861  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 7 Things have to do to become a Good Crypto Trader on: May 06, 2020, 07:48:00 PM
Im aware about these tips but its good that once in a while we remind ourselves with the things to keep in mind if we trade.

Accept losses and dont try to get rich quick are the best part for me to apply if I trade. Sometimes losing is inevitable even how hard you try to have a strategy and doing analysis. On the other side there's no such thing like getting rich quick in trading, if you want to succeed its step by step and no shortcut. The longer you stay here, the chances to become a successful trader through your experience and knowledge.

Loss in trading is something that we all accept very hard. Unfortunately, this is something that can't be avoided but it can be handled on.a way that is acceptable and with recovering plan.
You can stick to trading tips that someone gave to you and they might or might not work but to my opinion everyone of us will develope some of his own rules according to own experiences, knowledge and risk apetite. Your own experience is the most important and from that you will learn the most.
862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sport betting site offering bets on the Covid-19 pandemic. Worst site now. on: May 06, 2020, 04:27:15 PM
Well, people obviously like to bet on everything. Yes, at first sounds appalling and strange but these sites just figured out where the money is and they offer to people what they want. I think that people bet on much worse things, so I'm actualy not surprised, although I wouldn't choose such betting.
Also, at the moment there isn't much choice in betting so I guess many people would just take anything that is offered.
863  Economy / Economics / Re: We will never return to capitalism as we know it on: May 06, 2020, 01:48:45 PM
That is probably true. Capitalism will survive but probably will change and modify.
After this pandemic world is heading towards probably very long and deep economy and financial but also social crisis. Relations in our society will change, as well as attitude towards human rights and whole world might become even more restrictive.
Capitalism definetely isn't ideal model but so far we haven't invented anything better, so it will survive. However, now it's the time for changes and improvements.
864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: May 06, 2020, 01:08:49 PM
Answer to this question depends on several factors, and the most important factor is of course where you live! While in some countries gambling is illegal (and more than that, we can say rejected by society), in some countries it's legal and it's not wrong if you are doing that!
I don't have special job, I gamble and most of the people that knows me know that I play poker and other gambling games. I don't hide my wins and loses, I talk openly about gambling, what that means to me and why I gamble! Others can accept that or not, but I don't care about that!

Wherever you live, and whatever laws in your country, you are always better to keep quiet about your passion for gambling! People are absolutely everywhere bad attitude towards gamblers!

If you care about the people then you will not be able to play or enjoy gambling. Just forget what people say and think about you if they find you are doing gamble and you stick to what you are doing. If gambling is illegal in your area, then you should hide this fact that you play gambling  to avoid any legal action against you, but in all other cases, you should freely play gambling.

I agree that people shouldn't care so much about other people opinion. If gambling makes you happy and you enjoy it but at the same time you are able to keep control, then go.for it.
However, if gambling is illegal in some player's country I'm not so sure that is very wise to continue. That might cause serious legal problems and punishment so it's necessary to asses if it's worth the risk.
865  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What could be the effect of corona virus on crypto industry?decrease or increase on: May 06, 2020, 09:01:58 AM
Cryptocurrencies experienced the negative effects of coronavirus, but now everything has stabilized. Yes, and soon halving, and the blocks are mined even faster than expected. Therefore, we can see a new wave of cryptocurrency popularity.

When you say negative effect I suppose you mean the price. However, I think we should look.at bigger picture because in time of pandemic digitization, digitalitation and new technologies got the new opportunity for even bigger and stronger development and acceptance. That also reffers on cryptocurrencies and I beleive that interest for them and their implementation into real life and economy became better. I think that will be long term effect.
Also, world economy is heading into new recession that is very hard to predict how long will last and how deep it will be so this might be also opportunity for cryptocurrencies as one of possible alternatives.
866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Many cryptocurrencies — how important is that for you in casinos? on: May 05, 2020, 05:59:07 PM
Variety it's always good and I think that players need to have choice according to their preferences and coins they like to use. I know that is more complicated for casinos but it's good for promotion of cryptocurrencies in general.
However, it's not so important for me personaly because I use only Bitcoin that I'm most confident with.
867  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is good amount to start day trading is 100$ enough?? on: May 05, 2020, 01:03:13 PM
It's not enough to make some money but on the other hand if you are new then it's enough for start to feel the market and also not to lose too much.
Don't forget the first rule of any trading, don't invest more than you can afford to lose.
And think twice about day trading, it's very demanding and risky and it's not for everyone. Don't be carried out with the promise of big profit because maybe you can't take the risk of day trading.
868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Before Experience On Gambling...!!!! Stay Safe. on: May 05, 2020, 11:42:45 AM
Your borderline going closer to addiction with that mate. Gambling is purely a form of entertainment at it's core, you have no need to put any more time in it than what it is normally needed. You have quite a lucky situation tbh, since your gf was beside you and managed to luckily advise you to stop early on. Those who weren't able to stop would surely just drop dead a few weeks after or maybe even start doing shady stuff just to manage their finances. Waking up in the middle of the night and wanting to gamble cause of that is already a sign tbh. I mean, anyone who wakes up in the middle of the night and wanted to do something would consider it as bad. Once or twice maybe it's fine, but if it were to happen multiple times per month, then better check yourself up before it turns into something much more worse.

