Sweet, literally - thanks for everything in my latest order - Who told you I love stickers? And sweets? And of course, great cards. Grin

Thanks a lot for your nice feedback Owlcatz. Smiley
Glad that your parcel made you happy !

Man, that really looks nice!

Thanks 1Dq !
Yeah, they are really neat !
I can't wait to ship them out. Smiley

yogg Sir - Any thought for creating some one-time special coldkey bank notes for bitcointalk.org. That will be cool.  Smiley

Hey alamjob239,

Thanks for the suggestion. This is interesting. I'll try to figure out something after I am done with the current projects.
Feel free to share the ideas you may have with us. Smiley
822  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie help - selling physical goods for crypto on: January 15, 2020, 09:20:35 PM
Yes, this place can be ruthless for beginners.
Remain honest and true to your principles and it's going to be OK.

If you advertise your design service, you should most likely state that you accept escrow as it has been advised to you in this thread.
This completely takes out a large chunk of risk to your customer. (like the one of you disapearing / never completing the work)

You should also make your portfolio / art book public. If I understand correctly, you do both digital and physical art ?
List what you did, so people can know your style and what to expect. Smiley

Personally I am very interested in seeing the kind of BTC art you make !

Good luck to you OP.
Farewell !

Anybody can get those poker chips, that doesn't make sense to use it has a prove of identity at least LCs book is impossible to find

Well, that is off topic and I disagree with you : those chips are not easy to find and anybody can not get them.
What was your point anyway ? Please be explicit.

I think I am guessing what you mean, so please find here a picture with some more proof of ownership & identity :

Super, thank you. I'm not going to do the subscription myself, as I'm not married to any matching numbers etc... Also, I don't want to commit to having to buy/load every release. (Everyone's different, glad you made the options)! Thanks!  Smiley

Owl

Sure thing Smiley
I am glad we figured successful ways to suit everyone.
Thanks a lot for your interest in Coldkey sir Owl Grin

hi yogg,
do subscribers have a pre-emptive right for the following Qs? (Q2,3,4)
or is the advantage only for this Q1?
br halo

Hey Haloxon,

As of now I can say this advantage is only for Q1.
Subscriptions are experimental, and if everything unfolds successfully as I see it, there is no reason not to reiterate the offer.
We take one step at a time. I have a great and crystal clear vision of what I want to happen for the History Coldkey serie.

Rest assured : all of our long-term customers who are collecting Coldkeys are cherished and well taken care of.
After all, Coldkey wouldn't exist without you all.

We will explore more and more, as our long-term mission is to help spread crypto and help with it's global adoption.
It will take years to get there, it won't be easy, but I will fight to make it a reality.

I want to thank everyone for all the opportunities that you render possible for us.

Very well done, congrats to you Mitchell and best of luck with your sales.  Cool
833  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] History Coldkey - A testimony to Bitcoin - Q1 2020 UPDATE w/ Kryptowerk on: January 13, 2020, 01:07:57 PM
Hey Yogg, how much will the cards be for non-subscribers? Thanks! Smiley

owl

Hey Owlcatz Smiley

Thanks for your question.

They cost exactly the same : 32€ per unit.
There is no discount for subscribers.

The real advantage is that all subscribers are already signed up for the forthcoming February and March releases.
It will be directly shipped after the funding has been completed.

The retail sales for non-subscribers will open on the 15th January, 11:59 PM Paris Time. (Roughly 6PM EST)

As the Q4 2019 ones were selling out faster and faster, we thought this was a good alternative to make retail sales last a bit longuer;
we want to announce the serie in a broader way and reach beyond Bitcointalk as soon as possible. Smiley
However this is doable only if we have something cool to sell and that is available.

Hence why the subscription model, and the increase in quantity.
834  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] History Coldkey - A testimony to Bitcoin - Q1 2020 UPDATE w/ Kryptowerk on: January 12, 2020, 06:39:15 PM

Feeling lucky I got one though Cheesy

Very nice card, thx for given us some nice and colourful HODLcards

Hey The Dude Grin

Yep, your subscription is confirmed ! Thanks for being one of our subscribers.  Cool

Yes, Kryptowerk did a hell of a job here and the end result is awesome. Thanks for the kind words.
Can't wait to ship these out Grin

Yes, that is incredible !! Shocked
Out of the 32 subscriptions available, 13 remains for sale as of now.

This History Coldkey edition is already a huge success !
Thank you so much for all your trust ! 🙏

Looks amazing, slight case of fomo kicking in.

Thanks for your interest in Coldkey selassiesoildier Smiley

Yes, they are amazing !
Don't worry about missing out.
The subscription model is for our valued customers who are collecting them and don't want to miss on one release.
As the previous ones sold out quicker and quicker, this allows to make sure to get each monthly release for this edition with Kryptowerk, without the hassle of having to look after each monthly release.

On the 15th of January, we will release those at retail, meaning you will be able to purchase 1 of the January release.
The price will be 32€, instead of the 96€ that is required for the subscription.

