

796  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: August 24, 2016, 10:30:24 AM
Update:

Recyclix has still not offered up any evidence of their claimed partnership-through-association-with-an-unnamed-third-party-company 'deal' with McDonald's Netherlands, which went from being 'The Netherlands' to 'Well, not The Netherlands, we actually meant some independent restaurants', to 'Wait, we didn't actually say it was us! No, silly, it is another company we're not naming that we have a deal with who has a deal with . . .'

What they have made sure to do, of course, is talk about how they've sent a group of their shills to another dirt-poor country and done a presentation to convince people to send them money:
Quote from: Recyclix Facebook
RECYCLIX NEWS

Less than two years ago Recyclix was only present in Eastern Europe. However, thanks to daily hard work and recognition by thousands of people around the world, Recyclix managed to go global during such a short period of time.

Today we’d like to share excellent news from our promotion and expansion department in Africa. On August 9 to 16 staff members of Recyclix Africa traveled to Lomé, Togo, to have a series of business meeting with investors and hold a conference about working with Recyclix on August 14 at Agora Senghor conference hall.

The conference proved to be a success and attracted numerous participants who enjoyed an exciting discussion about Recyclix workflow and benefits as well as an enlightening Q&A session. The Recyclix activities were covered by the national and private Togolese TV channels, TVT and LCF.

Quote
Is Togo a poor country?
Poverty in Togo. LOMÉ, Togo — One of the smallest countries in Africa, Togo is bordered by Ghana to the west, Benin to the East and Burkina Faso to the North. Togo has a population of around 6.6 million people. Togo is one of the poorest countries in the world.

Remember, none of these promotions involves actual plastics recycling, the sole aim of these trips to impoverished nations with lack of financial oversight and enforcement is to convince more people to deposit money into their scheme and may well actually be part of the creation of a more effective means to disperse their European-based funds into far-flung opaque banking systems to prevent recovery when this ponzi scam collapses, which it will because of basic mathematics.

I think Phoenix is Eric in all time.

All show here Just a Eric plan to stole the money.

Just realise

Its probably but we'll never know the truth. Id really like to hear what shog says about him though I'm the next update. Hopefully that will be today.

At this point of time, phoenix or eric are both contactable. And even from what we can assumed, i think the more important stuffs is how LIR will carry on the project. LIR has been deeply wounded by the recent incident but i still have a bit of hope for LIR to return to it glory.

Of course its going to return to glory bro. You still have some serious whales swimming in the waters. Just be patient and everything will turn out well.

Says the sock-puppet alt of the fraudster 'devs'. So why exactly would any 'whales' be interested in a clone-coin attached to a cheap web-script dice game? One which is operated by conmen?

The only whales in this project are the scammer devs sitting on all that money they took. Nobody outside of this scam would be stupid enough to entrust a shonky dice site run by anonymous liars with their money.

So, any actual numbers being given yet to the half of the heist that has already been given its free pass, namely, the stolen funds taken by the current operator of the Phoenix1969 account, Eric Hansen is the scammer

Fucking scammer is Eric Hansen. Don't spread fud. Just run along now. Things are starting to look up again, The tournament is over and soon we'll get an update from the dev. Good bye.

Things will never be 'up' for this shitcoin and its scam ICO.