It's a very thin line between addiction and passionate gambling and unfortunately many players or their families don't recognize it on time.
In.case described above I think it's time to turn on the red lite and ask for some help otherwise this might go into wrong direction. Hope that his friends and family can help, support is the most important
869  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is Best Trading or Freelancing? on: May 04, 2020, 08:49:58 PM
I wouldn't compar these two, to my opinion these are two different categories.
With freelancing you are offering your skills for someone to hire you and get paid. There is actually no.risk componwnt in it and it doesn't necessary be tied to cryptocurrencies.
For trading you need certain knowledge, skills and competence to be successful on cryptocurrencies market. The risk of losing invested money is big and there is no.any guarantee for profit. Trading isn't for everyone and it isn't that simple as it might look.
870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY IS SATOSHI NAKAMOTO NOT HERE TALKING on: May 04, 2020, 07:20:29 PM
And why would he? Why would someone like Satoshi Nakamoto spend time here on forum? Even if he appeared half of users wouldn't believe him.anyway.
Besides, he has the full right for anonimity and privacy and I'm sure he has no interest to.reveal his true identity.
I think that people just care too much about him, just let thr let the man be, knowing his identity wouldn't change anything.
871  Economy / Economics / Re: China will rule world as economy king after crisis end? on: May 04, 2020, 04:41:19 PM
They are already on the top of the world. All world is on lockdown and they are not. They can work, produce, doing anything that people in another countries can't do right now due to pandemic. Therefore, their economy is growing, and the economy of other countries is deteriorating every day

I wonder however if they can make money still when their economy also depends on exportation. How are we going to buy newly created TVs and appliances from them when the countries surrounding China are locked down?  But it makes sense that they are helping countries affected by the covid.

Yes, their economy depends great deal on export but borders will be not closed forever. Their economy is recovering rapidly and when the countries open they will be ready.
Once again China will be ahead of Europe and US and it's very possible they will be leading economy in the world. Part for this also lies in the mentality and discipline of their people, not just economy and financial potential.
872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: May 04, 2020, 01:54:02 PM
I think that is happening in some of Asia country because I think people are bored to stay at home, and they tried to gamble with the cockfight. But unfortunately, the police knows what they did, and they caught those people. People are not aware of the rule that is applied in their country, so they think that they can still gamble in a secret place. I hope that shortly, people will not try to do that again because they will face the law, and maybe they will get punished for a long time because of gambling in pandemic situations.

Here also there were a few incidents. A few of the guys tried card games. What started with a handful of people soon grew in to a grand tournament, involving dozens of people. The cops raided the place and arrested all of them (except those who could run to safety). Can't do anything about it. People get bored, after staying at home for such lengthy duration.

Everyone of us are bored, but that should not be an excuse to commit a crime, yes that is a crime because you are risking yourself and other people of getting infected with the virus, the measures of the government will not be that strict if the virus does not bring a high risk to people's health and lives.
if they make that as an excuse, then why are those people who follow the rules were able to stay at home, they just lack of discipline and violators of the law.

I think the government has to imposed a more serious penalty on these violators.