You are welcome to ask any further questions you may have. Smiley
835  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] History Coldkey - A testimony to Bitcoin - Q1 2020 UPDATE w/ Kryptowerk on: January 12, 2020, 12:43:57 PM
Thanks a lot everyone !!! Shocked

It's awesome that you like this new collaborative release with Kryptowerk.
Thanks so much everybody for your nice comments !
It is a challenge, far from being easy every day.
Bringing awesome and meaningful BTC loaded physical items to existence is what drives me to keep going.

Thank you all for your support ! Smiley

Just wanted to jump in and say I am so happy working together with yogg on his coldkey project.
It's a pleasure creating these artworks and the way it turned out on the cards is fantastic.

Yogg showed me a preview video of the card front, maybe he can share it here.
Can't wait to see this thing in person.  Smiley

Thanks a lot Kryptowerk !! Grin

It was a pleasure to collaborate with you.
Very easy and straightforward. Thank you. Smiley

I love what you did and the outcome is wonderful.
The artwork you made for this release is terrific and really fits so well to our Coldkeys !!
I love it !

When you hold it in hands, when you move it, it gives that mesmerizing effect. Grin

Here is the short video footage Kryptowerk was mentioning : https://streamable.com/i1emm
(Please nevermind the sound, this footage was never supposed to be released and was shot right after the completion of the prototype)

already subscribed.
do i understand correctly that you will send reminder mails every new month for new funding? (funding feb and march)
where can I indicate my preference serial? could not find this in the subscription-proceeding

Thank you haloxon ! Smiley

Yes, absolutely.
This process will happen monthly since we cannot know in advance what the rate is going to be.

When the monthly release will happen, I will send an email to every subscriber.
This email will contain a particular "order number" ("token") that will work on our funding tool.
Each token is linked to a different order, so I know exactly for which order a funding transaction has been received.

The correct amount of crypto and a pair of bech32/segwit addresses will be served to you after you input your token in the tool.
From this point, it is very similar to the ways it worked for the Loaded & Q4 2019 History Coldkeys.

You can input your prefered serial numbers at during checkout, in the "Additional notes" field.
If you have missed, this isn't a big issue.
Please send us an email or send me a PM with you order number, your preference and I'll write it down for you.  Cool

Update time !

We are very happy and proud to announce our successful collaboration with Kryptowerk to bring this History Coldkey together to you. Smiley

(Check this album with different pics, different focuses : https://imgur.com/a/lT2tCeQ)

This release is limited to 64 History Coldkeys per month.

The January release is loaded with 0.00774953BTC, which represents the BTC equivalent of 50€ on the 1st January 2020.
On this day, block #610720 was mined.
Bitcoin started the year at lower levels than in late 2019, however it bounced back a little since then. Smiley

For your peace of mind, we are now offering subscriptions !
32 subscriptions are available.

Get yours now on >> our shop <<

Buy a subscription and make sure you will never miss out again on a monthly release !
As Coldkey and the History serie grows in popularity, this is a great way to build your collection without the worries of missing a monthly release.  Cool

You can indicate the serial numbers you would like and we will do what we can to accommodate you;
however we make no guarantee other than providing you the same serial for the three different monthly releases. (unless you want otherwise)

Every subscriber will receive further instructions regarding the funding in a few days, before shipping.
The funding procedure will always take place on https://funding.coldkey.eu even in the case of a subscription.

We charge 3 times a shipping fee when you purchase a subscription, regardless of the number your sign up for. (Limited to 3 per person)

If you want to purchase only a single one of this History Coldkey edition, no problem, we got you too.  Cool

The other 32 History Coldkeys will be available for regular sales on the 15th January 2020, 23:59 Paris Time.
(Countdown to timer)
They will follow the exact same procedure that was laid out with the Q4 2019 History Coldkeys.

If the January serie hasn't sold out before the next February release, the remaining unsold History Coldkeys will be detroyed.

Thank you everyone for reading and for your interest in the History Coldkeys.
We are pleased to bring you high quality cold storage wallets with a meaning.

Does this new history card need to be funded just like the last time. It would been easier if they can be unfunded?  Smiley

Thanks for your question. Smiley
Yes, every History Coldkey must be funded. Unfortunately, we do not plan to sell them unfunded.

839  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] History Coldkey - A testimony to Bitcoin - December Release Sold Out on: January 11, 2020, 10:52:55 AM
So the one you're holding now  = a January monthly limited card? or is it the Q1 2020 card (or there different or is it the same thing you talking about?)

It is the History Coldkey that comes out from another collaboration with a very involved artist.
The artwork will be used for January, February and March.

The one I am holding is the prototype for the January release, with the relevant BTC data for Jan 2020.

You gonna show the card this afternoon but non limited sale this afternoon??

The sale is 15th right??
Thx for the input already Cheesy

I am going to do the announcement this afternoon.
This release will also be limited in quantity.

However, we took note of the various inconveniences that have arised with the Q4 2019 History Coldkey serie.
We will do a few things differently and try something new with this upcoming release. Smiley

https://www.time4vps.com/linux-vps/

Tu prends aussi un plan comme le 0.5 TB pour le stockage :

https://www.time4vps.com/storage-vps/

Smiley
