Welcome to this auction for two Polymerbit 10 years of Bitcoin anniversary notes ! This note has been made to commemorate the fact that 10 years have passed since the genesis block has been mined. Bitcoin has done great ! Only 21 of these notes have been produced. These notes will be loaded with the bitcoin equivalent of $50 worth at the anniversary date. You can read more about the note in the ANN thread ! 2 notes are being auctioned here. Serials are #03 and #08 Starting bid : 0.02BTC (for each note) Bid increments : 0.0025BTC (for each note) Please bid separately on each lot using this format : Note #03 @ x.xxx BTC -- Note #08 @ x.xxx BTC Funding : Winners will need to supply 0.01287365BTC on top of their bid. (That is the amount of BTC to be loaded on the note.) Any bid in the last 15 mn extends the bidding period with an additionnal 15mn.
(ie. if there is a bid at 23:55, auction ends at 00:14:59, at the end of the full extended period -- This applies per note, and not for the full auction)

Long time users know me as a good judge of scammy behavior. As my interests have changed, I have started to pick the lower hanging fruit - the ones easiest to identify. I no longer deeply investigate, and let others with the skill and interest to do so, to do so.
Recently I identified a very probable scam. This has ruffled the feathers of those that profited over the last six years. I'm now childishly being called an enemy of bitcoin and an enemy of this community. So, I want to take two days and see what everyone else thinks.
The poll question is: "How is crypto affected by reporting suspected fraud?"
Thank you if you choose to answer. Due to the proliferation of alt accounts, there is no accuracy to this poll.
To reply to the question being the title, I don't think that you Vod, as an individual, are a friend or a foe of(to?) Bitcoin. Bitcoin has no concept of morality, good and bad, etc .. It just processes transactions. Maybe the people calling you "an enemy of Bitcoin" should document themselves on Bitcoin instead of speaking on it's behalf. Now, to reply to the question inside the post, "How is crypto affected by reporting suspected fraud?" ; I want to reply with a question. "How is fiat affected by reporting suspected fraud?" Nada, nothing. Same goes for bitcoin, excepts as it is a nascent technology and showing legitimacy may help, some people have interests in it's success and some have interests in it's demise. This is another story... As for the community ... Personally, I always enjoyed to see your interventions, and I note all the hard work you do to make this forum safer and clearer. There is nothing wrong with reporting frauds, was it involving crypto or fiat. Rather much the contrary, it is beneficial to a lot of people to weed out fraudsters. For messages, there are always their contents, and how this content is expressed (format). I think the content in your scam investigation is interesting however the initial format maybe wasn't the best. But heh, what's done is done. No "Undo" button. Big names eventually come to dust (Bernie Madoff?) as their practices are revealed. True that, presumption of innocence, supposedly OG did everything according to the rules fixed by regulators, as he claims. If investigated, the outcome (if all cleared) will attract a lot of business to Nasty Mining for their extended compliance, or they will probably have to close (if not all cleared). Everyone makes mistakes ; on each and every side. The sum of every and each action makes you who you are. Please keep doing what you are doing Vod. |

C'est un peu comme quand tu paie avec un billet plus gros et qu'on te rend la monnaie. Dans ton exemple, il consommera la transaction où tu as reçu 1 BTC, et aussi celle où tu a reçu 0.75 BTC. En sortie, il attribuera 1.5 BTC a l'adresse que tu diras, créera une nouvelle adresse pour toi, et mettra le reste (0.25 BTC) a la nouvelle adresse de ton wallet. |

Là, tu executes un wallet en mode "daemon", c'est à dire un programme qui tourne en fond. Un peu comme un serveur. Tu intéragis avec le daemon à travers un programme en ligne de commandes. ( Command Line Interface) Il y a certainement un autre programme pour lancer des commandes. Je vois que tu lances " ./bitcoin2xd -daemon", j'en déduis qu'il y a peut etre un ./bitcoin2x-cli et un ./bitcoin2x-qt (?) Essaies de lancer cette commande, pour voir si ton daemon reponds : Ca devrait te donner des données générales sur ton wallet. Je pense que l'on vient de passer un niveau critique au 6113$ sur Coinbase. En effet en elliotisme ce niveau des 6113$ permet d'invalider un décompte baissier. → ceci indiquerait que nous entrons dans un marché bullish ? Ces 6113$ servait aussi de droite support auparavant. De plus le niveau du BTC/SHORT est très haut se qui nous fait jouer contre le marché  Mais pas de volume, un RSI assez haut …. que faut il pensé du marché ? Je ne peut pas aider OP avec sa problématique.
Il y'a ~0.75 ETH à récupérer, et il ne me passera pas sa clé privée.
OP veut que je lui fournisse mon script et qu'il m'envoie 10% après avoir récupéré la clé privée.
Le truc c'est que je crains de passer plus de temps à expliquer à OP comment faire tourner le script plutôt que de le coder.
Sans la clé privée, je ne peut rien faire.
Du coup je me retire de cette proposition, et la rejetterai également dans le futur si OP revient me voir.

En fait c'est un peu plus complexe que ça. Tu risques de trouver plein de clés privées différentes sur le chemin. C'est cool, mais la difficulté c'est de trouver, dans l'espace calculé par champoire (soit 16,777,216 clés différentes) celle qui détiens tes fonds ! L'objectif n'est donc pas de trouver une clé privée à partir de tes infos, mais LA clé privée qui détiens tes fonds. Non seulement du brute-force, mais il faut aussi comparer le résultat du calcul de la clé avec la blockchain ETH, afin de savoir si une adresse publique liée à cette clé privée y figure. Je peux t'aider à faire tout ça (je coderai un outil perso) contre une petite rémunération. |

Car ce n'est pas difficile de présenter une addresse BTC non utilisée à chaque nouveau visiteur du site. Une différente à chaque visite est envisageable, mais pèserait beaucoup sur les ressources du serveur si il y'a beaucoup de visites. Tu as envoyé tes coins à quelle adresse ? |

Il n'y a aucun recours je présume?  Je redoute que tu présumes correctement. L'argent si facile n'existe pas.
