If OP gives BTC for PP, I don't see any way that he can scam (assuming he sends first or escrow is used). In fact, he is the one that he can get scammed because BTC is non reversible but PP is.
@OP: be very carefully who you trade with, do your own research before engaging in any trades on the forum.
The trade has been conducted. OP can lock this thread now.

So if I understand this correctly, you have BTC and want to pay something in PayPal because the store will not accept BTC ? If this is it, yes, you could have posted it in the Currency exchange subforum. Please can you tell me what store you want to make the purchase from ? Depending on your answer, I may be able to help you out.

He bought me BTC. He sent the SEPA transfer to my Revolut account. I sent him the BTC.
Plain and simple. He scammed you. Exactly. The buyer most probably used either others' (stolen) account details and money, either filled a complaint asking the money back (although I don't know how can that be done). I was always afraid to sell Bitcoin directly to persons exactly because this kind of scams still happen. Sorry. But the buyer sent a copy of his ID Card and proof of payment. Can a scammer do this? Unfortunately, yes. I remember that guy, for example. They can also forge fake IDs matching details of stolen bank accounts. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2151991

Thank you very much. Please send me your shipping details by PM. You can use https://privnote.com for more privacy. I will send you the tracking number by PM once I have it.

What was the profile of the seller on Localbitcoins ? Does the name matched on the profile and in the Revolut operation ? This may very well have happened if the bank account access and details they used were hacked/stolen. And this also would be a reason for Revolut to close an account. If there was any claim regarding a particular transaction, they better shut down the account instead of investigating further as their aim is to become "the Amazon of banking".

Minimum loan amount is $1,000, and minimum interest is set at $50. I will provide smaller loans, but the minimum interest will be capped at $50.
Glad to see new lenders Can you please elaborate on this : Do you loan out an amount of USD in BTC and expect to be paid back the USD + interest in BTC, with two different USD/BTC rate (at time of borrowing, and time of paying back) ? Or do you loan out $1000 in BTC and expect to be paid back that amount of BTC + interests ? Best of luck with your service !

As tu essayé ?