Let's be a little bit patient, in the upcoming months situation should be better.
I'm not for too strict suppression.imposed by governments. Yes, we have to protect ourselves from virus but not on every price, our human rights are important too.
We all miss sport events for betting and get a bit bored but soon everything will improve, hold a little bit more.
873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's price, and mental health. on: May 04, 2020, 12:54:07 PM
People, just relax, that is my advice.
First when I first started with Bitcoin, about seven years ago, I was focused very much on price. But with time and experience, when I learned how Bitcoin is functioning my attitude changed.
Now I'm not watching the price all the tin, unles I'm trading, I'm aware of volatility and fact that Bitcoin price moves both ways. So, it will not fall but neither rise all the time. Learn to adjust, to be flexible with your portfolio.and everything will be.much easier for you.
874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is like day trading ? on: May 04, 2020, 06:43:59 AM
To be honest I don't like any kind of comparisons between gambling and trading.
For me these are two totaly different categories and I don't agree that gambling is like day trading. Sometimes people like to make things more simple than they really are and forget about knowledge, skills and experience that are really important for any kind of trading.
If you gamble every day that you are attached to casino every day and if you are day trader you need to be president in the market every day but there all similarities stop.
875  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Every BTC trader should use it on: May 03, 2020, 07:02:19 PM
Trading tools might be helpful but I would never rely on them, not only ont them. I believe that trading tools can't replace your ability to make decision, your knowledge and experience, that data and analysis only are not enough. Some users think that trading tools will help them make better profit but to my opinion that is more question of luck and coincidence.
Anyway, use trading tools as assistance, not as your main tool in trading.
876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: From year 2099 till 2140 only one bitcoin will be mined... on: May 03, 2020, 05:00:28 PM
From 2099 till 2140 (when the last satoshis will be mined) there will only be one bitcoin mined. By the end of the century, supply is virtually fixed and limited to the maximum of 21 million. For the following forty years, miners will be mining only one bitcoin...

With most transactions (and most tx fees) being forced onto second layers, it will be interesting to see how this impacts miner incentive and their desire to secure the blockchain.

My best guess is that by that time, Bitcoin will have become a minority player in the space due to its inability to evolve.

This might be considered sacrilege by many, but will we even be seeing Bitcoin on the same algorithm by then? And no I'm not necessarily talking about a move away from PoW, but could we be seeing technological advances that either make PoW "easier" to achieve while still staying ahead of whatever threat it is people are coming up with (like quantum computing?). Or will tech branches simply veer away somewhere else?

Bitcoin won't be what it is today for sure. But hard to predict anything when even the very fundamentals of economy, money and society might have changed then.

Of course that it's hard to predict anything, this is so.distant future. Who pf.us will ever live in that time?
I really don't see the point to debate how will Bitcoin look like in about 100 years or so, it's hard to tell what will happen in a month from now, having in mind how fast situation around us and in the crypto market can develope.
877  Economy / Economics / Re: Anybody here trying to live bankless (using Bitcoin / cryptocurrencies)? on: May 03, 2020, 02:30:51 PM
I can't live only with Bitcoin and I beleive for many it's the same. I have a steady job and I receive my salary in fiat. I still need fiat money to cover all expenses for my daily needs and Bitcoin is not accepted enough and it's not regulated.
It's not only about banks, as long as Bitcoin isn't a part of world economy and financial system we can't live just on it, without using fiat money too. Unfortunately, I don't think that this situation is going to change soon.
878  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Casino Partnership on: May 03, 2020, 12:37:09 PM
Why would users need to contact you over email to register an account? Can't they do it themselves directly from the site?
Do you have an official link that confirms and discusses terms of the partnership?

Not that I am interested but someone might be.

That sounds a little bit phishy. It's not acceptable for me  to have some kind internediate when it's obviously that this isn't necessary.
Also, any partnership needs to be transparent and with clear terms and conditions, people need to get picture that everything is legal and legitimate. I miss that here.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Mayor Wants to Re-open Casinos. Thoughts? on: May 03, 2020, 10:27:06 AM
Sooner or later life needs get back to normal and businesses need to work again, otherwise that might ruin owners and workers and lead to even bigger disaster than pandemic.
That also refers to casinos also so I can understand the mayor. To my opinion if they fulfil all the necessary measures about hygene and social distancing casinos might be opened, the key is that people are disciplined and obey the safety recommendations.
880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the cure of COVID or CBDC BOOST BITCOINs price this year 2020 on: May 03, 2020, 07:11:26 AM
The question is if and when the vaccine and cure for COVI-19 will be developed. To my opinion that will take a while.
However if that happens it will certainly lead to normalitazion of whole situation and economy world wide. That might influence the Bitcoin in positive way too but it can't be told with certainty.
Bitcoin market is complex and influenced by many factors and pandemic doesn't influence it directly, so the development of vaccine will not influence it also.
